An unfortunate night changed her life completely. She can't forget that horrible incident she witnessed with her own eyes. 

Even if she can't forget ........ she can smile with all her heart as if nothing has happened. She sees the world as a flower garden through her eyes........people are blooming like flowers in that garden. 


Still, there was something empty in her life ........ But she never realized what that was. She fell in love with the person, who was as far away as the stars in the sky.

She couldn't reach the stars nor him ....... but he came to her like a shooting star.

Her emptiness and his distance ,,,,,they were nothing but excuses...........As if their fate was connected.....

THE LAST BLANK PAGE OF HER DIARY

He stood in the shower , eyes closed and water splashing his face; He stood there with the water splashing off the top of his head, soon the bathroom filled with steam, swirling around him and billowing over the top of the shower curtains.


'Why, why didn't she answer after I called her name so many times? I've been trying to reach her and yet.....!


All she does is come to my dreams and bother me, she said she needed help, then why?' he thought angrily, a blaze of anger flashed across his face.


After a while, he turned off the shower. Reaching for a towel, he noticed his cell phone was rapidly blinking. He stepped out of the bathroom.


His phone on silent mode, he received the call as soon as he came out of the bathroom.


"Hey! There's something you should know." the person on the other end of the phone said merrily.


"Ahem, we'll meet Nikki tomorrow, and it's final!" said  the person on the other end of the phone.


He didn't say anything, it was awkward. The person on the other line broke the silence and said,


"Ah-! And please don't be hard on her-!!"


"You don't have to advise me, seems like you have nothing important to say....Then, I'm hanging up, bye!" he said bitterly and hung up the phone.


"How did it go?" the person behind her asked sarcastically, he was laughing when he heard them talking weirdly, as though he found it funny.


"What are laughing at, you forced me to talk to him in the first place, now you're laughing? You're unfair!" she said wearily.


By the end of their conversation, she couldn't even say bye. She was upset by his unfriendly attitude.


"Oh, come on! Don't be sad, it's nothing new!" Serra said a with bright smile.


She was hearing their conversation, at first she was worried about his coming to the get together. To be sure, they asked Nora to talk to him.


"Whatever, where is Nikki? You could have brought her here!" Dylan uttered dejectedly.


"Umm, she's still in her classroom. The class is not over yet." Serra replied, she seemed happy for some reason.


Everyone was looking forward to the day, everyone was very excited to see Nikki after all there years.


On the other hand, Nikki was extremely nervous, it's her first day in college. Her  worries were written all over her face. She could barely concentrate on anything.
