"It's been five long years, since the day of the black snow which fell from the sky. It was on that terrible day. Ethane Blackwood saw his mum get murdered by, the Immortal witch. That day she appeared marked the beginning of Ethane's path and the ending, of those around him."

"Ethane please get up otherwise you're going to miss today's classes yet again." Nero pleaded. Laying on top his chest Nero was Ethane Blackwood's familiar. Who just so happened to have been a green and blue spotted, red eyed cat. Nero had medium short yellow puffy curls, with the tips of each curls dipped in lime and pink colored. Scratching him again with her claws the cat girl continued to nag him. "Ethane please if you don't get up then we don't make it into the finales and I will be so bloody hell pissed at you, for this!" She shouted.

Nero angered by his none responsive body. Her red eyes slowly begin to glow the orange iris swirling around them. Her outer appearance shifting it began to change into something very unpleasantly to look at. Nero barely thinking she thought to herself. She couldn't believe her bad luck, when she was told Ethane would be her master. The poor girl nearly went on a Catnip spree as the news broke loose and she was given orders, to follow him from now on. "Ugh worst day of my life." she muttered.

Ethane waking up from the constant nagging and newly torturous pain upon him, Ethane annoyingly tossed Nero's body, off. Nero Slamming her head up against his night stand her eyes glared. "I'm up Nero you don't have be so painfully annoying every Morgan." He said tiredly. Throwing his legs over Ethane hopped out of his bed making his way towards Nero. Who was still pissed but was allowing her anger to sizzle down by the hour.

He stared into her red eyes as he signed before speaking again. "You are such a handful sometimes but you're also a great friend." Smiling Ethane pulled her up. His fingers carefully dusting off her pink stripped fluffy dress, he noticed she was all dressed up and ready for the finales today. Clearing his head Ethane shouted panicky.

"I almost forgot today's the last day for the Casters finales!" Rushing into his closet Ethane flung outfit after garment out as he removed his shirt and pants. Slipping on a fancy like robe with jewel buttons, Ethane began to run out the room. Following behind him Nero hovered over his head nagging along the way about how late they're going to be.

Talking to Nero Ethane told her. "How he hopes today will change everything for the two of them as he continues to embark, on the same journey his mum did years ago." Thinking of her he smiled as he remembers her first Caster battle, in which she was dubbed the "Jewel Sky Caster of Gatlin". For her rainbow of jeweled attacks, she was mage caster of jewels. Something Ethane believed he would be until he noticed his abilities were of the olden world.

"Ethane my boy you're finally awake; I see Nero has gotten you in shape more. Well done Nero." A male's voice spoke. Sitting at a table was a dark brown hair middle aged green eyed man. Who happened to be Sir Samuel Blackwood, Ethane's father and one of the Gatlin counsel rulers. Standing up to hug his son as they sat at the dark black marble table, Samuel continued to speak to his son.

"You are beginning to learn that becoming a powerful caster takes more than just great skills but it takes strength, heart and most of all looks." Samuel told Ethane as he started too laughed. Ethane had always admired his father's sense of humor ever since he was a little boy. He grew up thinking a sense of humor, was the best medicine especially after the tragic death, of his mum. It's becoming the main thing that keeps the family going strong.

Jumping down from the top deck was Ethane's little sister, Holly Blackwood who was in Grading Caster School. Following in her family's footsteps Holly is learning how to become a Mage Caster as well. Smiling she thrust her arm out hitting Ethane in his guts as he flew backwards, smiling devilish she spoke. "That'll teach you not to be so soft Big Brother."

Running out the back doors laughing, Ethane chased after his sister his fingers caught hold of the eleven year olds foot. Coming around the corners of the cottage, Nero and his father followed behind. Watching as the two started laughing while play boxing, with each other using their abilities. Both Ethane and Holly bumped their heads against the other one, as they fell backwards laughing. Until they noticed a sudden change in the weather. Looking up at the sky Ethane gray eyes grew larger as they started to spot black droplets falling from the skies.

Ethane eyes in horror, he whispered to himself lost in a long ago thought he muttered, "It's raining… Black Snow yet again." He could barely make out the other noises as the surroundings started to clear up and become the sounds of panic and horror. People on Gatlin were screaming, "The Black Snow is here!" As the sky was reeked with fear on each nearby planet, The Planets waved the warning beacons of impending doom just like five years ago. The day the black snow fell, when the black snow comes it gives planets a chance to send out their best casters for it meant death has once again come upon them.

"Never did I think SHE would have been born so early this time around." Samuel spoke. Still staring up at the skies he couldn't believe that the Devoured of Planets has been born again and this early. Always prepared for whatever he took Holly and Ethane by the hands rushing them with him, the family and Nero raced for the Gatlin ruins. In which the old shrine now served as a meeting hall and caster battle fields for potential new casters.

Running alongside his family Ethane started quietly thinking to himself. As they raced downward the long wooden spiral hallways.

His breathing a panicky feeling Ethane continued to follow up behind, his family. "You've finally awaken. You're finally reborn …You who they called "The Immortal Witch." Today marks the day where we the people of the other worlds will finally destroyed you, "The Devoured of Planets." the name you so rightfully deserved. The name we have placed upon you."

Emerging from his thoughts Ethane's eyes flared with passion. His long hard training was about to pay off, he was now going to get his shot in killing the Immortal Witch. Something that every inhabitant of the other planets felt was longed overdue. The Immortal Witch is what those who adore her have named the mysterious being but to those who fear her very existence she is called, "Devoured of Planets."

The Immortal witch always arrives when the black snow appears, from the skies. She is the reason why most of the related planets are no longer lively but more importantly; The Immortal Witch is the reason why Ethane and Holly are without their Mum and Samuel without a wife.

"The beckons are lit they are asking for a meeting in the Caster hall!" Samuel said as he rushed his children and Nero towards the great caster room hall. Entering the room, the gang noticed from all over Gatlin was hundredths of mage casters, something Ethane and Holly, hopes to become one day soon. For it has always been their lifelong dream to follow in the footsteps of their parents and, everyone on the planet Gatlin. Ethane believed he could achieved totally fame and respect. Once he enters the caster field.

Especially since the planet inhabitants believe he's a lost cause unlike his kid sister, whom they hope in due seasons time. That she will grow up and follow in the footsteps of their mother. Their mother still even till this day remains respected and her legacy unattached. She was their glorious ace in the hole whenever something arises you could always find her in the midst solving the problem all by herself. Ethane still very much proud of his mother hopes he will continue to please her even now.

"We called upon this meeting to ask which of you will step up and do battle against the Celestial Government and their antics." Rising up from her chair was an old woman with gray hair and beaded black eyes. She was the crowned princess of Gatlin. Spite her outer appearance she was very powerful but not powerful enough, to do battle for her country. That is why the people on Gatlin would train their citizens into fighting, using the abilities they each were born with; Gatlinans were forging their own armies of protection.

Standing up all around the room were Mage casters each one with their familiars, ready to do battle for their home world. When a child like girl, stepped forward. Holding a white jar of water, the girl spoke. "Let us asked the seeking water to help decide which of us will go out and fight for Gatlin." Nodding in agreement the girl spilled the seeking water as it flowed down the cracks of the stone floor tablets.

The seeking water floating underneath the girls' feet touching the tips of her gray white hair, when her eyes opened with a flash, of bright light. In a hollow tone of voice, the girl spoke. "The one that the seeking water has chosen is Ethane Blackwood for he along has what it takes to defeat the Witch of terror, however … pausing she spoke again. This time more grievously. "You shall become intertwined with a destined like never before the very path you take today will etch the battle for the future of mankind. Ethane Blackwood…. you're going too deceived."

Chaos and commotion broke loose throughout the room as the girl returned to her quite demur. People all around were asking the Princess and the girl "What the seeking water meant by deceived? Does it suggest the people of the Celestial government or all of us?!"

The noises in the room filled until the Princess order for silence. The very power inside her old body shook, the room. Dimming the light bulbs hanging over them. Standing up she spoke angrily "Who dares challenged the seeking water? If you feel you want answers I suggest you look as well. The seeking water has prophesied. All we can do now is wait for the outcome of this story." Sitting back down the princess rested her head against her throne. Looking towards Ethane way she spoke.

"Ethane Blackwood you are hereby charged with protecting Gatlin and helping to defeat the Immortal Witch. I do not know why the seeking water suggests you would deceive us. However, I trust you will make the right choice, you leave as of now, this meeting is dismissed." Finalizing her judgment Ethane stood up and bowed as he left the courtroom running.

Running back out into the opening Ethane never stopped for anyone as he heard his father and sister, calling after him. Along with the rest of Gatlin who were now angered at the seeking water judgments, Ethane making his way home saw Nero materialized above him. The feline girl kicking him in the head with one of her green and blue spotted legs, Ethane fell down. "Just where do you think you're heading?

The Celestial government is over that way." Pointing towards a pale white planet with five huge sliver, rings rotating around it. The Celestial government's home world, planet was called Catalonia. Home of the Immortal Witch and the Celestial government. Ethane watching the planet in the distance. He laid his head upon her black shoes. Closing, his eyes he spoke softly. "Do you think I'm going to deceived people like the seeking water said Nero?"

Blinking down at him Nero spoke "How should I know I mean the seeking water never lies or does it?" Raising his head up Ethane looked at her in confusion when she told him. "Nobody knows exactly where it comes from, all we know is it has helped us to be able to fight against those who would do us harm. Who knows what the deceiving part meant perhaps it meant you will have deceived the people of Catalonia and killed them all, including the Immortal Witch.

Who knows but what I do know is that you have a strong heart and that's what's going to keep you pure." Smiling at her Ethane told her. "Thank you." Inside their home. Samuel gave his son certain instructions once traveling through the spiral spheres. "Go straight into the heart of the Celestial city and find the Immortal Witch. Once inside the city kill anyone who is a Catalonia citizen, remember they've never shown mercy on us, so why should we start now?"

Sir Samuel Blackwood said. Understanding the directions Ethane step outside when he saw the whole country of Gatlin standing in front of him. Their faces full of hopeful joy and dismay as they watched the other planets send their fighters out, Ethane watching them take flight. Looked down at his own plain two hands. He knew he was extremely gifted but that still didn't mean he would be able to handle this, looking back up.

The faces of the Gatlinans stared at him unsure if they should trust him to fight for their lives. "Dear Ethane Blackwood we trust you with all our hopes, please prove the seeking water and all of us wrong, even though we know the seeking water never lies." Standing in the middle of the crowd the Princess of Gatlin told him. Nodding Ethane spoke. "I will not let you all down I am not sure why the seeking water said what it did but I will prove it wrong and all of you."

Stepping into the spiral sphere he and Nero were launched into the air. Where fate meets destined and lies.

ON THE PLANET CATALONIA

The Celestial government is celebrating the sight of seeing the "Black Snow" fall from the skies. "She is here our Princess of Noir has finally awakened!!!" Shouting was Duke Lavern of the Celestial Court, his green and pink hair swirling back and forth as his hands set off, the sparkling lights. Everyone from the Celestial City that lived in Catalonia, was celebrating the news that their Immortal Witch, has been born again.

Pulling something forward was a Pale white egg shape Pod, with a golden mysterious seal on the outsides. Strange markings craved in icy blue colors adorned its shell as it glowed silently. Turning towards the crowd Duke Lavern yelled. "Here lies the most beautiful dangerous creature us feeble beings has ever known in our history of time. I give you The Immortal Witch!" Chanting the citizens of Catalonia yelled with joy as their colorful hair, skin and eyes all in one accord chanted.

"Long lived the Witch!!!" Duke Lavern smiling he watched as the crowd continued their loud shouts, chanting's, and the drumming of drums. All in the name of the returned Immortal Witch. Landing inside the Celestial Gates Ethane and Nero, raced pass the celebrating people. Who not once seemed to take notice of their appearance accept for one person. "Hey you two stop!" a young man with gray skin and orange hair called out. Halting in their tracks Ethane and Nero prepared themselves in case of a fight.

Stopping they turned around to address the young man. "Can we help you with something?" Ethane asked him. Staring at them rudely, the young Catalonian told them. "Perhaps it's the other way around like can I help you, both of you seemed to look like, a pack of hungry rodents." Frowning at him Ethane wanted to punch him when Nero spoke first.

"Oh really well I suggest we changed the way we look, wouldn't want to look like a pack of hungry rodents, now would we?" Smiling she elbowed Ethane who agreed with her.

Watching them both the young man spoke again. "Well I was just giving advice carry on then." Walking away they both waited a good while before taking off again. Inside the Celestial Palace dome Ethan and Nero ran throughout the long crystalline glittery hallways. The sounds of cheering and shouting from the Catalonians faded into the background, as they checked each room. Ethane getting a little bit frustrated, decided for a different method.

Looking towards Nero he asked her "Which way?" Looking at his familiar Ethane watched as Nero started channeling for the witch's presence. Even though Ethane has watched Nero channel many times before, this particular channeling was a weird mystery. She was able to sense where the immortal witch is sometimes. Something the citizen's back at home in Gatlin wondered how. Linking onto her Nero shouted.

"It's this way!" Running into a nearby hallway the green cat girl's yellow and lime pink curls bounced up and down as she hovered ahead. Ethane running alongside her had begun thinking. Trying to figure out what exactly he's going to do, once meeting the witch that stole everything from him. He paused, "Today marks a celebration for the people of Gatlin and my family. I will make you proud mum all of you, today we say good bye to the Immortal Witch Devoured of Planets and say Hello Freedom. "He thought.

Lost still in his thoughts. Ethane realized somewhere along the way, he had lost track of Nero and where he was going. Stumbling on another hallway he noticed this one to be strangely different. The hallway was made of crystallize ice covering each of all the walls and doors, running down the hallways he felt his body's temperature began to drop increasingly.

"Whoa suddenly everything has gotten a little bit colder over here." He whispered. Hearing the sounds of guard's footsteps coming closer Ethane thinking quickly ducked into a nearby crystal covered ice door. Stepping inside he let out a little sigh as he started looking around at his new surroundings.

Inside the room was a huge royal icy pale deep blue bedroom set. The curtains each dip in the same frost bite color as the rest of the palace, Ethane noticed a crystallized toy chest.

Falling out of it was a bunch of little girls' dollies each one having different color features. They each stared at Ethane with an eerily look, as he continued his search around the room. Staring as the bedroom was quite the looker for someone such as a small child Ethane thought. "No doubt a Catalonian Noblemen's child bedroom." He said bitterly. Catalonia is one of the most beautiful places ever to visit as the inhabitants of the planet, never really do anything but party.

They're all nothing but a bunch of stuck up freaks, with their proud colorful bleached skins and magical hair, Ethane always felt envious of them. How they're nothing but careless beings with nothing better to do but kill other life forms while continuing their deep hatred self-image indulging. Walking towards the toy chest he noticed one of the dollies had fallen down on the floor. Feeling like a sensitive guy he leaned over to pick it up placing it back in with the rest, Ethane unbeknownst to himself stepped on a hidden switched.

The room around him started to morphed into a different scenery as the lights started to dim away. Stepping onto the plain sliver floors Ethane walked around the area until he caught the sounds of machines. Following the sounds of the mechanics . Ethane couldn't believe his eyes, right before him was a huge colorful crystal like pod. It had looked as if it was somehow alive and breathing. Admiring the workmanship of the Pod's designs. Ethane couldn't help but feel a sense of loneliness and pain coming from within the pod.

Laying his hand upon its white crystal surface. Ethane whispered. "You're not alone." Not sure who he was talking too Ethane didn't care because at that very moment he felt as if this pod could, somehow understand him. Just when Ethane didn't think anything could get any crazier around him the mysterious pod shattered. Emerging forth from a bright blinding pale light was a girl in a white skin tight latex suit. Colorful neon swirls of crystals covered over her boobs and shoulders. Opening her eyes the girl stared at him as if she was staring right through him.

Ethane noticing her eyes were a weird colorful spiral of rainbow colors, each one different and interesting as the other. He found himself enchanted by the girl. Bound by a strait jacket the girl's mouthed was gagged by a muzzle as she floated on down. Ethane managing to find his voice finally he spoke in a daze. "It's a girl."

Floating down from the bright light into his arms. The girl seemed to be unconscious as he held onto her tightly. Ethane taking in her whole appearance he notices, right off the back that she was a Catalonian by the unusual color of her features. The color of the mysterious girl's hair was a reddish purple flame, blending into each other making a new shade of a different color. For some reason Ethane held his breathe the whole entire time he was holding her inside of his arms. He couldn't help but feel a sense of unworthiness as she lay unconscious in his arms.

Breaking the silence around them sirens rang out as his mind regained focus on his real mission. He had almost forgotten why he was here in the first place laying the girl down on the floors. Ethane stood up as he ran for a doorway. The sirens continuing to increase their alarms he didn't dare stop to look behind when a group of celestial guards' stopped him. Glaring at him the guards right off the back recognized the Gatlin sign on his left wrist. This uniquely sign is something each inhabitants of a different planet has.

A mark that tells where they were born from, allowing confusion and spies to be easily sought out. In case of an emergency or terror.

Stepping in front of the group was a dark skinned blue green hair man. Smiling mischievously, he spoke. "Good Evan Gatlian, it would seem today is not your lucky day." Smiling his yellowish eyes squinted dimly as he held out his fingers in the shape of a gun. Locking the shape fingers towards Ethane's right shoulder the guard spoke again. "This will hurt you more than me."

Smiling he flicked his fingers back "Bang!" he shouted as the sound of an invisible shock went throughout the air. Panicking and bleeding, the unbearable pain from the invisible shot ranged throughout Ethane's body. Screaming from the horrid pain of it all, Ethane started questioning himself.

"This can't be freaking happening to me right now! I can't believe I will not be the one to kill The Immortal Witch." Thinking about his Dad, Sister, Nero and his people. Ethane closed his eyes screaming the words out "I am such a Loser!"

All of a sudden the mysterious girl awakens as she yells. "HE MUSN'T NOT DIE I HAVE FOUND THE ONE!" Jumping in the way the mysterious girl takes the shot as it landed straight throughout her skull, showing off a mysterious golden seal upon her forward. Falling backwards the girl fell below a deep hole in the middle of the sliver floors. Ethane lost for words looked down as he wondered what just happened. "She's been shot! You guys shot one of your own!" He yelled.

Turning his focus back on the dark skinned blue green hair man he jumped down below, the floors. Landing beside her Ethane starts to think about how his life really didn't make much sense, in Caster school. He'd always tried to prove himself to everyone including himself, hoping to protect his family and home world. He thought to himself as the puddle of blood underneath the girl grew bigger, and his own shoulder steady bleeding out. His thoughts and focus began fuzzing in and out,

"Why does it always have to end like this? People dying and for what a chance to be feeling like an important chess piece?" He asked as he started to cry. Crying Ethane's tears fell upon the girl's face as he continued to beat himself up when the girl's hand reached for him. Opening her eyes he tried pulling his arm free but notice his spirit felt, as if it was floating. Looking down he was floating above his body in some kind of spirit forum, when the girl's voice spoke throughout his head in some mystical void as images of people, with the same signs on their foreheads as herself rushed passed him; like a centuries old fogged from a faraway past.

"You don't want it to end do you? You appeared to have a reason for living. A reason to continue on. If I grant you power would you go on? I purpose such a deal between us. In exchange for this power you must make my one wish come true. Accept this contract and you accept its conditions. Something of a different life, a different time and power. A very being of true embodiment of purity. You shall have what you seek but beware for defeat for it always deceive." She spoke in a creepy mystic hauntingly voice.

Ethane not hesitating shouted. "I accept your conditions! I'm aware this is fully crazy but if I don't do something we both die and my planet, family and friends the whole got damn world is doomed. So please grant me the power to defeat my enemies!" The mysterious girl eyes beamed with joy and her lips full of cruel she told Ethane to hold her body into his chest. Ethane following her directions she reached up with all her might and bite him. Deep in a harsh neck bite. Ethane felt a burning sensation as the images of the past and those of his life flashed before him.

Letting go, her lips licked the side of his neck as Ethane's body was thrust far against the other side of the wall. The mysterious girl body too thrust further down against the other wall's side. His body stilled. Hours had passed and the celestial guards made their way down below where they both were. Watching the scene, the guards grew angrier as they walked towards him. Pointing his fingers again in the shape of a gun the guard muttered "Die."

Something strange had begun to happen in that moment. Floating upward in a darkish black glowing color, which looked to be Ethane's aura. His body silently stood as his face looked down at his hands. Shaking silently the Celestial guard sent forward the other guards as he yelled. "I will end this before it even begins!" The guards unaware charging in half blind with rage. They each coming to a halt. They started on In disbelief and confusion. Confused, they saw that Ethane was now laughing. The guard not understanding what could possibly be funny asked him.

"What's so funny Gatlian?" His yellowish eyes flickering back and forth as Ethane raised his head up. A shock of panic filling the room the guards looked on in horror as Ethane smiled with cruelty. Inside one of his eye sockets was the same color eye as the mysterious girl, when he yelled out. "Perhaps you guys should just point those weapons at yourself… I command you to kill each other!"

Standing still in mid attack the guards each turned themselves to each other, smiling so carefree their eyes was now glowing a pale white as each one of them yelled in one accord. "Yes anything for you Master!" Their guns cocking back they fired away. The massacred went on for hours as each guard fired their weapons at the other one by one each started dropping down like a sack of beans. Another soon after followed their leads. Ethane lustily watched on as the blood splatters hit across the floors, some falling upon his face. It covered the side with the mysterious spiral colorful eye. Watching him the mysterious girl smiled as she thought to herself "I have found him I have found my…"

The dark skinned blue green hair man stepped forward in disbelief shock. Turning his attention to the dead bodies, he looked back at Ethane and then the girl. "You have no idea what you've just done. Your very action today has now shaped the course of this battle… you have no idea what you have become, Meister Gatlin..." Looking at his reflection in the silver walls. Ethane was distraught at how much blood he was covered in from the guards he made killed themselves. Ethane knew he had come to kill but what he did was not a simply killed, no he had became something, inhumane.

Turning his back on Ethane he gave the mysterious girl one final look before smiling and saying. "What is your name young Meister?" Unsure as to what is a Meister, Ethane asked dazed "You're talking to me?" Laughing insane the man shouted. "Of course I am who else is a Meister in this room?" Still unsure of what he's talking about. Ethane replied along to the guard's question. "My name is Ethane Blackwood, hopeful future Mage Caster of the planet Gatlin." Grinning at Ethane the guard smiled as he responded louder.

"Now here my name for it will haunt thee for life. I am Celestial Duke Brigham of Catalonia. The next time we do battle young Meister Ethane, you shall not be so lucky again until then farewell."

Leaving the room, Ethane started to feel an aching in his chest when the girl spoke up. "Don't be alarmed that's just your body's new way of healing your injuries." Opening his robe his gray eyes watched the wounds from earlier, healing completely up. "Hey what exactly did you do to me?!" Whipping his head around to look at the girl. Ethane noticed there was no one but him and a bunch of dead Celestial guards. For the mysteriously girl was suddenly nowhere to be seen.

Ethane leaving the secret room as the warning alarms started to pick back up, he bumped into his familiar Nero who was taken aback by his sudden state of health. Stopping at a halt she asked him. "Are you okay?" Smiling as he told her. "I'm fine, never felt better." Nero not sure but not wanting to pressed the subject any longer left it at that. Inside Nero's mind she couldn't help but feel there was something different about Ethane. She felt as if his personality and body were so much colder and inhumane than before. Something you could only achieve if you were dead.
