"I have one more sir." Abjul offered with a grim smile since he knew this proposal would garner a strong and argumentative debate from all of the Congressmen. 

  When he received acknowledgement from Speaker Nasir he continued, "Honored Congressmen, I would like to propose that we undo an action taken by my father Harmon and my grandfather Anton back before I was born. And that action is to restart Altinyn's school system along with a couple of fundamental changes that I believe will make it one of the most premiere school systems in the world today."
