Massive Draft

Almost had his heart in his throat when he heard he was going to be dispatched. The radio did not say that the situation was so bad at the station. At least the station was in a perfectly fit state. And he got much more worried about the other friends that had come along with him. He requested for them to be drafted too. They play much better than me. Why don't you take them too? The neighbor thought little and just said ok and two of the soldiers that were in the team were taken out and his friend Timothy and Luke were called. After listening to the explanation from the military officer, the briefing, and how they were selected, Timothy had his mouth twisted more than the َtime that Allen had heard the same news. Sam deliberately told that Allen was the one to recommend you both. They looked at Allen with a helpless expression. They did not really know what to do now, considering he told the truth. That they were outstanding players. They ended up going into the pods within 30 minutes (were forced to) and they still didn't know what was happening, but it was in-game, right? So, they could play games and there they could contribute with the same games they liked to play. They did not know how it was going to work? (it didn't even in daily life….) But, maybe they were trying to get data they were kind of on the mark when they saw the simulation played was in fact of the destruction scene, but the simulation was too much ahead in time. It looked more like when things were already swarmed by the creatures. They attacked them the moment they had come. Within the game, due to it, the gaming instincts quickly got into position and they could subjugate some number of whatever the names of the enemies were. Names upon names added up, after some time, being scratched by one of them, nothing much happened for a while. What had happened after some time that was a thing to behold. Luke had mysteriously gone out. His message came in the live chat that one of them had some sort of poison. He had attempted to avoid seeing the nasty liquid. But a little vapor of that had gotten into him. And that had made him weaken constantly and had made his return to the real world so quick (he even had 64% hp remaining before that). They had little to guess what was happening there. They were to use this method(of spawning and coming back) to figure out which abilities the enemy was using and maybe to find counterattacks, to find effective strategies against them with the idea that they were using poison. Only one was, though. Many more unknown things about them had them on their radar (also a little excited because it was in the game) but still with some amount of tension that had never left them. The tensions were there and the worries never left but playing games that they had played so much before and later saying that this was how they had contributed and made modifications to the plans in the military. They would also have some kind of achievement and merit In being able to help the military and also to be able To find solutions to the problems. More than anything else If this could help their family in any way, shape, or form, this really was worth it. (Either way, they were going to Play Games). It was just that it was time to call it quits, even after hours and hours of gaming they were not affected much(they were refreshed on the contrary)and really wanted To continue living(gaming), but the Soldiers could not keep up with the intensity, Allen had asked them repeatedly to take some rest, but they were adamant in following them till the end. Allen had become overwhelmed before thanks to their AURA, not really. He just wanted to play!! But the soldiers were out of shape, they had crossed hands with most of the creatures in real life and were thus more than a few times more susceptible to psychological attacks and they did not really look much specialized in games either(according to Allen and other's caliber)hey were really taking a beating and also, the look on soldier's faces sometimes revealed the horror that these things had actually brought. They were still scared of them and maybe that's why they were not able to display their full potential, according to Allen and others anyway. Coaching them repeatedly had no visible benefit. The soldiers sometimes getting too agitated were getting in front of the creatures blades and their fangs time and time again(due to the scare and adrenaline) sometimes it seemed that they had some latest noise-canceling headphones on them(best analogy Allen could find)and not to mention some of their in-game names were very human-like and so difficult to pronounce(Allen, for example, had his name to emptymountain000), who uses real-life name s for games like these anyways…They had some kind of a little bit of experience as a master trainer, you can call it, so they were able to know this was not going well. one of them said loudly

"Allen, if they do not go back, they are going to be affected emotionally mentally a few times and they will not perform well in real life. It is not good that some soldiers get mentally upset while they still have to go fight those creatures in real life."

All of them were thinking about it. So, Allen decided to go back. Despite the heart's vain temptations, they retired early and go back only after 4 hours of gameplay.

The things that they had seen in the game were only the precursor to the actual stuff that was going to happen to them. After finally coming back, barely a look around, and they could see commanders and officers everywhere. This was the military or what… wait, it was the military… Some were gathering research papers. The military researchers and engineers were looking at the data like the lion looks at its prey. The officers were looking at the replay of the game of a few hours ago. Feeling very alone even in this crowded room, Allen, Tim, Yushin were really feeling like some 3 frogs waiting on the cutting board. They just wanted to go do some homework on those creatures or go somewhere, do some cleaning or something. Right after the sound of the gaming pods had filled the room, all the eyes that everyone had used to look at them had made them understand they would not be left anytime. everything they were imagining did not happen. They had later expressed their thoughts to each other and Allen was thinking they were going to get some temporary military position. Tim was thinking he was going to be made a base commander…. The last of them was thinking they were going to get contracted and made to play 12+ hours a day….it was not a black company though…. 5 to 10 minutes late, after some questioning, how were they so good at the game and so on. Officers released. They stood outside like a deer, surprised after looking at the headlights in the dark. They were not employed at all. Much more to say, the base commander had said you should just play or go take a rest. We may keep in touch with you. The attitude and environment were a little warm and cozy.

Having a good amount of rest. Thinking about it, they don't really have a complaint with that either. Considering that all this time Allen and others were playing in the game(even if in the end they helped gather some helpful data), the military were the ones doing excellent service and giving protection to them, even now.

Allen and others went back and played some other game to keep the experience with them. But they could not start the same simulation that played in the gaming room. The games simply could not emulate the type of creatures that they were asking for (how the military had done it was really a wonder to them)

As soon as they woke up, they could feel the vibrations and the sound still in the air. That had gotten comparatively less intense (as compared to the previous intermittent bombing) The neighbor had left someone to ask them to come again and to deliver the message that he had something to talk to with Allen and others. He was more aware of the personal thoughts of this gaming group that would often come to annoy him and told him through the message that the situation was as he was thinking(he didn't even listen to their conversation) When they actually got to him. He said that the military could not catch up to the creatures after the creatures found out that they were losing some ground suddenly. Only the less and some dumb ones they could capture.

The others said that you should look at them to see the difference and come up with more brilliant strategies in the game. But listen to me, if anyone asks you, tell them you don't want to and also you don't need to look at them. I don't think you would want to, or would you? Others agreed. They really didn't want to look at these types of things, even in real life. Along with already seeing them in-game.

His neighbor who was named Sam said that it is time to accept a post little brother. And Allen became confident it was a type of draft. They were to be in the testing team and they were to develop some kind of in-game system for now that others like them, that would come after them, could also gather and provide good data as well. Now Allen was in charge of the team, whatever that may mean, to have a gaming division in the military. The military was really fast in doing. They had started who knows when and in no time they had developed a special room, and it was even better, compared to the gaming room that they had and with much of their savings, had designed and made. But at least it was far from a rigid environment, well overall how is it? It is great. The games they got to know about soon had them on edge, though. They were soon going to have some serious beat-down creatures from the creatures capable enough, even in the game.
