The Bittersweet Encounter With The Forgotten Hero

A gleaming-fiery ball was revealed in the middle of the rainy road that was only filled by Sadari who continuously shouted her enraged scream like there was no end. A blazing spark flashed on The Corpse Woman and closed her roaring jaw as she turned around to watch the hovering construct.

Sadari tilted her head from left to right in curiosity before taking a few steps closer onto the fiery ball. A fiery ball elongated all the limbs of the humans and incinerated every trace of the sparkling blaze, convincing The Corpse Woman to raise her trembling fist with heated enrage toward the person who showed her full appearance inside her sight.

The person was none other than Sparror who stood firmly on top of the road and darted his heedful eyes toward Sadari. He snapped his armored thumbs and an ant size fiery ball emerged beside his right cheek, preparing himself for initiating a brief conversation with Sadari.

"So who exactly, are you, Sorry for asking this?" Sparror asked with a concerned voice as the fiery ball flickered slowly.

"Sadari….my name…." Sadari replied with a distorting tone as she pointed her finger toward The Flaming Hero. "And…..you…must…be…Sparror.."

Sadari groaned and twisted her head to the left, "The….monster…who…erased…erased."

Then, a blood ring was wrapped around Sadari's head and an ear-wrenching sound echoed out loudly through her, prevented to finishing the sentence. The Flaming Hero hastily rushed onto The Corpse Woman with a pity sight blooming on his void-black face.

The blood ring would soon dissolve faster than the blink of an eye, leaving Sadari to unveil a bloodshot stare. A bloodshot stare halted Sparror from taking a step further, raising the chariness within his mind especially when he witnessed The Corpse Woman drop her staggering jaw in a burning enrage.

"The..monster…who…made….Rising Sun…forgot…my existence as a…." Sadari muttered with a line of blood tears shed from the eyes socket. "The….true…..hero….!!!"

Sadari growled and reverted her head into a straight line, "You….envious...demonic creature!!"

"What do you me-" Sparror didn't finish his word when he suddenly froze at the spot.

"I guess you were some kind of a hero who returned back from the dead, is that true?" Sparror guessed with a polite tone.

"ABSOLUTELY!!" Sadari shouted and materialized encroaching blood to envelop her clenching fist. "And…this..is…is..what…I received for the return….."

"Being forgotten….being replaced..by you as…the true hero of Rising Sun…." Sadari added with an infuriating tone.

The Flaming Hero reluctantly closed his lantern eyes with him digging a realization that the enemy he faced was just a resurrected hero. He even nodded his head as the thought of sorrow quickly invaded his mind, forcing him to exhale an anxious gasp shortly.

Regardless, Sparror opened his shimmering eyes with an affirmativeness that lingered through his head and tossed aside the sorrowfulness inside his mind. The Flaming Hero heaved the molten palm beside his cheek, anticipating on the upcoming attack due to the hawk-stare noticing Sadari's hand was covered by solidified blood.

"Sadari I'm sorry that we all forgot your existence in this current time," Sparror remarked calmly and nodded his head. "Therefore, let us settle this by having a talk about the new Rising Sun you just landed here."

"Besides, I don't like facing other heroes too, Sadari," Sparror added with a reassured tone as he slowly approached her and rested the molten hand. Instead, The Flaming Hero offered an open hand toward Sadari as he was already in front of her. "So it's okay…I will not be afraid of you. I promised"

Sparror blissfully chuckled, "Also, having another Superhero in here is very much a relief for me."

The Corpse Woman winced a surprised jaw with her kept darting on Sparror who opened a jolly stare. The blood covering hand began to be sucked in by her wrist when Sadari grasped a little sign of relief the more time scanning The Flaming Hero's opened hand, slightly heaving one of her undead eyes.

A relief that lured Sadari into sluggishly retrieved back her clenching hand after spending time glaring at Sparror's offering hand. The Corpse Woman warily formed a gladful smirk, unfolding the brown-decompose teeth.

"Then…..what….should I do…to…make…those…people remember me once…again?" Sadari asked with an unnerving tone.

"Simple, you just have to act like what you used to do in your era, as the hero of course," Sparror advised placidly.

Sparror exhaled a contorting sigh and prolonged the comforting conversation as he was about to let out thoughts on showing the new things for Sadari sparked inside his mind, "Speaking about the current era or..a new world for you."

"I will introduce you to the new infrastructure, culture, and even maybe…finding your home too," Sparror explained happily.

Suddenly, Sadari felt a shiver as if she stood in sub-zero temperatures with both of her legs continuously crumbling. The Corpse Woman also hastily bit her staggered lips and took unnerving steps on the back, squealing a high-pitch, yet mangling growl on the surroundings, letting her mind flash an amicable memory of the past.

A crystal-clear picture of the long-straight line black hair woman with a red kimono that had a blossom motif on the back, extended her arm as she continued to walk upon the vigorous grass field. Moreover, she was heading into the right side of the two-stories creamy wooden Minka's with a black rooftop direction.

The woman shakily opened her serene smile as she witnessed a black ponytail boy wearing a golden kimono run onto her and show a yearning smirk. extended both of his hands. Hence, she kneeled to her feet and stopped the approaching steps with tears of delirium shredded from her eyes.

"Mother, mother, you came back!!" The kid cried in joyfulness that shone through his mind with him almost reaching The woman's near distance.

The woman cheerfully giggled and uttered, "Absolutely, Kotaro."

"I will never forget about you." The woman replied with a pleasant tone as she smirked, showered by the gladness of reuniting with her son again.

Thus, the kid tightly hugged the back of his mother and closed his eyes with exuberance glimmering in his head. While the woman gently latched a comforting palm on the back of his head and blissfully chuckled.

"I will never forget about you too, Mother," Kotaro mentioned excitedly.

A flash of blood-red light soared across the sky and wiped out every material on the grass field including both The Woman and her son. The temporal flash of light that brought Sadari into the present time once again with despondency blood tears rained down onto the dampened ground, blending with the water.

The corpse woman pointed her clutching hand onto the cloudy sky above and sobbed in a yearning demeanor. A worriedness shone through Sparror's eyes as he retrieved back the offering hand, sharpening his observative sight toward Sadari who cast out a blood wormhole beneath her feet by thrusting up her hand.

"Eh…Sadari what's going on?" Sparror politely asked.

"Home….Home….home…I..must…go…." Sadari uttered with a sorrowful tone and both of feet began to be absorbed by the bloody wormhole below. Frantic feeling widened Sparror's shimmering eyes and forced him to take a step closer to Sadari.

"I…must….see….I..must…see..it!!" Sadari added and bit her anxious lips as the blood wormhole continued to drown her.

"Sadari wait!!" Sparror shouted and hoisted his opened grip, attempting to reach Sadari who kept being sucked into the depth of the bloody wormhole. He even watched as only The Corpse Woman's neck remained within his sight as Sadari let her body be swallowed by the wormhole, resembling a quicksand.

Unfortunately, Sadari's remains were now fully fallen down into the bloody wormhole stomach. With the prey completely devoured, the wormhole shrunk down until any physical traces of its existence blinked out from Sparror's eyes.

The Flaming Hero reluctantly shook his head and raised a bemused look into the wormhole's spot. Then, he exhaled the contorting sigh for capturing a bitter relief of handling today's bizarre thing of the so-called forgotten hero revived from death's slumber.

'Today's Superhuman problem is quite bizarre, to be honest.' Sparror exclaimed through his mind.

'A hero from ancient times suddenly awakened in this era and she was mostly disappointed at being forgotten by us.' Sparror added. 'It's very tragic indeed.'

The Flaming Hero rubbed his void-black chin and presumed his mind mumbling, 'It's lucky that we didn't end up fighting.'

'Even though I felt her power kind of…maybe…messing up her head I guess.' Sparror uttered with an anxious tone after his mind popped up a moment of the blood ring strapped on Sadari's head for a brief second. It left The Flaming Hero widening a skeptical look the longer his mind perceived that moment.

'That ring…it made Sadari embrace the anger or fear of being forgotten, perhaps so.' The Flaming Hero uttered. 'Which means…it makes it harder to convince her to become my ally in Neo Tokyo.'

Sparror groaned within her mind in tiredness, 'Damn.'

Sparror even scratched his forehead before glancing at the cloudy sky that constantly showered him with the endless raindrop. However, a glimmer of hope awakened through The Flaming Hero's widened eyes as he let out a contorting chuckle of confidence and steered down his sight in a straight line.

'At the same time, Sadari still has a chance to be brought back into the good side.' Sparror exclaimed proudly. 'Yes because I remember I still have Mr.Agano who had an Onmyouji power that might help her to tame her power.'

Hence, Sparror closed his eyes briefly to embrace the relief and hopefulness of one day returning Sadari in the right way. The brainstorming time of The Flaming Hero made him achieve an enthusiastic feeling, mostly related to gaining more allies in Neo Tokyo City as he enthusiastically chortled the contorting voice.

"Sparror." A stoic-female robotic voice called out of The Flaming Hero's name and captured from behind him. Sparror swiftly turned around his body and a surprising look shone through his eyes.

The person that called him was revealed to be Chemistra who crossed both of the metal hands and showed a stoic glare on her face. The Flaming Hero exhaled a thankful sigh with the presence of another hero appearing in this kind of time, convincing him to take one step closer in The Chemist's direction.

"Can you guess where the so-called forgotten is going next?" Chemistra asked sternly.

Sparror shook his head, "Sorry I couldn't tell it."

"Speaking about Mr.Agano, where is he?" Sparror released the question enthusiastically as he scanned Chemistra's surroundings and his sight didn't capture any sign of Agano. Even Onmyouji's partner robot, Ryuzen, didn't show up on the scene.

"He is still handling some normal cop problems in the east region," Chemistra answered bluntly.

"Ah, I see….because Mr.Agano's power could potentially help the forgotten hero to the right path once again," Sparror reassured as he was ready to share the halfly relieving moment of encountering Sadari with The Chemist. "Yes…I will tell everything that I knew from and what I've experienced with her."
