Now

Back to the present,

Oona rubbed her temples thinking how these 4years have changed so much in their life. Nothing is the same now.

Juan and Lyra have this invisible wall between them which seems to grow more each day. Tara is still trying to make her relationship work. Her... and ....Joel also can never return before to 4 years. They can never be together again. They are already damaged so much.

While all this was swirling in everyone's minds they reached the private cottage villa.

Tara gasped looking at the beautiful cottage. It was similar to a honeycomb from an aerial view. The centre structure was connecting various branches of cabins through a glass passage. The entire cottage was built in rich wood which is painted white.

All four got down from the car and walked towards the villa. Aiden and Joel were already there and waiting for them.

"It has been so long since we came here" Joel commented pushing the ladies trolly inside the door.

Aiden nodded his head as he helped Joel.

"You guys were here before?" Tara asked as she had no clue that they had already visited this place. She knew that this was Liu's property, but nobody mentioned the group visiting here previously.

"Yes. We were here when we were very small. You were not there with us." Aiden answered Tara.

"Oh."

Tara pushed a smile on her face again. She felt that again, she was never included with them in anything. They had tons of memories that it was overwhelming sometimes. She understands that she was with them for only 2.5 years when they were small. But still knowing and accepting is different. She always feels like she is an extra in their friendship. She was very jealous of their bond. No matter what, she was still things for her to know about them. While every time they brought up their memories she left like an outcast.

She knew well. Very well that they were not doing it intentionally. Most of the time, it will just be a slip of tongue and her questioning them in detail. But she feels hurt.

Tara buried her thoughts inside and glanced around.

"It's really pretty Juan. I really love this place." Tara said standing in front of the glass wall.

"Yes," Juan answered simply and helped Lyra to move her luggage to one of the cabin wings.

Lyra pursed her lips seeing him pushing her trolly. She glanced at Tara, and seeing that she didn't mistake it she followed him.

As Lyra turned her back, Tara turned towards them and watched them walk away.

A sad smile made its way to her lips, "A little more, Tara. He is opening up to you. Try a little harder. Everything will be fine."

Tara told herself and pushed her trolly to her bedroom. She got fresh and decided to take a nap as she was feeling jetlag.

Tara lay on the fluffy bed and covered herself in a thick furry blanket. She turned to her side and gazed absentmindedly. She eventually she asleep with a load of thoughts in her mind.

In Lyra's bedroom, Juan placed the bag near to cupboard and turned toward her.

"Unpack and arrange it. Don't be lazy." Juan said and walked past her.

"This is wrong, Juan," echoed Lyra's voice.

Juna turned to her and looked at her. He didn't question her but he just waited for her to finish her words.

"Don't you know to take care of Tara first? She is the lady of your life. Your attention should be on her rather than on other people's. Don't repeat it again. No woman likes to watch her man give importance to other women than herself." Lyra explained.

Juan didn't react and just looked at her. Eventually, he just nodded his head and went out. Juan stood after closing the door of her room. He clenched his fist light and breathed out loudly. He then walked ahead to his room.

After changing into comfortable clothes he went to Tara's room. He knocked on her door and waited, hearing no response her creaked open the slightly and called her again.

"Tara?" He called to her softly. He stepped inside the room carefully seeing that she is already asleep.

He walked to her and tucked her in the blanket as she had kicked it aside. He straightened and watched his girlfriend sleeping.

"I am sorry, Tara" Juan muttered and stepped out of the room.

He walked to the room with a lot of thoughts going on in his head. He was asking himself if he was doing the right thing. He slouched on the reclining chair and covered his eyes with his arms. He sighed heavily and tried to get some rest.

In the evening, the group gathered in the main cabin where a luxurious living room, dining, kitchen, and mini bar were built.

The fireplace looked so good that Tara almost stuck close to it. It was an ancient design where the fireplace itself looked like a mini palace in wood with carving making it so rusty yet breathtakingly beautiful.

"Baby, Are you trying to roast yourself? What are you doing being so close to the fire?" Lyra chuckled seeing Tara's eyes twinkling like stars.

"See these carvings in wood. They are very majestic. I want to take a closer look at them." Tara said as Lyra pulled her backwards.

"Dummy, You can just check it before we light the wood right? Can't you wait for some hours?" Lyra asked making Tara sit.

Tara shook her head like a child still looking at the fireplace in awe. Lyra chuckled looking at her and waiting for in dining for food.

"I want to visit the town near our place. I searched about it. They say there will street food street at night. And a lot of restaurants at night as in that town. Let's go visit it in the evening and have dinner in the town before returning." Oona said excitedly thinking about the various food there.

Lyra and Tara nodded their head cheerfully and started discussing their plans.

Grrr*

Growl*

Lyra and Oona clutched their stomach and grinned. Their food bags were begging for food but they can't even see a fruit platter on the dining. The boys took responsibility to cook dinner as they hate servants in their private space when they are residing in the home.
