26. Nia, a troublemaker woman

The man she thought was arrogant and strange was one of the shareholders of this company. And, she just told the man to name himself in this company, she thought. Calista walked around leaving Andrew who tilted his chin in disbelief.

Calista was preoccupied with a pile of documents some of which had been handed over by Andrew. The beautiful woman with long hair enjoyed her work so much that she didn't realize it was time to go home.

"Madam, it's time to go home." Andrew half-whispered pretending to hand over the documents on Calista's desk. The status of Calista who is Darren's legal wife but works as a private secretary, only three people know about it at the office. Darren, Calista, and Andrew.

"Oh, that's fast. In a moment, yes. You go home first." Calista glanced at the numbers on her watch and continued to make a data summary that would be reported tomorrow morning.

"How can I go home first?" Andrew replied that he did not accept. Did he come home earlier than the boss's wife? Maybe tomorrow morning the letter of his dismissal will already be on the table.

"Yes, just say goodbye to the president. What's so hard? I can't go home right now. If you don't want to go home, that's up to you." Calista looked at Andrew for a moment and resumed her activities filling the columns with the numbers on the paper in front of her.

Andrew sighed. Actually, Andrew had an appointment to meet a woman at the restaurant he had ordered this morning. Their meeting will last about 1 hour. The trip from the office to the restaurant will take more than 1 hour in this busy hour after work.

Calista sensed that something was wrong with Andrew because he didn't leave and his face was full of confusion.

"Okay, I'm going home now. Is my car ready?" Finally, Calista decided to take her work home and do it at home.

"It's ready in the parking lot. I will call the driver to take the car to the front of the lobby now. With a bright smile growing, Andrew walked away from Calista and dialled several numbers on his cellphone and made a call to Calista's private driver.

"Tch, the new secretary takes a luxury car shuttle. How much is the salary of the secretary who can have a luxury car plus a driver, if not to be a bedmate of a rich old fat man? Hahaha ..." Two women who were gossiping in the toilet this afternoon, stopped their steps in front of Calista, just to mock Calista.

Calista just smiled faintly hearing that. They just don't know that this rich old fat man is their own president, Darren.

"Do you guys want to go home? Be careful on the road, okay..." Calista tried to be friendly because after all, she was a new employee while they were already seniors.

"Tch, don't be so familiar! Oh yes, your broad association can also ensnare an old man. Which conglomerate did you drain the money from? Haha ..."

"Haha ..."

The two women laughed contentedly to see their prey did not fight back and just silently accepted the sarcasm.

"Sorry, I don't like fat and old men even though they are rich, let alone people's husbands. But, if you're that type, I'll ask my sugar daddy, maybe he has businessman acquaintances like the ones you mentioned." Calista left the two women with a cynical grin and walked steadily towards the elevator.

"DAMN IT!" The woman who had been mocking Calista since earlier unexpectedly pulled Calista's hair from behind and grabbed her. Calista, who was shocked, immediately grabbed her hair that was tangled. The clash of two women is inevitable. Some of the employees who heard the fight immediately approached and some even recorded the incident on their cell phones.

"NIA!" Andrew, who had just finished calling the driver to get ready to head to the lobby, was surprised by the sight in front of him of two women grabbing each other and their clothes wrinkled.

Nia, the woman's name immediately pulled her hand from Calista's hair and Calista pulled her hand that gripped the hand of Nia, a troublemaker woman.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" Andrew rebuked Nia, who in his eyes dared to harass their boss's wife.

"Why don't you scold her too? Why only me?" Nia no less fiercely answered.

"Because your hand is holding her hair while her hand is holding your hand. Who do you think is attacking and which is defending? HAH?!" Andrew widened his eyes and put his hands on his hips.

Nia becomes embarrassed. In addition, many of his colleagues witnessed the clash. Calista straightened his messy hair and shirt. Calista picked up the bag that was thrown a few meters around her and immediately headed for the elevator without further ado to Andrew to say goodbye.

"Did you see for yourself? She is arrogant and has no manners. Just leave without saying goodbye." Nia tries to find an opening to show Calista's mistake. However, Andrew only laughed lightly. She didn't know she was the boss's wife. If you know, your life is over. Andrew thought.

"How about I report the manners you have to Mr Darren? I want to know his reaction when he heard the senior secretary bullied the junior secretary. I must have been told to open a job opening for a new secretary tomorrow." Andrew looked at Nia while raising his eyebrows.

"Wh-what do you mean? Are you defending the new secretary?" Nia clenched her jaw in exasperation because Andrew favoured Calista.

"I'm just siding with reality. You were the first to be the troublemaker. If it happens again, I will not hesitate to report to the president." Andrew glared at Nia and left the troublemaker woman standing with scornful looks from other friends who didn't like her.

"It's okay, Nia. We'll just find another way. I have an idea. I let you know on the way. Come on!" Lusi, the woman who was with Nia gossiping about Darren in the toilet, pulled Nia's hands together to go to the basement to take a parked car. Nia, who is still harbouring emotions, tries to exhale to get rid of the tightness in her chest because she feels that she has failed to humiliate Calista.

Calista immediately got into the car that was waiting for her in front of the lobby.

"Come on, sir. Sorry for making you wait so long." Calista feels that his business with Nia will have a long tail.

"Ready ma'am." The car drove away from the office area of The Anderson Group.

Calista doesn't talk much in the car. She prefers to quietly calm herself down after an unimportant struggle or rather herself being the object of the senior secretary's savagery. I don't know what's going on in Nia's mind who thinks she can have an old and fat sugar daddy. "Hah..." Calista sighed expelling the tightness in her chest.

Calista just remembered that she hasn't been allowed to go home to Darren yet. But when Nia and she wrestled in front of Darren's room, the green-eyed man didn't come out of his room. Has he gone home early or gone somewhere else? Oh, I don't know, I don't care. Calista thought.
