I became very excited when I saw the system notification and the skills on display. This was just a testament of the power of the metallic fox. I got many gifts from killing this creature, not only did I get 2 soul bond skills, which are one of the category of powerful skill. I also have many amazing skills to choose from, and 5 chances at that.
I decided to go with the skills with the highest percentage for now before choosing one with a low percentage, but there is one skill that I wanted to have by all means. Since I got the memories of the metallic fox, I know about all her skills and how to use them effectively, and among her arsenal of skills the one that intrigued me the most was = chaotic chains= and I am willing to use my last two chances to get that skill.

I know that the instrument called luck is just a way to define the natural event that happen in our life which has a perfectly rational meaning but we chose to believe in a greater universal force. When I was done choosing my skills and rested for some minutes. I got up and extinguished the ice flames then walked up to the little fox that was sleeping on her dead mother. I picked the little fox up and she nestled more into my armored chest, making herself comfortable in my three good arms. I looked over at the body of the dead mother fox. I opened my wooden mask and let my mouth come out of my face. The large teeth at the head of my mouth sank deep into the metallic skin of the dead fox.
I knew that the hard skin would make her very hard to eat. So I found a comfortable position and sat down while I enjoyed my meal. It felt a little bit strange because I had merged with the soul of this metallic fox there by gaining all her memories and life experiences. So this felt like I was eating my own body, but I won't let such insignificant felling stop me from getting stronger.
Having a motherly felling for her daughter is something that I respect, that is why I allowed that feeling to stay while I suppressed the others. It took me almost 2 hours to finish the metallic fox. But ones I was done I pickedmyself off the ground where I was sitting, and picked up the small fox which I laid beside me. And walked into the cave.
