Infamous Alchemist's Second Life

What happens when you knock over a chemical on yourself that sends you to another world? Ito, a normal alchemist has a hard time working on so many projects but fails ultimately, that people don't associate with him, feeling distressed; he accidentally knocks over a special chemical from a shelf when he was deciding, which poured on him and eventually passes out due to an explosion. until waking up much later to realize his in another world without a lot of memories, will he be able to return, or start anew?
