Chapter 12 School!

Eclipse’s POV

I woke up to a pounding headache the smell of dust and pollution in the air as well as a slight pressure on my right arm and pain in my ears. I opened my eyes to see I guy driving me a lecherous look and holding my right arm as hard as he could. It only granted him a swift kick to the balls and then a round house kick to the back of his head slamming his face into the wall leaving a trail of blood running down the wall.

“Disgusting.” I spat on the unconscious boy. I hear something hit the floor. “Huh?” I looked down to see a note sitting on top of a school uniform. “What’s this about?” I then picked up the note and started reading it.

‘Dear Eclipse Bloodmoon

We regret to inform you that you are now stuck in the world of Highschool DxD until your Void ability has fully recovered from Loki’s trick. We are sorry we tried to take you through a portal that would lead to your Universe, but your remaining void energy interfered with the portal preventing you from going though. We are unable to go through the void and had to leave you there. We have enrolled you into the school nearby. Along with the paperwork we have given you a map to both your new home and school. We are deeply sorry for the incontinence and promises to tell Talia about your whereabouts as well as deliver you back to her once you fully recovered.

I read the note a few more times than crumpled it in anger. “Can’t my ass they probably don’t like going in there.” I growled and looked over the paperwork and pocketed the keys in my inventory. “They could have at least left me in my new house instead of leaving me on the street.” I hissed. “What time is it exactly?” I thought when a clock popped up in the right-hand corner.

‘6:45 earth time.’

“Eh?” I looked at the time I needed to be at the school. ‘7:00 for scheduling.’ I looked up at the guy still smeared on the wall. “I’m lait!” I shouted quickly equipping the school uniform and unequipping my weapons but kept scythe on standby but invisible I also decided to close my eyes again to hide my red eyes. Using all my speed to get to the school as fast as I could. I left the man several miles away before a second even passed. I was quickly approaching the school, so I slowed down to a normal human run. To any onlookers it looked like I simply appeared in front of them, but I didn’t care right then all I cared about was trying not to be lait to this stupid school. “I’ve never been lait and I don’t plan on changing that anytime soon.” I grumbled as I ran into the school. Then I realized everyone that was walking into the school was bigger than me. “Let me see that script.” I grumbled as I looked at the sheet. ‘Kuoh Highschool’ well I am old enough, but they missed one thing I’m still technically 5.” I grumbled to myself as I walked past the gates.

“What’s wrong little girl. Lost?” Asked a boy I wasn’t looking because I was staring at my sheet.

“No, Why?” I asked still not looking up from my paper.

“Hay guys this shrimp thinks she belongs in a high school!” Shouted the boy.

I then looked up from my sheet. “Excuse me? Who are you calling shrimp?” I growled.

“Aw dose the little five-year-old think she can take us?” Teased another boy who walked up behind the first.

“Say shrimp again and you’ll find out.” I growled.

“I say we send shrimppy here back home before she gets hurt.” Said the first boy.

“Don’t say I didn’t warn you.” I growled then used flash step to appear behind him and punch a pressure point directly near his kidney causing severe pain.

“Ahhhhh” Screamed the kid as he collapsed.

It then did a round house kick to the other boy’s temple knocking several feet away and knocking him out. I then turned and continued walking towards the school holding the paper back up in front of my face. I walked past a girl with glanced she looked at me like she was analyzing my potential. But something was off I could almost feel the dark energy flowing off the girl making my instincts tense. I passed her with no problems and went to the sign saying principles office. I pushed open the door to be greeted by a pretty secretary.

“Hello how can I help you?” She asked.

“I was told I was transferring in today.” I replied.

“Hmm let’s see. Ah Eclipse Bloodmoon? Hm a very strange name but that’s fine here’s your schedule and a map of the school.” She said holding my paper out to me. I read over it and saw a bunch of info about my classes and room number.

“Thanks!” I said as I ran out of the room and towards my class room.

“Wait do you need help getting there. She shouted out, but I was already out and knew she wouldn’t here the answer.

As I traveled through the halls I heard several people talking about me.

“She’s so young dose she belongs her?” Asked a girl.

“I don’t know if she belongs here but she’s so cute.” Said a boy.

“Is she blind? Asked another girl.

“I don’t think so else she would have someone helping her around.” Said a third girl.

I then made it to my class room and knocked on the door.

“Hello, come in.” replied a womanly voice. I opened the door. “Oh, you must be the new transfer student.” She said motioning my in. I then walked in. “Class meat Eclipse Bloodmoon.” Said the teacher and I hear someone fall out of their seat in the back. I looked up to see a kid with green hair picking himself up off the ground and I smirked.

“Does anyone have any questions for miss Bloodmoon?” The teacher asked, and everyone’s hands raised except for Jason. I also took not that the only seat available was between him and a brown-haired student that had a perverted look on his face with his hand raised.

I decided to start with a girl with brown hair in the front of the class. “How about you.” I said pointing to her.

“Wait you can see?” She asked.

“Yes, I can I may have my eyes closed but I can still see perfectly.” I replied.

“Then what’s my hair color?” She asked me.

“Brown.” I answered. “Next question. hmmm you.” I said pointing to a boy with glasses and brown hair.

He stood up. “How old are you.” He asked suspicious.

“15 why?” I asked him.

“Nothing.” He blushed as did every boy in the class.

I then backed up, so I was leaning on the chalk board and picked up a piece of chalk. “Ok next the boy next to him. What is your question?” I asked him and got the piece of chalk ready in my right hand under my armpit.

“What sizes are-ach.” He said falling to the ground with a welt on his forehead.

“Anyone else want to aske that.” I growled.

And all of them shook their heads and waved their arms like I had another shot ready to hit their heads. Several of the girls giggled and said that was what he deserved. Then the teacher clapped getting their attention.

“Ok class if there isn’t any more questions than Eclipse can you find your seat?” She asked me.

“Yah I can find it.” I grumbled as I walked to the back and sat in the seat.

I looked left to see Jason looking at me every once in a while. I assumed he was using Observe on me, but I continued blocking it causing him to scowl at me while the class was in session.

“Better pay attention the teacher isn’t very happy with you.” I whispered to him.

He looked back tot eh teacher with what looked like sad face and tears int eh corner of her eyes almost making me laugh at her expression. He quickly apologized, and her face brightened, and she continued teaching. I then took the time to sense the energy thought the school.

‘1,2,3…12 dark signatures were scattered thought the school. So, we got 12 devils in this school including Jason and this kid next to me.’ I hypothesized since they held a similar energy as a demon.

I then looked at the kid with brown hair rubbing his forehead. ‘Moron.’ I thought to myself. Then the bell rang. I quickly looked up surprised it only felt like a few minutes, but it was lunch time, but my stomach demanded breakfast not lunch.

‘Dam my time is really screwed up.” I grumbled to myself as it got up and walked out the door.

I walked around the school trying to find a secluded place when I found myself on top of the roof. There was no one around so I quickly stuck my hand into empty air and pulled out an egg McMuffin that was still steaming thanks to the time stop in the inventory. I licked my lips and took a bite out of it. After eating several egg McMuffins I was finally full, so I headed back to my seat in class. I made it as the first one in class. The teacher greeted me and turned back to weighting on the board which was killing my ears with all the scraping. So, I set my head down and covered my ears. One downside to hiving good hearing every sound is amplified so where one person finds the sound cringeworthy I find it extremely painful. Then several of my class mates entered the room talking drowning out the calk scraping. I sighed as I at up and let go of my ears the two who entered were two girls and they were gossiping about a kid with blond hair. I ignored them enough to where I didn’t catch the exact conversation but heard enough to keep the chalk from hurting my ears. That’s when Jason walked in he glanced at me then away and walked to his seat. After that the rest of the students poured into the room and class finally started. As the teacher talked about English and arithmetic I started to pay attention less and less. I was to the point that I wish I had music then it hit me.

‘I’m in modern times meaning I have access to technology again and I have more money that I know what to do with. I could by myself an iPod and headphones. Ok ill do that after school.’ I thought to myself with a smile. That’s when the final bell rang dismissing us to leave.

I then got up but was stopped by a hand on my arm I looked over to see Jason grabbing my arm.

“We need to talk.” He demanded

“Hmm. Don’t wanna.” I replied in a five-year voice walking past him towards the window.

“What are you five?” He asked.

“Technically.” I whispered back with a sweet smile then jumped out the window and landed on the grown in a roll and ran to the closest technology store.

I walked in and was instantly greeted by an employee I said hi back and walked directly to the iPod and picked one that had a pink case and then walked over to the headphones and decided on the ones that surround your ears, so I can use it to block out more noise. Then I picked up a permanent apple music accouter with unlimited choices of songs. Then I walked up to the counter and placed the objects on the counter. Of course, the counter was above my head, so I had to stand on my tippy toes in order to see the woman behind the counter.

“Sweaty you know this stuff isn’t free.” She said sweetly.

“I know that I’m fifteen mam.” I replied pretending to dig in my pockets for cash, but I was just pulling out of my Inventory.

“Oh, I’m sorry.” She apologized and started ring my items. “That will be 200,000 Yen” She said.

‘Only one copper coin was used! Thant can’t be right than one bear in my world is more expressive that this worlds houses.’ Thought surprised and doing the calculations. She then handed me my bag and walked out of the store and went towards my house. “Let’s see walk past the old worn-down church and head to the house on top of the hill.” I read the directions while walking. I looked up to look for an old worn out church and found it sitting next to a hill several miles off. “Well I found it but why does it have to be so far from the school.” I grumbled as I walked towards the church. When I made it in front to the church I turned to head to my house only to be stopped by a man in a priest uniform.

“Stop what are you doing here?” He asked.

“Just passing by I was told by my friend that my house is on top of the hill near the church.” I replied then I heard more movement behind and to the sides of me.

“Sorry but you can’t be here.” Said someone behind me. I turned to see another priest.

“What is this a priest convention or something?” I asked.

“You must leave.” Said another one.

“Look I now own the house on top of the hill and if you keep blocking my way this won’t be pretty.” I growled.

They then pulled out several types of weapons some were guns while others were the hilts of swords.

“Liston if you dare attack me this place will run red and black with your blood and charred remains.” I warned.

The hilts they were holding then put out a light like a lightsaber then they charged. I quickly used flash step to get close to one priest and opened my eyes and glared at him before plunging my hand through his stomach. I then stood fully erect with the dead priest still impaled on my arm.

“Fine the hard way it is.” I growled then charged at another one.

I punched him so hard in the gut he spat up his lunch then I chopped his neck causing his through to collapse. He started gasping on the ground. I turned to see a light sword coming towards my face. I spun out of the way and watched as the sword sliced the choking priest’s chest. I then poked his side hitting a pressure point that collapsed his lung. I then grabbed his arm and swung him into another priest impaling him onto the guys sword. I noticed the devourers mouths were now open and ready to feed. The next priest I grab his face as he screamed because the Devourer worm had bit his face was draining him of his blood. I continued using him as a shield as I fought the other priests. Eventually the priest ended up looking like a dried-up fruit and he stopped struggling so I threw him into the arms of one of his buddy’s.

He coughs him just in time to receive a kick to his knee a resounding snap was heard from his knee. The man screamed in pain as I circled around him and grabbed his head twisting it 180 he fell to the ground and I backflipped dodging a sot from one of the pistol wielding priests’. I then ran up to him kicking the back of his leg making him drop to one knee then I stepped on his knee and kicked his head completely off his body spraying my face with blood. I turned to the reminding priests they had the look of fear in their eyes and who could blame them a 5-year-old just slaughtered half their number in a span of a few minutes without weapons. Who wouldn’t be scared but having red eyes and blood covering me from head to toe probably wasn’t helping matters.

“Sorry guys but I can’t let you live now that you’ve seen this.” I said as my right hand turned into my claw and I pulled the bone out and threw it into one of the remaining priests heads.

I then charged and brought my claw up blocking the light sword and crushing it. the priest didn’t have time to panic as I tore him in half. Then as the priest turned to run and prayed they got a way I took another’s head. I then gathered a lot of magic and placed a portal in front of two priests before they could turn and run several black arms came out and grabbed them and tore them apart puling them inside. I then pulled out my bow and arrows and pulled a random one not caring what the enchantment was and fired it. at the last priest who was running to the church. He went flying and was impaled into the side of the church then the arrow activated its charge and lighting rained down on the priest and church. The church was decimated leaving only ash.

“Woops looks like I went a little overboard.” I said scratching the back of my head with my now normal hand. I turned to walk to my house when I heard a grunt. “So, someone is still alive. Huh?” I was dumfounded when a man with wings stepped out of the rubble of the church.

“Who attacked us?” The man asked holding his head. He looked up and saw me. “Hay you did you see who did this?” He asked.

“Mister why do you have wings and why are they black? Are you some kind of cosplayer more over how did you survive that lightning strike?” I asked him to pretend I’m a normal human.

“What are you.” He looked down at himself. “Oh shit.” He then looked to me. “Sorry kid but you have to die.” Said as a light spear formed in his hand.

“Tch I was hoping to get home soon guess it can’t be helped.” I growled then drew another arrow this time knocking it with the hunt enchantment active. “Time to hunt.” I said and released the arrow sending it on its way as it traveled it unraveled into several wolves and charged straight ahead. It was much bigger than it is usually, so I placed the blame on the arrow. But the angle just had to dodge up words.

“What was that?” He asked then looked at me and my bow.

“Tch just die.” I said then used my straight and flash step to appear in front of him and punched him back to the ground.

He slowly got up as I landed back on the ground. He looked up and finally noticed my bloody uniform and body. He looked behind me and saw the bodies of the priests he growled then through his light spear at me. I quickly caught it and felt as it burned my skin a bit. I the turned the spear back around and aimed it at him. He apparently dispelled it as I threw it because it disappeared, but I was prepared and was already behind him and grabbed his neck letting the Devourer worm have its way with him. He struggled for a few minuets then went limp then an alert came up.

Hands of the Devourer has leveled up they can now access your pocket dimension.

“Cool now I don’t have to open a full portal to access my pocket dimension.” I said to myself. Then I looked up at the bodies. “Crap how am I going to clean this?” I grumbled.

The worm then opened up again sowing the inside of the dimension. “Hay Eclipse?” I heard Yuki aske.

“Yah Yuki?” I asked

“Well we are having a little shortage problem here.” Siad Yiki.

“Food?”

“Food.”

“What do you guys eat?” I asked.

“Anything really but we need meat soon or our production of a cementlike material we us to coat our tunnels will slow.” She said.

“Is that so?” I said with a smile. “Then it so happens we can help each other.” I continued then turned the view to the 16 dead people.

“Oh, that’s perfect make a portal big enough and we’ll take care of it.” She said happily. I then ripped open a portal to my pocket dimension.

“Let’s make this quick we don’t have forever.” I said listening for police sirens.

“It won’t take more than a few minutes.” She replied as a stream of her colony came out drinking the blood and carrying the bodies back into the portal.

Just like she said after a minuet any signs that the battle took place was gone even the blood on my shirt was gone. The only sine that there was a battle was the destroyed church. I then thanked Yuki and closed the rift behind her. I the turned to the direction of my house and continued walking. I finally made it to the top to the hill only to be awestruck. It wasn’t a house it was a fricking mansion. I quickly used my magic to search for anyone around but there was none. I walked up to the mansion and placed my hand on the door hoping it was unlocked I tried the handle. The door swung open with no resistance as soon as the door opened the lights turned on causing me to jump. It turned around to run then noticed the light switch was actually a button where the door hits the wall.

“God who designs these places.” I grumbled then shut the door.

I turned around to look around the mansion for a computer. I started with the study but only found an old worn out model. So, I searched elsewhere but still there wasn’t a computer anywhere int the mansion.

“What does a girl have to do to get a simple computer around here.” I shouted angerly. Then a thought popped into my head. “Wait doesn’t the Japanese have places for such an occasion.” I the sprinted out the door slamming it behind me and took the long way around to avoid the destroyed church.

I walked around town looking for a place that was still open and had a computer I could use. I groaned as it was getting darker and I still haven’t found the place.

“God I’ve been searching for hours.” I grumbled.

“What’s this?” Asked someone behind me.

“Looks like someone’s out past their bed time.” Said another.

“And like that I hate you people.” I growled and turned around to see several boys in punk outfits. “Well aint you a Klee shay thug.” I tease.

“Why you cheeky.” The first guy growled.

“Yah, yah, yah, leave me alone before you get hurt.” I said then turning around to continue my search.

“Wait you stupid brat” Said one of the guys as he placed his hand on my shoulder.

I looked down at his hand then up at him. “Move it of loose it.” I warned.

“What did you say brat!?”

I turned around ready to cut his hand off when someone interrupted. “Eclipse there you are I was looking all over for you.” The familure voice said.

The thugs looked up with fear in their eyes and turned and ran. “God not now.”

“Ouch.” The voice said behind me.

“What do you want Jason.” I grumbled.

“I wanted to aske how you got here and why you were here.” He said sopping several feet from me.

“And I want to aske why your still weak.” I replied. “Guess neither of us is getting our answers.” I continued and started walking away.

“Wait what happened to you in the past 2 years?” He asked making me stop.

“2 years?” I questioned and turned around. “Its been almost 12 years since I’ve last seen you.” I said.

“No, that can’t be.” He mumbled to himself.

“You should have been older than 45.” I continued.

“What?!” He shouted surprised.

“My planet is 3 times larger than earth our lives are three times longer than any human of earth because we adapted to those long times. I can’t even sleep until another day passes then ill be asleep for over a day.” I stated.

“By satin.” He said dropping to the ground.

“Guess you can’t say god, can you?” I said noticing a slight twitch of pain. “Guess I was right.” I stated my observation.

“But if its been 12 years then what have you been doing?” He asked.

“I was stuck in a dungeon since I was 5 I just escaped it 2 days ago.” I looked down at his form.

“Why do you look 5.” He asked.

“Well that’s simple I was cursed so I stopped aging at 5.” I could see him sigh. “At least that’s the official story.” I continued making him look shocked. “I won’t be telling you the true story. Oh, and about your other question about why I’m here. I had no intentions of entering your world. Let’s just say Loki is not a very kind person and I’ll leave it at that.” I then turned to leave the shocked boy. “Don’t stay out too long Devil boy or you will end up hurt.” I warned and walked around the corner to see a manga café offering computer access. “Yay I found one.” I shouted then ran to it.

3rd POV

A portal opens near the burned down church revealing several black winged women their all chatting about a nun that was meant to give them unbeatable power. Then the smelt the soot in the air and turned to see the burnt out hust of the church.

“What the hell.” Screeched the littler one.

“What happened to our home?” Shouted another blue haired woman.

“Where’s Donaseek” Said the black-haired woman. “No more importantly is our ritual sight still intact?” She continued then quickly started digging through the rubble. She uncovered a trap door where an alter use to be. “Here it is!” She said then opened it. “NO!” She shouted seeing nothing but a giant sink pit under the floor. “Find whoever did this and make them pay.” Growled the black-haired woman.

“What about Donaseek?” Asked the blond haired one.

“Based on what happened I’m guessing he’s dead.” Said the blue haired one.

“Just go!” Shouted the raven-haired girl making the rest scatter. “Whoever did this will pay”

Elsewhere in Kuoh town

“Achoo! Dam is it really that cold out?” Eclipse asked as she walked out of the manga café. “Whatever.” She then placed head phones on and hit play on her new iPod. The song Get Out Alive started playing and she walked back to her home avoiding the church.
