"The Capitol"

Akira's POV:

Sometimes I wish I would die. Sometimes I wish others would die. And sometimes I wish nobody had to die.

It's quite crazy to think that I'm that capable of taking a life. It's sometimes so odd to think about.

But it's true.

I'm more than capable of doing so. Everyone can take a knife and end someone's life just in a matter of seconds. Everyone can poison somebody with anything and everything they'd like.

But what's the point? Taking an innocent's life is as useless as some things in our lives. You just end someone's life without them having a choice.

Maybe they wanted to live? Maybe they were a known singer or a writer or will be? It's kind of selfish to just end it there without them choosing it.

“You from around here?” The man in the black jacket behind one of the near markets asked me. I looked up, and smiled.
