Cerberus point of view.
I widen my eyes in shock and I'm pretty impressed. This troll has been winning the games in this competition today. I watched closely as he goes up against a rock launching machine. The machine throws small rocks repeatedly at this talented fellow and he disintegrates them before they touch the ground. I observe the others; Reelora, Theux, Reebabo with Gangola and notice how much they are enjoying his awesomeness. At last, he wins and I expected it. I personally volunteered to give him his belt. Yes, belt. Trolls use belts as their medals. If you want to know how much of a winner a troll is, ask for his competition belts. I had to transform into my human form to present his belt. I asked the troll for his name and he replied, "Jethro." This troll has a light green skin and is slightly taller than the average troll height. He has a sturdy and muscular body which explains his stamina in the competition he just won. He has a shoulder-length, dark, brown hair. I finally speak to him, "Jethro, I would ask of you in a few days time, have it in mind." I smile at him before transforming back into my three-headed form. He bows and takes his leave as the crowd cheers him.
The trolls competition was really cool. I saw some trolls fight in twos, bending the rocks in ways that their opponents lose their balance and fall. I guess that's how they secured wins. It was like wrestling but with rocks as weapons seeing as that's their ability. There was a race too, in which Jethro won of course. He left quite a gap between him and the other trolls as he lifted his large rock in the air in order to reach the finish line. Some racers collapsed, thereby causing their rocks to fall and disqualify them from the race. Jethro would be such a great warrior for the realm, I'm sure of it.
The best part of the rock slamming competitions (that's what the trolls decided to call theirs) is the in-between display of mastery troll magic. The in-between display was incredible, due to the fact that a couple of coals were compressed into diamonds. Even the audience marveled at the transformation. The display was carried out by troll masters. Trolls used to have a number of Masters in their land. These masters are trolls that develop chi(s) that enables them to attain and train special abilities from age 50. Sadly, there are not much left due to the Felix attack. Wait, come to think of it, these trolls are slightly sly and cunning. I'm sure they sell these diamonds in the human realm to get some cash. This is evident in the food we were served at the competitions. It was almost like a buffet, they were cakes of chocolate, vanilla and velvet flavours, chips and ketchup, red and white wine, brownies, chocolate, jellies, burgers, hot dogs, waffles even sushi.
After the event ended, on my way out of the mammoth caves, I saw a lady troll that resembles the age of twenty.
She has light brown hair, pale sky blue skin, with large ears and nose. She was seated on a small rock with her face buried in her hands and she looks like she's crying as I can hear silent sobs. I got moved to console her so I transformed to my human form to rub her back in a calming manner."What's wrong?" I ask with the most caring voice I could muster. She raised her head with her wet cheeks showing me my reflection (by the way I look stunning). She finally spoke, but with her sobs interrupting, "my m-mother died few months ago as a result of that scientist attack. It's been very difficult ever since. S-Sometimes I remember all our memories and times together. Sh-She did not deserve to die that wayyyyy, she was just 53." She cried loudly. "She was a legend in mastery troll magic. I couldn't even say goodbye or tell her how awesome she had been to me. She taught me some great things."
I continue rubbing her back to calm her. What can I do for her? There's no words I would say to her that will make her feel better. Perhaps I could give her another opportunity to see her one last time. "Hey, I could give you a chance to see her again, at least you can talk to her and let her know these things."
She brightens up with a smile and shows gratitude, "thank you so much, this is not something you usually do so I appreciate the privilege."
I give her the 'you are welcome' expression. I stand up, transform back to my three-headed form and close my eyes to open the portal. All my eyes start glowing to show the opening. A bluish green portal opens in which a pathway can be seen before entering. So I reach for the girl's hand and we both enter. As we walk, on the left turn I see the good side and on the right, I see the bad side for the spirits of those evil doers and criminals.
I ask, "what is your best memory of her, so I can find that easily?" She thinks for some seconds and smiles to show she remembered. "She used to sing a song to me whenever I was down. The song motivated me to be strong and confident in order to reach my potentials."
My heart melted at such memory and at that moment, the Spirit of her mum appeared smiling. I decide to leave both of them for a minute to talk, so I walked to a distance.
After moments of seeing them embrace each other, she walks over to meet me and says, "thank you once again for this."
I replied to her, "you are welcome. No matter where she is, her memories will still be here." I point to her chest with my middle head. She nods in agreement.
As we are about to leave, a demon tries to grab the girl from my side. My right head does the job of tormenting the demon, for it shouts in pain and backs away. After we come out of the portal, I close it restoring my normal non glowing eyes. The Troll looks at me and asks a question, "I've been meaning to ask, why do demons exist?"
"For every good creation, there's a bad thing. Humans are the only creations that didn't get created with demons. They are a combination of the good and the bad. So those demons you see there, are as a result of every gifted that has been created." I explained to her.
"Ohh" she nods in understanding. I tell her goodbye and take my leave. Another sad girl who lost her mum to this Felix incident.
