Time of the explosion
"Excuse me Am I talking to the health sector," a man tall man said. He had been passing by a detour because the chances of being attacked by gangs were low, unlike the streets.
"Yes Sir, if this is a level one crisis please inform a district police office, If higher than Level two please inform me of the accident" a professional-sounding woman answered from the other side of the phone.
"Madam, I was passing by an area at sector 3, disrupt 3, division 23 when a shack exploded......" before the man could finish his explanation, the woman interrupted. "Sir, such incidents are to be dealt with by your District police," she said not hiding her annoyance.
"Madam, Please let me explain further..." the man said genuinely angered by the woman's impatience. He had already contacted the District Police but those crappy bastards told him to deal with it himself leaving the only other less corrupt agencies anyone can find in Sector 3. The health sector.
"The boy in the middle of the disintegrated shack is unscathed not even a single bruise or burn was as I found a Burnt body in the same shack," the man said still surprised by the situation.
"We will be deploying health personnel in the area soon," said the woman and quickly hang up the phone leaving the dumbstruck man.

Minutes later in the hospital.
"Sir the boy does not have a single bruise on him, every hair on him is intact". said a nurse who still couldn't fathom the situation. "Please make a call for a Government Official for me, Nurse" a red-haired doctor replied with a hard expression. The nurse then hurried out of the room to go and do as told leaving the doctor.
"Everything seems normal, then why were you in burnt down shack and the magnitude of the explosion was tremendous, how are you still alive and unscathed' the doctor thought puzzled.
"Sir, the Official is ready for you" a slightly panting nurse informed the doctor. "Alright, let's go" the doctor replied quite nervously. Through the door, they went leaving the boy by himself.
As if on cue, once the door shut, Noah opened his eyes so suddenly, it felt unnatural. He had been listening in on the doctor's conversation but couldn't remember what exactly happened to him. Like a broken dam, every single memory came flowing in his brain. The torture by Larson, his first murder, the explosion of the core transit, everything. Noah shut his eyes to relax a bit and opened them after.
"So I killed a Level two ability user and almost died," not bad for a night out. He snickered sounding like a mad man. He then heard a pop sound in his brain that was so sudden he shook a bit.
<10/10 HP>
<0/50 exp>
Noah started passing his arm in front of his head to see if it was one of the technological advancements known as the tech screen but he just appeared like a mad man waving.
Looking farther at the screen, Noah could see that his Agility was higher than all his other stats. "I guess, it's because of my robbery skills" and indeed it was true that Noah's constant Robbery had made him very agile to prevent cases of being caught.
"Wait, I've seen games like this before, If I'm correct, I should be able to level up after getting enough exp, level up my skills with stat points, and potentially die if I run out of HP." Noah thought to himself. He heard distant footsteps approaching so he decided to find out more about the system later.
Noah was delighted for one of two reasons, he was getting rewards for simple things as reading, two he would be able to get stronger and exert revenge on those who wronged him, and for those that shamelessly murdered his parents. He just couldn't stop a smile from appearing on his face.
The doctors, seeing that their patient had woken up went to get some answers, they entered the room to find their patient grinning at himself. Although they wanted to know why they just put the matter aside for more important questions.
Noah noticed the doctors and sat straight on his made. "Hello, I'm Doctor Eli and I'm here to as you a few questions can you help me with that?" the doctor politely asked. Noah just simply nodded not wanting to speak to the man. Every question asked by the man was answered by either a nod or a shake of the head although the very last question caught Noah's attention. The doctor had asked if he knew why he was unscathed from the explosion and for the first time since Noah woke up he noticed he didn't have even a single bruise from the severe explosion.
Then for the first time since he saw the doctor, decided to speak. "Can you please hand me a mirror" Noah asked the doctor? The Doctor just pointed to a wall with a mirror that had gone unnoticed by Noah since he woke up.
Noah walked to the mirror and as soon as he saw himself he froze. His once black hair was now blonde and his once brown eyes were now an abnormal orange. Of course, the doctors saw this when they looked into Noah's profile but went with idea that he bleached it but they still couldn't explain the eye colors they just put the matter at bay for now.
Noah asked the doctor if he could be left alone and the doctor complied knowing it must be a hard time for him right now. "Alright, you can clear your expenses at the reception," the doctor said before walking out the door. Noah just absent-mindedly nodded until it hit him, he had spent all of his money on the damn core transit, if he didn't pay, he was sure that they would make him work the worst of jobs to make him pay.
Noah realized that the only option now was to escape before the doctor came back.
Noah gave a big grin before going out the door.
