I got up and looked at the window to see how the weather was; it looked like it would be a cold and rainy day, the sun was hiding behind the clouds, and there was nothing to be heard but the sound of falling water. I was more willing and able to walk unaided. I took hurried steps and closed the windows, then grabbed a towel and walked towards the bathroom to take a shower; I took a glance at myself for a few minutes in front of the mirror, I was clearly malnourished, my eyebrows were flawed, and my hair too, at some point I would have to shave my head once and for all, I had to accept the fact that at some point I would be hairless.
I showered, got ready, and then walked to the door to go down to breakfast until I heard the door open, and my mother came in with breakfast on a tray.
