Dragon-Phoenix Spirit Vein, The Infinite Library

The spirit stones were the currency of the cultivation world.

But since the Rica island didn't have a spirit vein, there were no spirit stones.

Each and every place has a spirit vein, but since it is the most poor quality, it isn't ranked. Only those who provide a huge boost were ranked.

It was also for this reason that humans on Rica island were born with the worst aptitude for cultivation. Thus, they must first evolve their bodies in order to cultivate.

But this wouldn't be the case anymore.

With the Dragon-Phoenix Spirit Vein, the upcoming generations would already be born with good aptitudes. Also this was only when the Dragon-Phoenix Spirit Vein was in infant stage.

Even so, it could already produce spirit stones and the spiritual energy of the Rica island will increase by at least 100 times.

Arthur sat only the throne while asking Z to fuse the Dragon-Phoenix Spirit Vein with the Rica island.

In the next moment, a golden layer which only Arthur could see covered the entire Rica island.

It was at this moment that Arthur realised that his city was approximately in the centre of the island.

After the entire island was covered, the earth started trembling for few second. Everything went back to normal after that.

The legendary Dragon-Phoenix Spirit Vein had been birthed.

The spiritual energy started to increase at a rapid pace. A normal person might even feel this as the air grew heavy.

In just a second, the spiritual energy had increased by about 100 times.

Along with this increase countless people all over the island started having break throughs. It was expected though.

From now on, the upcoming generations wouldn't even have to evolve their bodies. If they had the aptitude, they could directly enter the Energy Sensing Realm.

Arthur even felt that he could break through in the next moment.

But he didn't do so for now. First, he wanted to checkout the library.

So he got out the palace and headed towards the library.

The Infinite Library was a tall tower like structure. It was unknown from which material it was made but one thing was sure, it would be near impossible to break it.

Arthur admired it for a bit and entire the first floor.

The first floor contained the basic knowledge about cultivation and many more. But it didn't contain any information about the outer world.

Luckily there were books regarding ships on most of the floors. There were even books about airships.

Also, there were books about alchemy, arrays, smiting and many more.

But for now, Arthur only looked through the books regarding the ships as it was the most important for now.

He searched through many books but he was disappointed at last. He realised that although many ship designs were good but there were just no materials to make them.

Since the Dragon-Phoenix Spirit Vein has just been fused, it would take time for the treasures to appear.

But that would at least take a year for the ships to be built.

So after thinking for sometime, Arthur came up with the idea of traveling to the outer world and see start conquering it.

He just needs to go there and summon other figures and armies.

As for this island, Lisa could handle it with ease.

Although she appeared cute, adorable and innocent, she was quite smart and calculative.

So he didn't need to worry about it.

He went back to the palace and told Lisa about his plan. Lisa didn't stop him but didn't forget to remind him to stay safe.

Thus he decided to break through and consolidate his foundation before heading out.

He went to his room to cultivate and it wasn't long before he broke through.

In Arthur's spiritual lake, a small tower like figure was coming into existence.

After it formed completely, new floors started to form. Before long, there were nine floors.

But Arthur felt that this wasn't his limit. So he tried something crazy.

He put his complete focus on the tower and an illusionary floor appeared above the ninth floor.

Arthur pushed his senses to max and the illusionary floor started to form. As time passed by, the tenth floor was formed.

Arthur slowly opened his eyes and smiled faintly.

He had broken the balance of the world by creating the Ten-floored Foundation.
