57. Legally obligated.

"So here we have the food court, people can order food from these little tablets, they just have to click on the picture then a slot will open in the table, they deposit the correct amount of money and the food will be delivered." I start off and press the button for a raspberry slushy and deposit 2 spirit coins into the slot on the table. A second later a drone flies out and delivers me my drink.

I give it a slurp before continuing. "In case of any customers getting violent the defense system will activate, the punishment for being stupid and causing problems in my shop is they will be stripped naked of all belongings, banned and thrown out. I have a strict rule that No Sacred Family members, No Dark Guild members, and if you want Ning'er No Winged Dragon family after all they did try to sell you to the Sacred Family scum." I pull out a key and put it in her hand and she stiffened. "That is a key to your own personal room if you don't wish to stay with them. Not even a legend rank could get past my defenses so no need to worry."

I pat her shoulder before directing them inside. "This is the shop, people can view the items on sale and place an order which will come here to the front. Before that they have to sign a soul binding contract stating they aren't working for or with the dark guild or the sacred family and won't sell or distribute good bought to them."

"You keep mentioning the sacred family with the dark guild. Why?" Ning'er asks.

"They are working together and are traitors to glory city." I say simply and Nie Li nods.

Ning'er is shocked. "Shouldn't we tell the city lord?" She asks.

"Ppft, like he would believe us without any proof." I snort. "Besides I'm not a member of glory city, im just helping because I can and want to."

That and I'm short on money.

"Anyway without the contract being signed no one can buy anything from the store. And if people cause problems, they are once more stripped and tossed out of my land. These are the rules." I state. "We also have numerous services such as selling proper cultivation techniques, which have a different contract. Selling potions and elixirs, selling Icha Icha copies, don't ask. All at reasonable prices."

In the distance I can see people hurrying over. "Ah our first customers the showing around will have to wait a few." I make my way towards the front counter and pull out a little sign that says stupid questions 1,000,000 demon spirit coins and set it right in front. Nie Li snorts as he caught sight of it.

A large burly man stops in front with several other with a frown.

"Before you start I must legally inform you that if you ask me stupid questions I will charge you 1,000,000 demon sport coins or the equivalent value and as a warning do you see that mountain over there?" I point towards a huge mountain in the distance.

A black sphere appears at the tip of my finger making the hair on the back of their necks stand up before firing off. There is a large explosion as the massive mountain in wiped off the face of the planet instantly.

"If you try to act tough if front of me, I don't care your backing, I'll fucking vaporize you. Now welcome to my shop how may I help you?" I offer a friendly smile as the group gulps while the duo behind me look shocked.

Ye Zong the city lord is horrified he had never seen power like that before. "Who are you?" He asks before he can stop himself.

"Stupid question 1. My name is Ryan." I answer with a grin. "I'll retrieve my funds later."

Ye Zongs mouth slaps closed.

He has to think about what to ask in front of this demon like figure so he isn't instantly killed or turned poor.

"Are you an enemy of glory city?" He asks after a second of thinking.

"Stupid question 2. If I was an enemy do you think you would still be alive? I can vaporize your entire city in an instant. Dumbass." I respond with a grin as Nie Lo snorts.

Ye Zong turns to him. "And who are you?" he asks angrily before his eyes widen and slaps his hand over he mouth.

"Stupid question 3. This is Nie Li and Xiao Ning'er my assistants I hired at the shop. Ah also the marriage between the scared family and the winged dragon family between Xiao Ning'er and whatever little shit stain the sacred family threw out is over." I state with a smile.

A different man puffs up. "How dare you! That's my son..." And he gets wrapped up by black tentacles and stripped of his belongings before being yeeted back to the city.

"No sacred family members allowed on my property." I say calmly as a spatial ring is dropped in my hand.

"Why?" Ye Zong asks before realizing what he did.

"Stupid question 4, profits are up today. Mainly because I don't like them, but secondly they work with the dark guild, I dont like them either." i say calmly.

The mans eyes widen in shock before becoming firm.

"I don't believe you." He says with a frown.

"Does it look like I fucking care? Are you going to buy anything else or are you going to get off my fucking property?" I ask with a smile.

The black tentacles look at the man who frowns.

"If so then you can look at what we have for sale on that right there just use your finger to scroll up and down and select what you want. All purchases are reinforced by a contract." I tell the man.

Frowning he picks up the tablet and starts looking through the items before his eyes widen in shock.
