13. Little Ghost.

Putting off getting groceries for now we head back to the internal world. There I pull out the bond ball and toss it, out pops the white haired girl who just seems to kind of float there in a lethargic daze.

"You have to finish the bond with a kiss, or else she won't be able to talk unless you teach her. When we bond with a person we get knoweldge such as how to read, write, and talk. Of course you can teach us how to talk but it takes a long time or a psychic fighter to do so." Amber explains, I really need to look into the bond, I didn't know it did that.

Well I'm not worried about losing my life force so.

I gently grab the girls chin before sealing her lips with my own. I feel a cool chill in my chest and her previously dull eyes spark with intelligence.

'Scan'

[Fighter body (Ghost) Acquired.]

A spooky sounding giggle was heard.

"Darling~" The ghost girl said pulling away.

Honestly she looked like a doll, a white haired doll with how pale her skin was, and her movements seemed...odd. Her skin felt cold and like I was touching cotton candy, soft but I felt like I could push through it if I tried.

To prove that she floated through my body seeming to look at me from different angles.

"What is my name Darling?" Her voice had a certain ethereal chill to it.

Ah another name...hmm..."How do you like Stella?" I ask turning my head towards her.

Her red pupils lock onto me as she smiles. "Mm, I like it."

"Good, my name is Ryan and this is Amber." I point towards the red head who is watching the interaction quietly.

Stella floats around me before looking at Amber. "Nice to meet you."

"Mm I hope we get along well." Amber nods.

"Alright, before we get into anything else I have two rules I hope you can follow, first off this place is my internal world. This is a secret so don't talk about it with anyone it could get me in trouble. Second rule I can also use fighter moves, this is also a secret so no talking about it or I could get in even more trouble and probably have my body experimented on." I tell the little ghost girl.

"I understand Darling. Nobody will learn your secrets from me." Stella promises.

"I believe you. Now however we need to go shopping, is it true you don't eat?" I ask, it makes me uncomfortable to eat in front of people if they don't have food.

"I don't need food, there are certain things I can eat though. I don't know what they are exactly." She admits putting a finger on her chin and tilting her head.

I pull out my communicator. Apparently the things she can eat are called soul fruits and spirit flowers, usually they grow in places where people died like graveyards. They are usually not sold as they don't have any effects on normal people or fighters, and people don't want to eat fruits made from dead people. Even then not many people even train ghosts.

"I'll see if I can find a couple of them and transplant them. We also need to get you some moves to train. So we will need to head to the fighters store." Another thing about ghost types was they were terrible at physical combat, their body didn't grow like a normal fighter which meant she could run for days and never increase in strength or stamina so physical training was out. They are solely elemental fighters.

Thier bodies however can become intangible, tangible and semi-tangible they can also become invisible. I'm pretty excited to test my new body out.

'Can I combine the two fighter bodies?'

[Incompatible elements, other elements required for a successful merging.]

Hmm? Is it because one body is alive and the other is dead or is it the ghost element itself? I have no idea and the matrix didn't answer when I asked.

"Well let me put up this fruit then we can head off to the store and get me and Amber our food before going to the Fighter store and looking for techniques." I tell the duo holding up the Lava Fruit.

"Yes master."

"Okay Darling~"

I put the lava fruit on the counter, before grabbing the girls and popping into the alley.

"So do you sleep?" I ask Stella curious to find out more about her.

"No sleep is needed but I can sleep if I want." She floats by my side as other people quickly move away from her.

"How about clothes, how does that work?"

"They are just there, I think about them and they can change." She says as her white dress changes to a black dress with frills. "Is there something you want me to wear darling? Or nothing..? ufufu." She giggles.

Do they have gothic style clothing in this world? I'll have to look into it. "I'll have to see what would look good on you later." I ignore the flirt for now as we arrive at the grocery store and I order me and Amber's food. Storing it in the trunk we head for the fighters store. My bank account is just dwindling more and more I'll have to probably get funds sooner than I thought.

"Do you carry any Ghost type techniques." I ask the assistant.

He warily looks at Stella who gives off a creepy smile her head tilted at an odd angle.

"I'll have to check the back sir, one moment." The man says fleeing towards the back.

He comes back carrying a bunch of techniques. "Just take them, they don't sell anyway." he says with a scared look over my shoulder.

Turning around I see Stella with her head turned around completely on her neck looking around the store. Her head does a 180 snapping back to look at us with a curious gaze.

"What?"

"Nothing." I chuckle. "Let's go before you give this poor man a heart attack." I tuck the books under my arms and head for the door.

I've seen far too many scary movies to be bothered by a cute ghost girl. Besides I've died before as well, we could bond over that in the future.

"Heheh."

"What are you laughing about master?" Amber asks.

"Ah just thinking about life." I chuckle once more before slipping slipping into an alley as I don't want our new groceries to get hot. Grabbing the girls we head back to the internal world to put up the groceries and drop off the manuals before heading back out once more.
