Hot Coffee

"Wow Hawaii?" asked Maria, over the phone, and I squealed.


"Yes, I know right? I had been subtly asking for a vacation for a while now, but I didn't expect that he's actually make time for it."


"Well, he has been working hard for months now, Mateo, is also old enough for you guys to leave him with his grandparents for a few days, so this is quite perfect. I have to hand it to him, for he aways knows what he's doing." she said, and I smiled, for he really always did know what he was doing, and that is one of the major reasons why his business has been thriving.


"I am just so excited, but also a bit intimated, for we leave on Wednesday, and that is only two days away, and I don't even know what I am going to be wearing, and I don't even have anything to wear."


"Well, he gave you his card didn't he?" she asked, and I nodded, but she couldn't see me so I just responded verbally.


"Yeah he did, but you know me. You know that I won't spend much."
