A 15 year old golden haired boy seems to be pondering things while looking at the sky in a park near his place.
"I can't believe I transmigrated in this so called Earth, how long has it been? 1 year and half? Well when I first open my eyes, I was already in a body of a 13 year old injured boy. Then the next thing I knew, I woke up in a hospital.", Kenji thought
"As I scan the previous owner's memory, he and his parents were on a trip to Nagasaki, where unfortunately a villain went on a rampage that lead their demise."
"Then coincidentally I occupied his body right after. It seems to be the work of that Demon, well I'm grateful anyways, beggars can't be too picky after all."
"Weeks after recovery, I found out about the Panel, and I got D- for my overall rating, just how weak this body is, because of that I grind everyday went to the gym and make my physique more fit."
"Good thing my parents, this previous body parent's rather are quite wealthy, leaving me behind a ton of fortune that I can live for the rest of my life."
"Another thing is my Quirk, it's called Controller, well from its word alone it seems I am able to control objects, other minds and corrupt it at some point and make their sanity go to haywire."
"Well of course there are conditions to follow like I can't control more than 7 at the same time, and then I can't control the person again for 1 day before being able to control it, and my control last for an hour which is quite good."
"I can communicate with thoughts alone as well if I wanted to, and I can also read others mind voluntarily.
"For my scope, as long as we do eye contact my quirk will be effective immediately if I wanted to. This quirk is quite interesting at the same time"
"Tho there was no barrier when it comes to controlling objects"
"Hmmm, this world is truly fascinating compared to my previous world, anyways, I did applied to a Hero High School and got first place, as expected of me. Why do I want to be a Hero? Cause it's quite convenient to train quirks and you get money from sponsors, and as well the side of humanity."
"It might be easier to manipulate people if I am hero", he added.
He decided to look at his Panel once more.

Description: A powerful wave of energy produced by the quirk to attack the mental state of someone.

2. Poltergeist (lv. 4) - can control any non-living objects.
Description: Ghost busters came to life, an ability to lift things up in the naked eyes. The higher the level the greater the opt damage.

3. Brain Shock (lv. 3) - causes a permanent brain damage.
Description: Bunch of lunatics has been born. The moment their sanity gone to haywire, be prepared of possible drawbacks such as quirk berserk.
Restriction: Can only be activated based on the overall stat rank of the person. It should be lower to the caster, or else possible side effect might arise.

Kenji then got lost in thought as he continue to plan his future. With that, days had passed, and the first day of classes in U.A High started.
