The alchemist instructor generously rewarded Mu Lan for the medium-grade quality potions.

Mu Lan was delighted that Beng Zeng had completed his training. Now, they would return to the city together, and Mu Lan would help Beng Zeng get a shield. Then, it would be time for the hunt, for both of them.

While waiting for Beng Zeng, Mu Lan began walking towards the teleportation portal. Once Beng Zeng arrived, they would go together to see the Paladin trainer. Without wasting any time, he moved towards the teleportation portal. Two minutes later, he saw Beng Zeng emerge from the portal. Together, they started taking steps to prepare for their next adventure.

As soon as Beng Zeng saw Mu Lan, he immediately started talking.

"Mu, I finished the training. So, what are we going to do now? We were thinking of getting a shield, right?" he asked, unable to hide his excitement.

Mu Lan smiled. "Yes, we were thinking of getting you a better shield. It seems like your current shield isn't doing much good. You'll feel much safer with a new one. Come on, let's go to the Paladin trainer together."

Beng Zeng responded, a bit puzzled, "Paladin trainer? But he's not a vendor NPC, is he? How can he have a shield?"
