Level 3: Secrets (Continued)

I felt Yoshi's hand on my shoulder, "Calm down," I looked at him with fury in my eyes, "Hey um are you ok?" Yoshi asked. Suddenly Akemi came running and separated me and Yoshi, "DON'T YOU DARE!" Akemi yelled, "Smart fox, however next time I won't run away," Yoshi said while disappearing into the mist.

I passed out.

When I woke up, my head hurt and my vision was blurry. I was in a cave and Akemi was beside me sleeping, 'Cute,' I thought. Yoshi.....just who is he...and why did Akemi try to stop him...

"You're awake," Akemi said, "Yeah so....what did I miss?" Akemi scoffed, "Probably your meeting with death," he said, I sighed, "Ace look I've told you TRUST NO ONE!" "I know just stop, I don't want to hear it," I said.

My head hurt like hell; it felt like I fell off a cliff. The sword tattoo on my neck wasn't black anymore it was a mix of red and black, I felt different.

The mark was turning red, I hissed in pain, "Are you okay?" "Yeah totally-" I was interrupted by a voice from above, "Hope you're ready to lose," "Looks like we've got company," I said.

**Meanwhile***

"So, Yoshi mind explaining this," XXXXX said while pointing to Suho's dead body which was lying on the ground, "He pissed me off so I killed him," Yoshi said, "You used your fire blade to do so?" "Yes because the Akuno didn't need him anymore," Yoshi said, XXXXX smirked.

"Anyway, any information on Ace?" Yoshi sniggered, "I know his exact location," "You marked him?" XXXXX asked, Yoshi, smiled, 'You're next,' he thought.

**Meanwhile**

"So you and that fox have a crystal potion," the voices said. I saw three men dressed in black. I smirked, "Forgive me Akemi," I mumbled, I summoned the blade of shadows but this time it wasn't black.

The blade was orange and black and it had something engraved on it and the top of the hilt there was an orange stone.

I felt a certain type of power which I never felt before, "Die," I muttered. In one slash I killed all three of them.

The blade disappeared, "Your blade-" "Yeah what about it?" Akemi was looking at my neck, "No, it's too soon," he murmured, "Too soon for what?" I asked, "Never mind forget it."

I wanted to argue but I stood there with my mouth shut, 'That guy must have done that- but then if he did, wouldn't Ace be dead?' Akemi's thoughts were interrupted by me yelling, "AKEMI WE HAVE A RUBY POTION!" "Put the two potions together." I followed his instructions, and a portal opened up.

Both of us went inside.

We were inside a room. "It's really hot in here," Akemi said.

"Oh no," I muttered, "And I thought you would be happy to see me, Ace," Yoshi said, "HAPPY?! YOU NEARLY KILLED HIM!" Akemi yelled, "Oh so you noticed my little gift," Yoshi said, Akemi clenched his jaw.

"Yoshi stop playing and get the target," XXXXX said while appearing on Yoshi's side.

XXXXX was wearing a mask and black cloak so Ace couldn't see his face, his whole body was covered.

"Hmm ok."

Suddenly we were surrounded by mist, "Ace I'm feeling sleepy," Akemi said in a drowsy tone, "I don't think now is the time to pass out," "I know but I'm so tired," And with that Akemi was on the floor soundly sleeping, 'Oh no, why now,' I thought.

This mist there was something off about it. Why did Akemi fall asleep, he was fine earlier...…

Suddenly I heard Yoshi's voice through the mist, "You know your opponent could attack any second and yet you are in deep thought," he said. Suddenly I felt a blade on my neck, my tattoo started to glow, orange and black marks appeared on my neck and right arm. "It's him, I was right," Yoshi said, "What the-" I couldn't move.....my whole body was frozen solid. My feet were covered in ice but where did the ice come from? It must've been the other guy in this room. However, Ice can't be created here, the temperature isn't suitable, so even if he tried, wouldn't the ice just melt?

I tried moving but my feet were frozen solid, "Don't try moving, or I won't hesitate to slit your throat," 'Damn it,' I thought. "Ace please do try and cooperate," "Can we just capture him and question him later?" Yoshi asked with a hint of annoyance in his voice, "Sure," XXXXX replied while handing him a rope.

Yoshi lowered his blade and tied my hands using the rope XXXXX gave him, I felt weak, I couldn't move and Akemi was on the ground, I felt helpless.

I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry Akemi just hang in there.

I let them take me.

They drugged me and I passed out.

When I opened my eyes, my vision was blurry, 'Akemi...please wait, I'll come back to you just hang in there.'

I was in a pitch-black room and I heard a voice, "Ace, it's been a while...." a voice said.
