NAMING CEREMONY

As more people gathered, Crysanthe felt more and more excited.

Immediately after Arcus sat down beside her she asked, "Do you know Sunny's gender?"

"Of course, she is a female." Arcus replied.

Soon after Arcus finished speaking the ceremony started, "Hello everybody! First of all, can I get a round of applause for the gods and goddesses who just completed their training!?" Partumas paused, to let the people applaud then resumed speaking, "Ok, thank you for showing your appreciation to the gods and goddesses who are about to be named! First up we have Fox. What's his power you might ask? Well, think about, what are foxes known for? Sneaking about! So naturally his power is shadow manipulation!"

"Thank you, thank you. Partumas, no need to be so grand." Fox said with a elaborate bow and a sly grin.

"For you being a flying type with shadow control, your name will be Umbras. A combination of shadow and gust." Partumas named Fox then added, "Congratulations, you may step down now."

At Partumas's words, Fox elegantly jumped down.

"Okay, next person, Lexi! She has the power of plant manipulation!" Partumas continues.

She knew Lexi, she had raced against her. Lexi had placed second. She was also quite shy. You could see how embarrassed Lexi was, and she was clearly terrified that at least a hundred gods and goddesses were staring at her.

Partumas started back up, "Because of this, her name will be Natura!"

Natura ran off the stage as soon as he finished, terrified. She saw her exit through the door.

"Guess who's next? I like to call her storm girl, because that's how she got here. Where is she? Ah! I've found her!" A spotlight centered on her as soon as Partumas said that, "Anyways, why won't you come up Crysanthe?"

She flew up onto the stage as he requested. The spotlight followed her. Several people gasped, and she didn't realize why. Then she caught a glance of herself in the window. Her eyes were glowing!

"Welcome onto the stage Crysanthe! Is that light control!? No! Crowd, calm down it's not, you know some people's eyes glow when they fly, don't be rude! Anyways, anybody have a bet what her power is? No!? It's plant manipulation! Just like Natura! Now time for her name! Flosi! That's her new name! Also, we don't have time for more, for the feast will start now!" Partumas said, glancing at his watch.
