After leaving the HQ, I went to the police dorm and handed in the key to my room. I had already ensured that the room was clean and empty before leaving the room this morning, so the handover went smoothly. With the last thing keeping me in Celadon City taken care of, I made my way to Hope Town.
Once I was home, I did a quick sweep to clean up the dust that had accumulated together with Mothra/Butterfree and Hades/Gengar, before greeting the wild Pokemon we allowed to live in our backyard/garden.
Following that, I went to the mini graveyard and paid my respects to Lono/Lombre, and Sunny/Vileplume. I made sure to stream the occasion in Utopia so that my Pokemon could see their graves as well. Mothra as well as Hades followed suit and silently paid their respects to their heroic seniors too.
Horus/Xatu called for my attention, knowing that one of my thought streams was keeping an eye on Utopia. When I focused on him, I saw that the seniors were explaining to some of the newbies who Sunny and Lono were. Horus himself asked me to let him out since he wanted to pay his respects as well, which triggered an avalanche of requests to do the same from the others.
Even the newbies who had only learned about Sunny and Lono asked to be allowed to pay their respects. Because there was no chance that everyone would fit, I told them that they would have to do so in batches, starting with Horus, Hera/Pidgeot, Optimus/Butterfree, Parvati/Beedrill, and Prime/Beedrill.
Meanwhile, I began to clean up the graves and their immediate surroundings by hand, plucking any weed that had grown and sweeping away any leaves or other litter that landed there. After giving the first batch a few minutes to pay their respects, I briefly stopped tidying up the area to swap the first batch with the second one, though I let Horus stay out.
I then resumed cleaning while the second batch paid their respects. By the time I was done tidying up the place, the sixth batch was out, leaving only two more. While they were paying their respects, I requested Mothra to use her grass energy manipulation on the flowers that we grew on the graves.
She did that so that the flowers were healthy and energetic to ensure they stayed beautiful and fresh. Afterward, I asked Manami/Lapras, who was amongst the last batch, to water the flowers using Life Dew. She stopped after three rounds, and I thanked her for her help before placing the final batch back inside Utopia.
This left only me, Mothra, Horus, and Hades outside. They, along with the others through the live stream, watched me as I did the final step of the cleaning procedure, which was wiping the two gravestones as well as the statues I made of Lono and Sunny. Once those were clean, I also made sure to check the now pristine statues to ensure that they were in perfect condition.
After all that was done, I pulled out my Ocarina, sat down in front of the two graves, and began to play a few songs. Horus, Hades, and even Mothra sat down beside me to listen to the tune. I stopped roughly 30 minutes later, and by that time the sound of the Ocarina had drawn in nearly all the wild Pokemon staying at our place.
I saw them sitting all around our small group, still in a trance for a few more moments before they "woke" up, and looked at me. They actually collectively half-bowed to me for a moment before dispersing once more, though I saw that one of the older Marill had to actively pull two younger ones away.
We followed their example as well and went inside the house before entering Utopia. There my Pokemon, who had watched/listened to the concert, swarmed me to tell me how much they enjoyed the sound of the Ocarina, and the "little" ones asked me to play some more songs/tunes for them.
Their collective cuteness attack had me agree to play some more, but only after dinner, which had already gotten delayed due to the cleaning efforts. I then brought out everyone's dinner, and we collectively partook in our respective meals. Once everyone was sated, and we had cleaned the place up, everyone turned to me full of anticipation.
I naturally did not let them down and pulled out my Ocarina once more. I began to play the first song and allowed the sound of my Ocarina to spread throughout Utopia so that the other inhabitants could listen in as well.
Under the plea of everyone, I kept playing for close to two hours before I finally decided that enough was enough. Considering that it was already close to 11 p.m., I told everyone that it was time to disperse and that I was going to sleep before leaving Utopia with Hades in tow, or rather inside my shadow.
I went upstairs to my room and settled on the bed to do my usual meditation/training. Once I was in a comfortable position, I began to meditate and absorb the energy in the atmosphere to develop/grow my energy pools. I did that for roughly two hours before I went ahead and slept.
I woke up a bit before 8 in the morning, and I could not help but be pleased that no one had tried anything yesterday/during the night. I had actually sent out a warning through the official channel, and indirectly the criminal channels as well that any attack on my home in Hope Town or my family as well as friends would result in a drastic/lethal response on my part.
I did not know if that managed to intimidate the criminals enough for them to refrain from acting, or if the officials had stepped in to ensure that no incursions happened to keep me from going through with my threat but to be honest I only cared about the fact that nothing happened. I only hoped that it would remain that way since I was actually willing to carry out my threat.
Anyway, after going to the bathroom real quick, I made my way inside Utopia and trained my body for an hour before calling everyone over for breakfast. After a harmonious breakfast, I told everyone that it was time for our morning training. Upon hearing that, they began to spread out, and once they had reached their designated training spot, they started to train.
I went around and observed/supervised their training, chiming in when necessary and motivating them at other times. For those who were close to a breakthrough, I had them focus on the parameter(s) that were holding them back unless they were tired of keeping the same focus for too long. In that case, I had them focus on their move or energy manipulation mastery.
Thankfully, Aby(ss)/Gyarados and Jade/Gyarados were not among those. The two were the closest to breaking through to the next stage, and due to being the last two members of the Slythering Six that had yet to reach the dark gold stage, they were eager to raise the final parameter that was holding them back. They were also the ones I stopped by the most, followed by Squirtle and Beldum.
The morning session went on for close to 3 hours before I asked for everyone to stop. I gave them a few minutes to cool down before asking what they wanted to do until lunch. Their opinions were divided, splitting our group in two. One side wanted to simply relax until lunch, while the other wanted to play.
Hence, we did just that. The ones that wanted to relax settled beside the pond/lake at my place, while the ones that wanted to play moved a bit further away from the first group and began to play. The second group split into smaller groups to play different games, with some playing tag, others playing red light/green light, and some of the fliers playing aerial tag.
Once one of them had enough of one game, they switched to another. Sometimes one member of the play group seemed to have enough and moved over to the relaxing group. Conversely, there were also those among the idle group who at some point went to join the players.
Exactly at 2 p.m., I began to take out our lunch. The players stopped playing as soon as they saw the food and quickly joined us at the lake/pond. Everyone enjoyed their food, and once we were all full, I spent the next hour telling them some stories to pass the time until they were free to train again.
I naturally went around supervising the second training session as well. I let them choose what they wanted to focus on for this session, and most of them switched their focus. There were naturally those who insisted on resuming the training they did in the morning, such as Aby and Jade.
This training session went on for a total of 4 hours 45 minutes, with a 45-minute break between the two 2-hour blocks. At the end of the session, I once more let them cool down while I brought out the prepped ingredients for our dinner. They watched me cook as they recovered from their training, and since I was cooking for all of us I freely used my clones along with my psychic powers to handle all utensils and pots as well as pans.
The dinner was ready by 8:20 p.m., and it took us until 9 p.m. to be done with eating. I told everyone to ponder about what we should do for the rest of the night while I took care of the cleanup. In the end, they decided that they wanted to watch a movie. Since I got to choose, I went ahead and streamed "PokeRanger and the Temple of Spirits" into the sky.
It had been years since we had seen the movie, and many of our members had not seen it yet. Once the first part/film was over, I directly put up the fourth/film, "PokeRanger and the Spirit's Revenge", which was the direct sequel to the first one. While I/we had seen this one just a few months ago together with Aaron, I just had to put it up after the first part. I had no choice, it was a matter of principles.
It was close to 1 a.m. by the time the second movie was over, so I told everyone to head straight to bed, before following my own instructions, though only after meditating for an hour. As a result of yesterday's movie night, I only woke up at 9 a.m. on Kyoday. After settling breakfast, and finishing the morning training session, I told everyone that I would be busy until dinner, so they were free to choose themselves when and what to train.
Afterward, I left Utopia with Hades in my shadow and headed for my orphanage building. I wanted to check up on it to ensure that everything was in order. I not only checked the cleanliness of the place but also made sure that all furniture was in order, especially the kitchen. I also tested the lights by going to each room and flicking on the switch. Additionally, I went ahead and made sure to test the faucets as well as toilets on each floor to check whether the water ran smoothly or not.
Once I was done with my inspection I made sure to thank the security personnel on duty for doing a good job, before heading to my reserve/sanctuary since I wanted to check up on it as well. Thankfully, everything was in order there as well, though the place was completely empty, or rather empty of life. Well, outside of the trees, grass, and plants/flowers.
Even the stream was devoid of any "life" due to the net/barrier I had them install at the entrance of the reserve to avoid others getting in from there, which just meant that the barrier was doing its job just fine. Still, seeing it like this I suddenly felt like adding some life to the place, and since the Pokemon aside from Caterpie and Weedle line were not ready yet, I decided to add some of the fish inside Utopia's marine subspace to the stream.
By now, the number of fish swimming around inside the marine subspace was in the high hundreds of thousands, and if we had not been using part of them for consumption that number would have most likely broken past the million mark. Taking out a thousand or so fish for the reserve was no problem at all and would not affect anything as far as Utopia was concerned. I just had to see how many of the small to medium-sized fish the stream could take without feeling too crowded.
