Stronghold Determinations

The Distrunian secret base remained in a frenzied battle between the assembled cast of heroes against the unstoppable enemy who was the last one standing on the battlefield, Gunvalian. Moreover, the advantage of this battle was held by The Distrunian as he rammed a bull-charging headbutt to the circular blazing shield of Sparror.

The shield construct was shattered into unseeable pieces and jounced away Sparror till he fell to the ground. Gunvalian consumed by exhilarating excitement with his grin opened widely, heaved stomping feet above The Flaming Hero who struggled to get up his body.

Luckily, the stomping foot was prevented due to the cloudy, yellow light that embarked on through the whole bulky body with ease. It's also leaving Gunvalian frozen like a statue in a stepping position that gave Sparror a sigh of relief as he managed to get up his body and witnessed the thrower, Agano on the far right with a hefty breath.

From far left, Sparror soberly caught a glimpse of Blue Winter rushed forward to land a decisive blow as one of the knuckles was covered by a thick ice shell. The Flaming Hero gladly closed his eyes before he reopened them when the molten palm pitched in front of his glimmering sight.

Hence, a melted lava floor like in the volcano emerged below Gunvalian feet, creating an intoxicating glare. The Distrunian even witnessed the floor embarked, a blinding orange light like meeting a direct hit of sunlight that calmly shut his eyes for the next thrilling special move of his foe.

The temporal explosion soared to the sky in less than a second, at the same time tossed Gunvalian's bulky body up with ease like a small object. The Flaming Hero reluctantly glanced towards Blue Winter who swiftly leaped off with thrusting back the frostbite-shell fist.

Sparror pointed the blazing finger to his friend and the lava floor below vanished in an instant without any traces left. Then, the scorching spawned near the desirable target, Blue Winter, and vastly slung its hovering existence onto it similar to a speeding bullet.

The Shaolin Warrior with a grateful grinned let his frostbite knuckle swarmed by the flaming projectile, merging into the heterochromatic surface of ice and fire. Blue Winter raised his pale skin palm, channeling a warmly pearl-yellow aura on its surrounding that became a punching land spot for his heterochromatic fist.

A soft and elastic gulp of pearl-yellow aura was withdrawn by the clutching grip of Blue Winter's heterochromatic hands that dissolved into an amplifying sparkle. A group of sparkles enveloped the punching knuckle of his hand.

With a soothing atmosphere that gave a chilling exhale that cleared his throat, Blue Winter hurled down the heterochromatic aura to unleash an enlarged, tsunami-like wave of surging aura. The embarking aura dauntlessly took shape into the humanoid figure as it hovered closer in Gunvalian direction.

A yellow dominant, shimmering bald giant monk that big as a 4 feet tall building entered the scene with a stern look. A blazing molten left hand and iceberg-shell right hand became the center of attention for the thrilling Gunvalian especially for another time of meeting a devastating attack.

The aura monk briskly fell and both of the fists pounded the defenseless Gunvalian like a star fall. A gulp of jade blood forcefully vomited out from The Distrunian throat as his bulky body narrowly touched the ground due to the immense force given by the monk.

"I can guess you wanted to buy me some time to unleash the ultimate move." Gunvalian gleefully uttered within his mind, "Oh well, good job because that's what I am waiting for."

"Thanks to the buff I received last night, I could still hold this powerful attack like an easy breakfast," Gunvalian added through his mind.

Thus, a glamouring explosion wave of flame, blizzard, and yellow aura ascended throughout the main base when the monk landed the metal ground alongside Gunvalian. Torment of blazing heat and shivering freeze forced The Distrunian to howl in unrelenting agony as his body floated in an immobilized state.

Every limb of The Distrunian couldn't grasp an inch or sign of movement and his eyes almost indulged the more his bulky body endured the chaining pain. However, the blazing freeze wave didn't wipe out the sparking smile of delirium within Gunvalian as the process continued.

Blue Winter who just landed beside Sparror by a single dashing kick, witnessed the massive explosion with a delightful smile colored his expression. The clenching fists of The Shaolin Warrior even trembled in burning excitement.

While Agano darted his sight precisely to Sparror who remained to witness the ongoing explosion. The Onmyouji blew a burdening air especially when he caught a glimpse of a bulky man silhouette sluggishly standing up, bringing a sudden gasp of dread for a moment.

"Sparror, are you sure the newest plan that was recently told by the telepathic girl will be the most effective way of stopping this...Distrunian?" Agano asked with a skeptical tone.

"Don't worry, Mr. Agano." Sparror replied with a relieving tone, "It will successfully work."

Agano sighed in bitterness, "Fine and sorry for asking a lot of questions."

"It's okay." Sparror spoke calmly, "I am aware you were not quite used..handling this type of enemy or this situation."

The Flaming Hero glared down at Agano's hand and lightened an idea by widening the shimmering yellow eyes. An idea of gaining a unique buff The Onmyouji could bless him especially on handling this unstoppable Distrunian.

"Anyway, how about the sudden awakening card? Can you make it right now?" Sparror happily requested.

Agano chuckled, "Maybe, I can."

"Paper Card Man, how about another doubling buff that you gave me before." Blue Winter suggested.

"Sure that's a great idea, in my opinion."

Agano hoisted his palm that omitted a group of yellow energy before tidily morphed the elastic surface into a rectangular card-like. The warm, illuminating light swiftly caught the intriguing attention of his other two friends.

Especially Blue Winter who filled up the curiosity by broadening his eyes and stepping closer to get a clear look. As the forging of a new card presumed, Sparror raised the heedful yellow eyes as he witnessed Gunvalian strugglingly tried to walk away from the burning clutches of the explosion.

The Flaming Hero upraised the molten hand before slamming it down, dropping a showering explosion wave onto Gunvalian. It left The Distrunian back being pressured by the unrelenting wave.

"Interesting that he still has not used his ultimate technique." Blue Winter happily praised.

Agano groaned in annoyance and shook, especially witnessing Blue Winter's thrilling grin painted all over his face, convincing him to look at the unfinished paper card. While Sparror could only chuckle before he glanced at the explosion wave and broadened shocking eyes as he witnessed Gunvalian gaining a ducking position.

"Agano, how about you give the intangible buff to me based on the telepathy girl's suggestion?" A familiar commanding robotic voice vastly approached the remaining heroes.

Zero with a stoic expression, smoothly landed the hovering boots to the ground before he joined the other three. Sense of relief was captured through Sparror as he blew the burdening air away from his throat.

The Onmyouji quickly turned around to his metal friend's direction and flipped the shimmering energy that let the paper card enter the scene. A paper card with the black-ink kanji written "Intangible" was tossed around, latched on the left shoulder of Zero for the landing spot.

"Thank you for the buff, Agano," Zero uttered with a deep tone.

Agano reluctantly nodded as he opened two of his hands to omit a group of yellow energy for opening a chance to refill the paper card. While Zero smoothly hovered to the front sight and locked a sharp eye towards Gunvalian who closed enough to get out from the explosion wave.

"Sparror, Blue Winter, remember to let The Distrunian unleash his so-called ultimate move." Zero announced, "So I can activate the last counter machine which is me."

"Yes, I am going to release all the electricity from my metal body or in the simplest terms, channel all the life energy of mine," Zero added.

"Then, you're going…...to…..die….then or is there another way to prevent his ultimate attacks like counter electricity or something or...even stop...him?" Sparror asked with a worried tone.

Zero glanced at Sparror with a relieving stare, "Based on the calculation or possibilities, I would most likely fall into a coma around 2-3 years. Therefore, you should be relieved I am still alive for this world, Sparror."

"As for your second question and third question, unfortunately, my counter machine and enhancement for myself isn't enough to stop both the ultimate move or even The Distrunian himself." Zero added, "So far, this is the most effective method for 85% chance canceling the ultimate and stopping this peasant for once and for all.

At first, Sparror clenched both of his fists as a look of sorrow clouded within his shimmering eyes. Moreover, The Flaming Hero avoided the disquiet expression to get a clear sight from his metal friend.

However, Sparror quickly regained a sense of calmness and relief by a single sigh before he raised his head, regaining slight confidence within his eyes. The Flaming Hero reluctantly nodded towards Zero who strongly kept his commanding stare even though the left side metal fingers trembled in fear.

"Yeah….you're kinda correct, Zero." Sparror said with an unnerving tone, "I...meant….you always put a backup or plan in almost every dangerous situation especially on avoiding your death."

"100%....Correct." Zero responded with a deep tone, Ozmonian...always have a backup plan in every situation.

A despondency feeling emerged within Zero feeling especially the thought of tributing himself for the plan invaded his mind. Metal fingers on the right side began to dreadfully shiver as his sight witnessed The Disrunian foot narrowly escape from the clutches of the explosion wave that bit by bit dissolved into nothing.

"Even a robotic alien like you can sense fear and skepticism too." The telepathic voice of Mistress Foreseen soothingly entered The Ozmonian mind.

Zero shook his head and furrowed in irritation with the presence of Mistress Foreseen lingered within his mind. Afterwards, The Ozmonian broadened the bloodshot eyes as he witnessed Gunvalian finally walking out after the explosion dimmed out into nothing, giving a thrilling-thirst grin towards the heroes.

The Ozmonian heedfully activated the sparkling, blue sparkles from both of the rocket boots and flickered the metal fingers to summon the petit version of himself. The Petit Zero where everyone couldn't grasp its presence as nobody didn't take a glance especially when it hovered closer beside Zero head.

Therefore, Gunvalian rushed forward like a charging bull and channeled out wild, jade electricity that got aggressive for each second he made echoing steps. Agano only furrowed in boredom with the seemingly unkillable presence of his enemy.

While Sparror directed the molten hand on his metal friend who was ready to initiate a charge. A single flaming ball flinched out through the molten knuckle and latched onto Zero's shoulder, widely covering the metal body in less than a second.

Thus, Zero was swallowed completely by the flaming cloth and remerged right in front of the bull charging Gunvalian. The flaming clutch swiftly blasted off from protecting the metal body before it morphed into a towering, explosion wave that shackled The Distrunian, slowing down his stomping feet.

The Ozmonian quietly pressed his chest and quickly enlightened a shining blue light throughout the metal body, brighter than the dawn sun. Zero took a sigh of relief before he gazed down at the metal palm with a bitter worried look before he clenched into an unyielding fist.

"Thank you again for the recent information telepathy girl and I am 80% ready to initiate this phase," Zero uttered telepathically with a reluctant tone.

The shimmering Zero caught the attention of the three heroes and at the same time witnessed Gunvalian being burnt alive, struggling to grasp a step forward as the intensity of the explosion increased. The Flaming Hero gave a gloomy stare towards his metal friend who was preparing himself for the next plan.

Luckily, Sparror blew away the burdening thought with a single sigh and declared a crushing grip on the molten hand. The blazing explosion ascended to the sky above like a tornado, but The Distrunian remained smiling especially on enduring the constant burning wave.

Moreover, Gunvalian glared down at embarking, jade energy erupted through his chest, and grinned with a juicing flame of excitement boiling within his mind. The Distrunian hoisted the bulky hand of his, rapidly funneling green electricity as the ultimate move was ready to be initiated.

"The time has come, I am ready to unleash the ultimate move thanks to this buff I received yesterday," Gunvalian mumbled joyfully within his mind. "Yes, this will be the most thrilling moment ever before I have...some good time in Tacrion with Kiri."

Nonetheless, the heroes gave an anticipation stare especially with Blue Winter closed his thrilling lips and eyes, at the same time resting the punching fist on his palm. Agano in shivering dread due to his hand constantly shaking, decided to cross one of the hand that channeled out a group of yellow energy.

Furthermore, they frozenly witnessed the jade energy soaring through the whole towering explosion wave, corrupting its blazing essence as the process. Sharp, darting eyes from Sparror were locked to the explosion wave as he forcefully clenched one of the trembling hands.

"It's time for The Distrunian to unleash the ultimate move. So I recommend you to release the buff card after…the ultimate move will be canceled hopefully." A telepathic voice of Mistress Foreseen entered Agano's mind with a recommended demeanor.

"That...is...actually a….quite a good idea," Agano replied telepathically with a slightly skeptical tone.

"Beside...I have another question, will I get some protection from the ultimate move because I am not sure this suit or my human body could handle it." Agano added with a frantic tone in a telepathic way.

"Do not be worried, Sparror will bless you with protection."

Afterwards, Mistress Foreseen's telepathic voice migrated into its next objective which was Blue Winter as his mind could feel a gentle wind blowing away. It let The Shaolin Warrior open his eyes with a soothing smile that colored his whole face.

"Blue Winter, you're ready to endure the pain that ultimate move would bring onto you?" Mistress Foreseen telepathic voice asked.

"Indeed, I am very excited to feel the pain of this exciting ultimate move you had been telling me for a while." Blue Winter replied with a mix of chilling and jolly tones.

"Good to hear that."

The telepathic presence of Mistress Foreseen hopped into another hero and the current pick was Sparror. A sense of serene and calmness closed The Flaming Hero's shimmering eyes momentarily as he could feel a gentle wind gusted within his mind.

"Sparror, you're ready for meeting this moment, right?" Mistress Foreseen cheerfully guessed.

"If it's for creating a peaceful world for Yuna…..I am truly ready for this." Sparror replied gleefully. "Besides, thank you very much for all your telepathic help."

"You're welcome and I wished I could have done more than this."

"It's okay, this telepathic advising was already enough for me."

The blazing explosion wave was soon incinerated when the fiery body was completely corrupted by the jade energy, revealing Gunvalian with his chest channeled out a hovering, group of energy. Therefore, the ultimate move for The Distrunian was ready to be initiated and the heroes were ready to meet this outcome, hoping they could win this battle.
