3. New world.

Currently I was sitting on a bench outside of the trainers lab where I had gotten Amber. The fact that they just gave me a person was still rather shocking.

I was reading things on the communicator. Apparently fighters are basically girls with magical abilities, however they need to bond with someone to be able to use their abilities and grow. It can be held off with a bond ball, but they need physical affection such as a kiss to establish a proper bond. That and they go feral if they aren't bonded. Which means there are girls running around in the wild absolutely insane with a thirst for battle and murder unless beaten and bonded.

Which is fucking crazy.

Apparently there are also dungeons with monsters in them? Usually they contain rare materials and items which can either be sold or used on fighters.

How the fuck this all works I have no idea.

"Well Amber let's head off to the Fighters Market and see what the have." I tell the girl.

Right now her long red hair was up in a neat ponytail which hung a little past her shoulders, she had on a simple black shirt and a pair of easy to move in black pants with a belt, on the belt was the E rank fire dagger which could cause slight burns if energy is pushed inside it. She had stored her clothes and snacks in the bond ball as apparently it had storage space in it.

I had seen my bank account too which had $100,000 in it.

However I know that won't last very long.

Anyway we headed towards the fighters market which I had looked up. It reminded me of a modern day store, except there were various different weapons, equipment, foods, crystals and other items all in glass cases locked up.

However my eyes first snap over to the large tents and odd building like structures in a wide open area.

"Let's look at the bases first." I tell Amber who nods and grabs my hand.

Once we get there I notice the exact same black box in a case next to a dome shaped tent.

10 person base, come equipped with basic shock defenses, strong outer shell, an electric cooker, 25 gallon water tank, water purifier. Taking a step inside it's nothing to fancy, there is a bit of space before 10 single beds, I can see a small stove next to a clear water tank which has some buttons on it.

Heading back out the cost of it is $1000.

Not bad I suppose.

The next one is a bit bigger, this one has the same as the first but for 15 people, it comes with a larger water tank, small shower add on, small washer and dryer combo that can fit a few pair of clothes in, something about increased battery and all that.

Cost $2500.

The shower and washer and dryer are a nice touch.

Giving up on wasting my time I make my way towards the end one.

"Premium Adventurers Mobile Base." I read.

25 people capacity, comes with solar panels built to charge it or it can be plugged in, 1000 gallon water tank which is housed in the back, fully stocked kitchen including a built in dish washer and fridge along with a large electric stove, fully stocked bathroom with a toilet, walk in shower and water heater, decent sized washer/dryer combo. It was gray and square and kind of looked like a little fortress, it had walls and everything and a enclosed area for training. Apparently it was pretty sturdy too. It could be refilled by either pulling moisture from the air which was slow but gave enough water for people to drink daily or you could run a hose to a river or pond or hook it up to a spigot. It even had a small area for relaxing inside with comfy chairs and the beds could be combined together and walls put up with doors to form little rooms.

"$10,000. But its built to last and has a lifetime warranty." I mutter.

Much better than the normal base I had and way more comfortable, it even had climate control like AC and heating.

We will indeed be getting this, I can put it in my internal world which I havent scanned for yet.

'Matrixes scan.' I mentally command the 3 omnitrix. An invisible wave of energy spreads out a bit around.

[Fighter Body (Fire) Acquired.]

[Internal world unlocked.]

'Hmm no weapon?' I poke the dagger on the waist of Amber who looks at me curiously. 'Scan.'

[E Rank Fire Dagger Acquired.]

There we go, so I need to touch it? Ah well.

Since we had nothing to do for now we decided to look around a bit, I had my communicator out as it could identify various items and explain their uses to me.

However my attention was drawn to a small display of technique manuals. It wasn't the full technique but it showed the rank and what the technique looked like, then you could take the card up to the front and have one of the workers get the proper manual for you.

However the techniques only went up to C-Rank. Seems this world also has badges, however these badges get you special benefits. You will get a monthly stipend depending on how many badges you have. Certain dungeons also have a badge requirement due to danger inside of the dungeon. You can also buy higher quality techniques that are more destructive if you have a certain number of badges, this is fo prevent people from harming themselves or causing massive levels of destruction outside of the dungeon on accident.

Seems logical that high ranking techniques should be restricted in some ways. Bit I had a nice selection from E-C rank. I was learning quite a bit just reading up on everything such as there was an energy requirement, apparently unlike chakra, whatever energy fighters use can be cultivated in different ways.
