Congressman Jamar eagerly interjected, "I would like to propose that, since we have been having so much trouble up until the last few weeks meeting our budgetary needs and thus paying our employees their full pay, that we mandate that any staff, any new positions, and any new departments our new king or queen hires should be paid straight out of that ruler's personal funds! That way we KNOW that they won't be needlessly wasting Altinyn's limited supply of scales and, if they do, they will only be wasting their own money instead of bankrupting the entire kingdom for some minor whim they might have!"
