Tears of Sorrow

A bluish night swiftly blew a chilling wind as the sky went darker and the moonlight illuminated the comforting white light like a night lamp. Most of the streets were empty as the wasteland the more time, the wind flow expanded.

The majority of Neo Tokyo citizens were recently at their sweet home spending a peaceful slumber after facing the recent Distrunian attacks. Moreover, they were already laid down in their resting place, such as Yuna and Hatoshi, who shared their bed together in a soothing atmosphere.

Even in the supposed to be sleep times, Hatoshi sorrowfulness grew wider through his eyes. Yuna who slept beside him in the sideway began to take notice of her closer partner who ventured down in deep sadness.

Worriedness started to influence Yuna's glassy eyes the longer she saw Hatoshi embrace the agony as he gritted his teeth. Tears from the eyes socket sluggishly dropped by when the schoolboy decided to turn his attention to the schoolgirl.

Nonetheless, Yuna held his offered hand very tightly like holding a dearest or precious thing before she gave him a sweet, cheerful smile. Unfortunately, it only brought down Hatoshi to despair as he started to whimper in an agonizing expression.

Furthermore, Hatoshi decided to slowly evade his eyes for a meeting with Yuna due to his mind being invaded by a terrifying imagination inside. Imagination about the whole Neo Tokyo city was burned by scorching flames with him in Sparror form and his close partner watched in their naked eyes, while relentlessly holding their hands.

However, the imagination was tossed aside with Hatoshi widening his eyes in realization before he slowly glared at Yuna who gave a furrow of concern. The schoolboy forcefully smiled, but it still didn't wash away the melancholy within his heart as tears dropped and became a waterfall of sadness.

His mind started to play two series of horrible compilations that were based on something that actually happened in his life or his wildest imagination. Those two compilations were when he was almost being captured by The Distrunian and the same imaginary world being burned with him alongside Yuna as a direct witness.

The tormenting pain was hard to bear as a screeching voice started to appear like a cough from his throat. It wiped away his forceful smile in an instant before it was replaced by gritted teeth.

Hatoshi even shamefully hid his despairing expression towards Yuna's direct sight as well as let go of the holding hand by sliding his body away from her reach. The schoolboy's spine shivered and his left hand began to shake in fear.

As Hatoshi wanted to shut his eyes from seeing the reality, he could feel a gentle force repositioning his body before he felt somebody latched on top of him. Yuna with a tilting smile bumped on his forehead very softly.

Hatoshi startled his eyes when Yuna not only bumped his forehead but his sad face was convinced to see her cheerful expression with her hand wrapped around his cheeks. Furthermore, she washed away his tears of despair with her gentle fingers touch as his arms struggled to go up.

Without any pressure of resistance and holding back anymore, Hatoshi reluctantly embraced his despair by a single hug on her back till her head went down beside his neck and hurtfully shut his eyes. Yuna, who now could feel the sense of condolence between both of them.

Especially the school girl stretched out her legs for a comfy sleep and thrust back her head precisely on her close partner's chest, cleansing the sorrowfulness within the schoolboy. Moreover, Yuna gently closed her eyes and Hatoshi who kept crying began to show a smile of comfort. The longer he felt the softness of her body, the more finally glossed over the despairful feeling with his eyes shut.

Thus, the solace slumbered between Hatoshi and Yuna smoothly occurred even one partner still dropping his tears. But, it enabled him to slowly fall down in a joyful and relief sleep.

Kiri in her pondered look and her new look, which was wearing her pinkish pajamas also a metal gauntlet wrapped around her left, focused her attention on the floating, square TV with a jaded line covering most of the parts while leaning on the metal, yet comfy sofa. The TV itself presented a show with a bunch of big-eyed people wearing a fantasy-style outfit who furrowed her eyes in annoyance.

While Kiri kept watching the TV show that contained a high pitch, especially the girl character, Gunvalian got up from the inside of a healing tube, distance behind the sofa with shocking, hefty breathing. His whole body was soaking wet due to the chemical inside the tube that fully recovered the injury on the chest.

Then, Gunvalian glanced at the lonely Kiri who might be waiting for his presence as his breathing quickly stabilized. Afterward, The Distrunian latched out from the healing tone after he could feel his body as fresh as waking up in the morning.

Moreover, Gunvalian gave a chilling grin as he headed toward the lonely Kiri's direction. The Distrunian afternoon time he spent was boisterous with many varieties of flaming projectiles colliding with the supposedly unstoppable defense till he passed out.

Nonetheless, Gunvalian wanted to cool off his dizzy head by joining Kiri's side as another watcher of the TV Show. A TV show which brought her a sense of guilt, yet pleasurable as she furrowed in annoyance, but also laughed in high pitch.

As Gunvalian took the seat beside her, he was greeted by a grateful smile by Kiri. A word bubble soon popped out as it was preparing the sentence and The Distrunian swiftly removed his battle glass.

It revealed his leaf-green eyes with an enlightened black tattoo below the left eye sockets. The plunging sword was a tattoo he chose that raised his confidence when The Distrunian folded Kiri's open hand in a gentle manner.

"So, Gunva, are you okay right now?" Kiri asked in an agitated voice.

The word bubble had finished its slot machine roll for the next sentence with Gunvalian gave a warm smile and curiously pinned his eyes towards the metal gauntlet she wore. "I am very fine. Besides, you did a very good job to replicate my technology with the gauntlet that you had."

Kiri was astonished by the gauntlet as she embracingly chuckled and hoisted closer towards Gunvalian eyes. Moreover, the doctor hurled around the metal gauntlet that brought more curiosity through The Distunian eyes.

"Thanks for the compliment and for the good, good explaining section, I am about to tell you now," Kiri replied in a soothing tone before a malefic grin appeared.

Kiri flicked the metal gauntlet to summon green lines that wrapped around the whole gauntlet surface. The doctor hoisted her gauntlet above her head and it summoned a small metal twister that twirled around in front of them.

Moreover, the demonstration continued as the twister morphed into a cup of coffee that almost fell down if Kiri's gauntlet wasn't anticipated to catch it. Hence, she celebrated the success by sipping the whole coffee without any prevention especially when it was still boiling hot.

"That's a little bit of demonstration." Kiri murmured in satisfaction, "Now it's time for the explaining section. Yes, I indeed duplicated your technology around 6 days ago thanks to the blessing from Dr. Akarose intelligent. Another factor is Distruian technology was fucking easier compared to Ozmonian due to it didn't have many, many, many, security programs.

"Even though it only lasts about a few days." Kiri added in a bittered tone, "Yeah, pretty, pretty, sad."

Gunvalian unrelentingly chuckled till a green wave moved down through his whole body in an instance with a human skin started and clothing spawned. Thus, he was reverted back to his human disguise, Makoto once again who made Kiri frown in surprise.

"Okay, why did you want to go back as Makoto again?" Kiri asked sheepishly

The word bubble vastly rolled up like a broken machine till Kiri's eyes couldn't follow the bouncing movement. "I wanted to rest for tomorrow's activity with this form Also, you are more comfortable with this form right?" The newest sentence of the word bubble blushed Kiri's face into a cherry red as she shortly chortled.

"As long as it's human-looking, I am comfortable with it, hehe," Kiri answered embarrassingly.

Therefore, Kiri gently bumped her head right into Makoto's chest as he softly rubbed her cheeks with a satisfied smile. The two sinister villains finally could spend their resting time after tormenting and torturing the heroes by watching a guilty pleasure show they loved to watch together.

Unbeknownst to them, Jakon watched over them from afar with his sharp, eagle eyes and crossed hands. The Golden Distrunian smirked in gladness towards his old friend, Gunvalian for enjoying more time with his new life partner in the most healthy and solace atmosphere.

Warmful morning light shone through the whole Neo Tokyo in a blink of an eye and the blue sky soared in a serene wind towards the houses below. Yuna's rented house was included on the list to be showered by the light.

The blinding light itself passed through the inside of the house and to be more specific was inside Yuna's bedroom, where she and Hatoshi had a serene night. Furthermore, the schoolboy left a note in the form of a smile as he slept and gently hugged his sleepy close partner.

As the morning light resurfaced in Hatoshi's eyes, he opened his eyes which got a blurry vision at first before a clear vision that saw Yuna still taking a nap on his chest like a comfy pillow. Moreover, the schoolboy smirked in gladness as he brushed over her soft, long black hair to regain more comfort.

The more Hatoshi brushed her hair with his gentle hand, the more he got comforted atmosphere by inhaling the fresh morning air. It also caused Yuna to be awakened from her sweet slumber time in an instance as she widely opened her eyes. As if her eyes were opened automatically like a robot with a sheepish giggle made a follow-up. Furthermore, Yuna lifted her head to get a clear picture of Hatoshi's cheerful and relaxing face.

"Morning, Hatoshi, so do you want to tell me what happened yesterday?" Yuna softly asked

Hatoshi furrowed down in worry as he deeply bit his lip before he latched his arm at Yuna's back in a hugging position. The schoolboy slowly regained his confidence he let out a sigh in relief and glanced at her in solace.

"Sure...why not." Hatoshi bittered as he let out a forceful smile and exhaled a burdened air for preparing an incoming well-structured explanation, "Yesterday….I participated in Superhero activities as an...operator and suddenly, The Distrunian invaded the operator base alongside the injured Sparror."

"Furthermore, he knew that I was helping Sparror to defeat him." Hatoshi added in a regretful tone, "That's how I ended up like this."

Nevertheless, Yuna was pounded by shocked as she lifted her body from the comfy chest of Hatoshi. The schoolboy also got up with sorrow painted all over his face due to his mind accidentally picking up the moment when he lost his power in front of Gunvalian before it blitzed away to the time when his hand and legs were decapitated by a single sword slash from The Distrunian.

Luckily, Hatoshi washed away all those horrific episodes that were about to present the same exact scene of him being helpless with sharply pinned his sight towards Yuna. Therefore, he patted right at the shoulder as she slowly went into a whimpering phase.

"It's okay, Yuna, I mean look at me, I survived, right?" Hatoshi said in a comforting demeanor.

"My true concern was your stepfamily." Yuna replied in a gloomy voice, "I knew I was also quite shocked when you told me this, but I am aware there is a desire to help Superheroes within you."

"Yeah, I am very sorry for not telling them and it proved that I am quite a terrible stepson to them."

Afterward, Hatoshi gritted his teeth for enduring a very deep, agonizing pain and let go of his gentle pat on his close partner's shoulder. Yuna could only witness the schoolboy once again venturing to the sea of regrets with sweat dropped by like a raindrop.

Eventually, Hatoshi was successfully being pulled off from the unrelenting regrets with Yuna holding both of his cheeks in a reposeful demeanor. A spark of happiness sluggishly flew through the course of his veins as he formed a pressured smile.

"Hatoshi, you are not a terrible stepson." Yuna spoke in a smooth, yet convincing tone, "You just didn't want to make them worried."

"Wait, are you sure about that?" Hatoshi asked in nervousness.

Yuna willingly nodded right at the sorrowful Hatoshi before she initiated a warmful hug with her eyes gently closed. The schoolboy was not only deeply surprised but timidly aroused.

The hug itself rang a reminder of the time when his mother was still by his side 9 years ago and whenever his mind dropped down into an abyss of sadness, she guided him to the exit way by a single hug that Yuna now did to him. Moreover, Hatoshi profoundly remembered the soothing, soft skin his neck felt and her pleasant smile which encouraged him to furrow his eyes in confidence.

Afterward, it brought him back to the present time as he softly wrapped around Yuna's back with his hand joyfully. A smirk of gladness appeared through his raised eyes, wiping away the sorrow, despair, and fear from influencing his sides.

A couple of minutes had passed once again, Hatoshi recently obtained a shirt for covering his half-naked body with a soothing smile of gladness due to Yuna comfortingly sitting beside him on the wooden ground beside the mattress, gently holding their hands. The cloth that Hatoshi chose was a purple T-shirt with a silver-colored knuckle motif on top of the middle side.

"Eh...Yuna, can you stay at my step-parent house for today?" Hatoshi politely asked.

"Yes, I will stay." Yuna reluctantly answered, "I know you still need me to comfort you especially after facing all of these problems as an operator right?"

"As much as I hate to say this, yes."

Afterward, Hatoshi embracingly giggled with his face boiled into red and got steamier the more he locked his attention on Yuna. While his close partner just gave him a reluctant smile that slowly put down the steamy red face.

"I am pretty sure, if I come back to my house, my step-parents, especially Aunt Chisato would literally punish me." Hatoshi bittered.

"I might disagree with that." Yuna countered in a soft voice, "At first Aunt Chisato would be pissed at first, but she'll eventually got over it."

"I don't think it will work this time because this activity is related to how my parent's died."

Thus, Hatoshi furrowed down in an eyes of despair as he tremblingly clenched his fist and swallowed his saliva. However, the gladful smile was still kept in touch for now.

"Unless, If I lie to her again," Hatoshi said in sorrow, "But, that way is also not right."

"I suggest just telling you the truth to your step-parents." Yuna softly argued as she tilted her head with a sweet smile, "Beside…..I am also included in your lie too."

Hatoshi quickly raised his eyebrows sparking shock toward his close partner. At the same time, it brought him a glimmer of hope as his eyes went down before a sheepish chuckle was let out from his throat.

Moreover, he gave a brief sigh of relief as he pinned his sight on the front line of Yuna's open door. A sense of convincing confidence shone through both on Hatoshi's smiles and his smirk that he was ready to face any possibility of the outcome when he met his step-parents.

"Yeah, you are right," Hatoshi confessed with a relaxing demeanor, "It's not fair for you and my step patent for not knowing what I have been doing especially since I got fully recovered by Zero's healing tank...again.

Afterward, Yuna leaned her head onto his pounding chest once again like a balmy pillow as she exhaled sweet, high pitch breathing. Therefore, Hatoshi grasped the condolence atmosphere within the room with his eyes softly closed, giving him more closure for the possibilities of the upcoming things in his life.
