PEOPLE CHANGE

Sasha's mother fell to pieces instantly after she got wind of the truth.

"I'm sorry, I did not see that coming, I'm sorry." YJ expressed his regret.

"You deceived everyone. How could you?" Tears streamed down her face.

Sam did not say a word until they got back to the YJ's home.

"I will pick you at six." Sam broke the silence.

"Why don't you say anything? I know you heard everything. You were there." YJ spoke up.

"Not now but soon." Sam said in response.

YJ let out a long sigh of despair then opened the car door.

"No wait, I... I just can't wrap my mind around what I heard? You fooled us." Sam Yelled at YJ.

"Was it me? You guys lied from the beginning. It was all in your wild imagination. You've made up the story." YJ demanded.

"All we heard was you pulled that girl out of the water, gave CPR then called emergency. Anyone would think exactly that way. Isn't it obvious? Look what you've done! Why didn't you tell us from the first?" Sam proved to be reasonable.

"When? When have I got a chance? You could have talked with me first before going to reporters." YJ remarked.

"You are doomed once she wakes up. Why did you tell her mother, now? Do you think she would do nothing? Why are you so careless?"

"Keep it from Leela." YJ slammed the door shut.

"What was all that? I heard you mentioned my mom." Sasha was right behind YJ.

"Oh you! Well I told your mother everything, I couldn't keep it ...Oh wait hear me out." Sasha passed from the sight before YJ made it clear.

The next morning Sasha showed up in YJ's home, when he was about to leave for work.

"Why did you do that?" Sasha stood facing YJ.

"I don't know, I did what I thought was right." YJ averted his eyes.

"What did my mom say? How did she react?"

"She was very sad. She cried a lot. I couldn't stay any longer." He appeared to be discomforted by the questioning.

"Didn't she say anything?" Sasha was too moved.

"She just said, live my life to the fullest for me and my family. That's all." YJ Stuck his lip outwards and slumped in to a chair.

"What if I get better?" That question came out of nowhere.

"You should. That's why I'm doing all these things. Don't worry. I will take you to the best doctor." YJ riveted his attention on her.

"Do you think I will remain silent?" Sasha asked.

"You promised me?" He replied.

"Only if l will able to remember, I'm neither living nor dead. What if I wake up someday, think oh! I jumped into the water to save you, the previous day, so ended up in hospital. Then seeing you are doing totally fine will freak me out."

"Oh god shut up! I don't wanna talk about it anymore. Please!" YJ shook his head after reflecting on which Sasha just mentioned.

"Now she's looking even more miserable, may be you should not do that." Sasha shrieked.

"But that's what you wanted." Her tone irritated YJ.

"I don't know." Sasha retorted.

"Do you wanna come with me today?" YJ wanted to make her feel better.

"I have to keep my eye on mom, I can't understand her, I'm scared." Sasha parted away as Sam honked at YJ.

Sam was watching YJ closely than usual. His way of behaving really annoyed YJ.

"What were you talking about with that staffer?" Sam asked YJ.

"Why would I tell you that?" YJ blew him off.

"It matters. I need to be on alert about what are you are up to, otherwise I'm in trouble." Sam argued.

"How poor she is." Sasha heard nurses whispered as her mother passed the reception on her way out.

Sasha could not get YJ off her mind. At first he seemed to be a self centered nasty person. However, with what happened lately It was difficult to suppose who he really was.

Sasha made her way to the filming location.

"You did?" Sasha heard a girl's voice from the car park. Sasha ran into two girls who were giggling together and  wiping hands together to get the dirt off.

"Are you sure we will not get caught up?" One girl asked.

"See! it works. Now we can tail YJ wherever he goes." Other one talked throughout the time she was busy with her mobile phone.

"God! kids these days." She gave them a sullen glare.

"Hey! you are in a trouble." YJ signed to his staff to leave the room as Sasha arose unexpectedly.

"Some girls put something on your car.I saw. What are you doing? Are you listening to me?" Sasha carried on talking.

"Come in." YJ said when he heard that someone hit the door with one's knuckles.

"Why are calling?" Sam was holding his phone up to his ear.

"Check if something is placed on car." YJ hung up on Sam and talked face to face.

"Fine. Don't step out." Sam left.

"What do you love about your job? Don't you sick of it? I'm sure this is not your first time." Sasha kept talking while she was figuring out why she cannot be seen in a mirror.

"What else can I do?" YJ was counting on Sam.

"What did you want to become when you were a kid?" She asked.

"I wanted to be on tv since I was a kid."

"Really! why?"

"They seemed perfect. Those who were in sitcoms." YJ gave his answer.

"You had gone insane. That is not reality. fiction." Sasha smirked.

"I knew. but when you watch these you forget your struggles, like you're into it. Whatever happens we know it's gonna be a happy ending." YJ expressed his view.

"That's not real. You know better than anyone."

Sasha stated.

"Yeah, It's really hard to get into character. Set is not what you see. Most of the time we have to pretend that we are in a place that doesn't actually exist. Cast is not lovey dovey as you think." YJ was interested in talking about reel life.

"Then why are you still into it. Money is not everything. You've got no life." Sasha was averse to the point.

"Now I'm used to it." He responded.

"People change. Remember last time." She reminded him.

"Mom? you came? Why did you bother? But mom you should call me first so I could pick you up." YJ answered the call from his mother.

"It's alright honey. What do you want me to cook for your dinner?" Mother asked.

"Mmm Whatever mom likes." YJ would love any dish his mom makes for him

"Ok. This wooden rack is so dusty. Where is the duster?

"It's in ...Wait don't touch anything.I'm coming now, Mom stay still, promise?" Sasha noticed the crack in YJ's voice as he tried to continue.

"What's wrong?" Sasha worried when he abruptly ended his call.

"Mom's home, I forgot to get rid of my suicide note, It's still in one of my awards on the rack, She can't find that! I'm off." YJ ran out his breath.

"Eh?" Sasha was utterly baffled and staring at YJ who was rushing to the door.
