"Why? Where did your confidence come from? Have the duchess already committed to you!" mocked the young boy and I pursued my lips.

"Go and show your importance before I vanish from your life and you will end up staying alone all your life!" he shouted and I nodded. Though I felt there was something wrong with his work, I did not want to point it out in case he flared up more.

"Alright, i am going in." he finally nodded with a satisfied smile when i walked out of the carriage towards the palace.

The palace was nothing special but the security was enormous. It looked like the palace was no less than a large training centre or more like a prison. Each of the knights had a cold expression on their faces as if they would kill anyone who would dare to look at them.

"Oh dear lord! What kind of place is this!" he mumbled as he moved closer when two nights stopped his way.
