At the Specter Death Sword's word's Kent just roll his eyes.
Who would believe that his age doesn't match his appearance.
"I'm more than 50 you know" Kent mutter in a low voice as he stared at the peculiar undead.
"you might be the prophecies being that were waiting for, oh great savior please grant us salvation"

"what a quest! And a force acceptance at that" however seeing the Quest's rewards Kent was momentarily in dazes.
"Thousand King's Kingdom. How can this be possible?"
Thousands King's Kingdom is one of the most powerful kingdoms in ancient era. The ancient era was a cruel and devastating era, where a kid was force to wield a sword in order to survive, a era of endless struggle and destruction. A chat catastrophic era where god's death's were pretty common, nothing is exception in those days.
A powerful god or a flourishing kingdom might fall at any moment without warning a era of complete Chaos. Death was pretty common where children grow accustomed to it since their birth. Powerhouse emerge time to time thousands of Tier 16 Beings can only be considered as cannon footers, that was the Ancient Era.
So a powerful kingdom's inheritance from a ancient era is sure to be a priceless things.
Unlike individual items or such as rewards a inheritance is a complete set. From knowledge to items, skill books to research's, from experience to technique's, from technology to secrets a complete set of things.
Inherence might be lesser in terms of quantity but had greater quality than one could gain from graveyards, tombs and temple however. Moreover inheritance is much easier and safer to obtain than the other's.
More importantly it depends on what kind of inheritance it was classified. From basic inheritance to great inheritance. The kingdom's inheritance is considered to be a Great inheritance as it gave off great number of possibilities and opportunities.
Kent had planned to just steal the Soul Devouring Flame and ditch the Specter Death Sword. However the temptation the quest granted is something, he couldn't just ignored or he might regret it in all of his life.

Kent and the Specter Death Sword disappear from there former position's. with all his sense's and mind working in peak state, Kent didn't show any sign of fear in his expression, as he faced the undead boss Specter Death Sword in a duel.
The flames on the Specter Death Sword's eye sockets brighten as the two clash with each other.
The Specter Death Sword swing it's katana forming a sword technique, streak of crimson radiance infused the Specter Death Sword. Not holding back and going all out from the very start.
Kent used [deflecting orbit] and [Deflecting parry] to deflect the strong attack.
Cling! Boom!
The sound of swords getting in contact with each other and the result of getting in contact created a huge explosion. However the explosion didn't stopped the two beings from their clash.
Kent swing the Elemental Beast Sword targeting the Specter Death Sword limbs. Planning to reduced it's fighting power even a little. Unfortunately such actions was easily seen through by the Specter Death Sword deflecting the sword attack. But at the same time Kent kicked the Specter Death Sword body throwing the other party a few meters.
The Specter Death Sword immediately stand up and tried to stabilize it's ground. However Kent already appeared in front of it using the Elemental Beast Sword's skill [Blink]
Executing [Double Swift Strike] and [Horizontal Slash] at the same time, resulting to a damage of 4,300 appearing above the Specter Death Sword head in read mark. A miniscule damage to it's 550,000 HP.
The Specter Death Sword immediately responded it with [Sword Cry]
Before the skill could reach it's target Kent had long since back off. Even do the damage he delivered at that moment can only be considered as a scratch and miniscule, however Kent was able to bait the Specter Death Sword in using it's [Sword Cry] thinking that Kent would used the opportunity to continue his assault.
The sword cry had a couple of functions.
1. Affected player's status would suffer a 10% status reduction like that of a suppression array.
2. Absorbs the stolen 10% status to one's own stats.
3. Summons a absolute shield that can last for 5 second's making all attack's useless at the time being.
Satisfied at these development Kent one's again dash forward with great speed's.
The Specter Death Sword wasn't annoyed by the bait as it one's again dash forward receiving Kent's assault.
The Specter Death Sword used [thousand death strikes] to gain advantage at the sword exchange.
Thousands of death swords imbued with the essence of death strike forth. Kent replied with the combination of multiple combat technique's

[Yin yang guidance]
[Crescent Severing Slash]
Consuming a large amount of his stamina resulting to a huge explosion occurring. Streaks of multicolor light colliding with the dark gray color of death essence. Making the surrounding atmosphere vibrate as it tremble from the impact.
The display of attacks resulted for the surrounding area to be turned in ruins forming a cloud of dust to hinder the Specter Death Sword sight.
However Kent wasn't affected as earlier he just drunk a legendary potion Clear God Potion. Such eye sight hindrance would be useless against him it even game him the advantage and opportunity to strike.
Using the combat technique's.
[Vanishing Dragon Step] and Flash Step] combined with the skill [Embodiment of Shadows] Kent made a sneak attack slashing the with combination of [Shattering Dragon Strike] and [Double Swift Strike] decreasing the Specter Death Sword HP in large margins being trucked at it's core in the abdomen. At the same time reducing his armor durability by a large chunk.
