Top-tier Kingdom

Arthur sat on his throne in the main hall and with hopeful eyes and nervous tone, he muttered.

"Upgrade."

As his voice faded, a golden light that only he could see expanded out of his body. The golden light swept over all of the island.

In the next moment, after the golden light had covered the Nightfall castle, the castle expanded at a rapid pace.

In just a dozen or so second, it grew to the size of a huge city.

At the place where the castle was located, now was huge royal palace. It was the new Nightfall Palace.

The outside of the palace was the newly formed city. It wasn't just any ordinary city but a top-tier city.

The Nightfall City.

Although it was given the title of a top-tier city. In reality, other top-tier cities were nothing more than trash in front of this majestic city.

The Nightfall Palace was located at the centre of the city. It was surrounded by ten meter high black walls.

The noble area surrounded the palace. Even the mansion of nobles were way better than the palaces of the royal families.

This just proved how terrifying Z was.

As for the population, it could contain about 10 million people with ease. The palace alone took an area of radius one kilometre. While the city took an area of radius twenty kilometres.

In the eastern part of the city were the residences of citizens. The quality of houses, even for low-class families, were too good to be true.

The western part of the city was the merchants territory. There were many shops ranging from small to large.

The biggest shop, which was also a nine-floored building, belonged to the royal palace.

In the southern part, there were barracks and residences for soldiers and guards. It could hold up to about few million guards and soldiers.

The northern part of the city only contained a single structure and nothing else. It came as a surprise to Arthur that it was nearly a barren land.

He started to doubt that something wasn't as simple as this building. Just as he was wondering, a few notifications popped up in his head.

Arthur quickly checked through the details of all the rewards and could he but smile ear to ear.

He just got what he really needed.

The first reward was the 500 summoning chances, which he had already expected so it didn't came as a surprise to him.

But the second reward was the best out of all. It was a library. The lone building in the northern part of the city just happens to be this so-called The Infinite Library.

It has a total of ten floors. Each floor contains different level of books.

Higher the floor, more precious the book.

The first floor contains different types of basic books.

The second floor contains different types of yellow-tier books.

The third floor contains different types of black-tier books.

The fourth floor contains different types of earth-tier books.

The fifth floor contains different types of heaven-tier books.

The sixth floor contains different types of immortal-tier books.

The seventh floor contains different types of epic-tier books.

The eighth floor contains different types of mythic-tier books.

The ninth floor contains different types of legendary-tier books.

The last floor, also the tenth floor contains ancient books. But for now, only cultivation techniques related to his summons and queens were present.

For instance, since Lisa became the queen of the kingdom, she received the Heavenly God Physique. As such, the tenth floor of The Infinite Library contained a cultivation technique called Heavenly God Technique.

Similarly, there were cultivation techniques for Luv, Lucy and others.

As for the last reward, although couldn't be compared to The Infinite Library, it could still give a bloody shock to Arthur.

In this cultivation world, some places has high spiritual energy while some has low.

It was due to two reasons.

The second reason was a natural incident. In some places, a natural spirit vein would be born overtime. This spirit veins not only increases the spiritual energy in the area but it also produces spirit stones.
