Dante POV:
The sound of footsteps filled my ears opening my eyes I saw the princess covering the fire with sand and making her way to pack her blanket away. Groaning I sat up, "Morning Princess."
Looking up at the princess, she smiled in response as I watched her walk over to the horses and rub their heads. They seemed to have some sort of understanding.
Taking a deep breath I got up, the sun barely awake as we got ready to carry on to our next destination. Placing the saddles on the horses, the princess made sure we had everything. Filling our bottles I patiently waited for her to return. "The water here tastes really good, and I've checked everything, we're good to go." Nodding my head we both led our horses into the forest.
The thick vegetation made it quite difficult for the sun's rays to shine through which I thought would be an advantage, finding the right path made the terrain easier to cover.
