One day, someone is going to hug you so tight that all of your broken pieces will stick back together.

Apple curled up her body on the floor, while cursing and also banging against her bedroom, as the girl was trying to get into her room.
The problem was: Apple didn't have the energy to fight her, she needed time to rest and gather her thoughts to think about what she had to do next.
She had saved money from her part-time job for a moment like this, but in her plan, the time when she stepped out of this house was when she had graduated, so at least she could get a decent job with good payment.
This was too early…
But Apple wouldn't survive if she insisted on staying. What she had done to Brian and how she escaped his thugs' friends were enough reasons for her to run away as far as she could from this house.
Apple grunted and picked herself up, she couldn't waste time. Aunty Marry would come home in the morning, which meant there were a few hours before she received another wrath from her, but for Brian, she didn't know when he would return and it was safe to say Apple couldn't meet him if she wanted to save her life.
Therefore, despite her aching body and her desire to take a nap to restore her energy, Apple took the biggest bag that she had and stuffed all of her clothes after she put aside the clothes she would wear since the one she was wearing was already drenched and wet.
Though that was the biggest bag that she had, it was still not enough for her to take more than ten clothes and a few things that were important to her.
It seemed this was the time to say goodbye to her other stuff. Apple couldn't even manage to bring her school textbook.
She wiped her tears that fell on her cheeks roughly and changed her clothes once she had done with her bag.
Now she realized it, she had wasted her time curling on the floor and crying helplessly, while she didn't know when Brian would return, probably he was probably on his way now and no one knew what he would do to her.
Apple tossed away her dirty clothes and tied her damp hair, as she carried the bag on her back.
She grunted when she removed all the things that she put behind the door in order to hold it, in case Cherry used the spare key and managed to get inside the bedroom.
Even at this moment, Cherry was still cursing, banging her door relentlessly.
"Here you are!" Cherry shouted out loud when Apple finally opened the door and walked out of her room. "Get out of there and clean up your mess!" she was furious upon seeing how messy the floor was because of Apple and failed to realize the backpack on her back. "DO IT NOW!"
Apple stood in front of her door, facing Cherry head-on, her eyes were red because of crying and anger.
"I will not do it," Apple said in a low and shaky voice, as she glared at her cousin. "You do it."
"What did you say?" Cherry walked closer to Apple, she held her arms in front of her chest. "You want to take a good beating again?"
Apple balled her fist and stared right into Cherry's eyes, as she spoke again, but this time her voice was steadier and louder. "I have had enough with all of you!"
"Oh, so you can…" Cherry didn't have a chance to finish her words when Apple attacked her all of a sudden.
Apple pushed her down the floor and kicked her right in her face, just like what Marry did a few days ago when Cherry came up with a story that she brought a guy into the house.
"F*ck you!" Apple was livid. It was like all of the bad things that this family had done to her crashed into her mind like a broken dam at once and felt wave after wave of strong emotions that she had tried to hold back for years.
The way they treated her, how they spoke to her, how abusive Marry and her children were, the money that they snatched from her, that was her parents' insurance money and the last was dare Brian sold her to his friend to pay his debt!?
Fortunately, Apple stopped herself when she watched blood fly from Cherry's nose, as the girl let out a muffled cry. She curled her body like what Apple did a few minutes ago, to protect her face.
Seeing that, Apple came to her senses and immediately left the house.
She ran as fast as she could and didn't look back again. She wouldn't come back. Never…
But, unbeknownst to her, someone was watching her every move from the dark and Dorian could only frown to see how the girl was running aimlessly to the bus station.
Where will she go?
As far as Dorian knew, the girl didn't have any other relatives except the one that she left behind, but if he were her, he wouldn't stay in such a house either with those vicious people.

"Hey, where did you go?" Kama frowned when he watched Drustan appear out of thin air, his long hair was wet and droplets of water dripped from his shirt.
Drustan didn't answer him and waved his hand in slow motion, as all the water gathered in her right palm like a ball of water.
He dried himself in less than two seconds and evaporated the ball of water, as he walked toward his chair.
"I brought you tea, but now it's already cold," Kama said, pointing to the cup of tea on his desk and then sat down in front of him.
Drustan took the tea and as he touched the cup, a whiff of white smoke appeared on its surface, indicating that it was a hot liquid. "Tell me what you know about the girl."
