Angelique sat in the family attorney's room that even the second generation had held. The attorney was believed by Duncan Family from generation to generation.

"So can I take over all my parents' inheritance?" She asked greedily.

The lawyer smiled, "From this will, Mr. Joseph Duncan is entitled to all of Mr. Joseph Duncan's estate is the first son from a legal marriage the grandson of the Ducnan family." Answered the lawyer who the Duncan family had trusted for generations.

The assets in question are plantation land which is now managed by Gertrude and her mother as well as a two-hectare plot of land which is rented out to planters at very low rents. In fact, some were almost allowed to live for free on the Duncan family's land.
