Bad Dreams

"Diana... Diana!" The voice screamed. Circling around me, was the images of the people who were once important. "You Fool!" Screamed one. "You are no goddess." Screamed the other. Sitting in the corner having all of them circle me. "How dare you abandon me!" Yelled a face I knew to well. "Mother?" I finally voiced back. "You useless wench! And you thought I cared?" Said a voice that was of my little sisters. I looked at her sadly. "Why don't you care Megaera? Where's Poena?" I asked a chill running down my spin. Then a high pitched laugh came.

I sprung up from where I laid. Soaking wet, in sweat. Morai, the only person mother trusted came running into the room. "Diana! Are you alright?" She asked coming closer and sticking a hand out. I swat her hand away. Her face expression held sorrow as I did so. "I'm fine. Just a-"

"Bad dream?" She finishes for me. I shake my head 'yes'. Making her sigh. "Diana, maybe you should go back to Antal-" "No." I stated as Morai sighed, once again. "If my mother calls me I will go back." I tell her as she moves to sit down on the bed next to me. "Diana, I seen something in my dream last night." I looked at her puzzled. "What was it?" I asked quietly. Before she continued she got up and looked around. Morai went to the window and closed it. Taking the curtains and shutting them close, as she walked fastly to the door and closed that as well. "What in the bloody name are you doin-" I tried to ask before Morai went to say, "Sh! Ok. Now I may sound crazy, but I know what I saw." She finally sat back down coming closer to me. "In my dream... Poena was crazy mad, that your mother, Queen Dioni called for you. She said something on the lines of 'Diana, my Daughter Help! Help!' I couldn't see her face but I could hear her voice." I put a hand to my head. "No that's not possible. What of Megeara?" I asked looking at her. "She wasn't in my dream. What if it is Megeara who is in trouble?" Morai said looking at me. Her eyes held concern. I sighed knowing that she could be right, as Morai was a minor goddess of knowing the future.

"No, Megeara would never be in trouble." I said shaking my head. Standing up from my bed, and walking to the other side of the room. I sighed. "Morai, I didn't tell you, but last night as I was walking back here, I helped a woman out of danger." Morai stood up and looked at me. "So?" She said. I sighed again, making her face contort to confusion. Then it hit her.

"Diana what did you do?"
