Benjamin was sitting at his desk when someone called him. Benjamin who did not know the phone number did not immediately receive the call. Until finally the caller contacted Benjamin a second time. In the end, Benjamin accepted his call.

"Mr. Benjamin Duncan." A man's voice sounded on the other end as Benjamin took the call.

"Yes, I did the talking," Benjamin replied.

"I am the attorney for Mr. James Duncan, your grandfather." said the man.

The man paused before explaining. "Mr. James has a will that I will read to his heirs. Because your father is the heir of your deceased father. Please come to my office to discuss this before Mrs. Angelique Duncan comes to transfer all the estate. Mr. James to his first grandson." said the lawyer.

Benjamin was quite surprised by what the lawyer said, "I didn't even know my grandfather had anything other than the house he hadn't lived in for a long time." said Benjamin.
