Goodbye, Saiken

After a 3 day trip, the four finally arrive in the Land of Iron and are nearing Musashi's Palace nearby where the 5 Kage Summit is held. As Musashi's Palace comes into view, they begin running swiftly toward it, Namaru and Chino leaving Misako and Osawa in the dust. Once they all arrive at the Palace, they all dart up the stairs and burst through the door to find Musashi meditating with his back turned to them. "I've been expecting you...Ninja," Musashi says as he turns around, jumping to his feet, and drawing his blade. He lunges at Misako, his blade out in front of him, but is intercepted by Namaru. Namaru shoves him backward and he has to regain his balance. "Let's end this already Musashi. If you're anywhere near as weak as that right hand of yours, this will be a breeze." Musashi laughs hysterically. "You really think that I would be as weak as that PAWN?? HAHAHAHAHA!!" As he's about to take another fighting stance, Misako jumps up from out of nowhere and activates her Kekkei Genkai, Scorch Release.

3 small orbs of fire begin to orbit around her, and she launches them at Musashi, one by one, while slowly walking toward him. He just smirks and slices right through them with ease before burrowing toward Misako, but is stopped in his tracks by a dense material. Musashi looks to see that it is Sand, and Namaru was at the reigns, controlling it. Namaru lifts his right hand, and Musashi is immediately shrouded in sand, the only part of him revealed being his head. Namaru slowly begins closing his hand into a fist, and the sand begins to weigh down on Musashi, but eventually stops. Namaru tries closing his hand more, but nothing happens in the sand. Namaru releases the sand to find Musashi in an entire suit of steel from his neck down. This was the doing of Musashi's Steel Release.

"Fine. Since I can't crush you..." Namaru weaves a few hand seals "...Fire Style: Grand Fireball Jutsu." A giant fireball flies toward Musashi, and he smiles widely as he slices right through it, but as soon as the debris cleared, both Namaru and Chino were gone. He, then hears screaming from both his right and left sides, to see Namaru and Chino both charging him with a Rasengan each. Musashi easily dodges by jumping forward, and while doing so, took a slash at a nearby Misako, slashing her right across the throat. Both Namaru and Chino cancel their Rasengan, and rotate just in time to bounce off of each other's feet. When they land, they look over to see Osawa weeping over a dead Misako. Suddenly, a change in the wind is felt as Osawa stands up and turns to Musashi. Osawa darts at Musashi in blind rage and begins attacking him. He goes toe to toe with Musashi for a while, which gave Namaru and Chino the chance to both get a jutsu ready. As Musashi takes the killing swing at Osawa, Chino releases a Grand Blue Fireball Jutsu, which Namaru coats in Amaterasu as it flies toward Musashi and hits him right on target.

Once the smoke clears Musashi is still standing, but looks furious. "I really over estimated you Shinobi. Time to go all out and finish this." Before Namaru and Chino and blink, they're both being kicked into a wall at high speeds. It's at this point they realize this won't be an easy fight, and Chino activates his Mangekyou while Namaru activates his Eternal Mangekyou in his left, and shuffles his right eye into the Rinnegan since he can't use his other Eternal Mangekyou yet. They both turn and nod at each other before activating their Susanoo, breaking through the roof of the building. Musashi simply jumps into the air and dispatches both Susanoo with a single slash for Chino's Armored Susanoo, and 2 for Namaru's Full Body Susanoo which he also infused with Toad Sage Chakra.

After their Susanoo failed, they both switched to a different means of attacking him, and both activate their Tailed Beast Link Mode, and fly at Musashi at blinding speeds, but Musashi miraculously dodges, and hits them both in the gut on their way by, causing them both to fall to the ground. They quickly get back up, but this time attack separately, so Chino can distract him while Namaru charges a Tailed Beast Ball. Musashi turns around just in time to get nailed in the face by a Tailed Beast Ball from Namaru and Saiken (Namaru-ken), which destroys the rest of the palace. Musashi slowly gets up and dashes at Namaru and slices his right arm open just to get hit by Chino and Matatabi (Chino-tabi) from the side. Musashi decides to launch his chakra blade at them, and it's a direct hit. He starts laughing, but quickly stops when Namaru and Chino stand up in 6 Paths Sage Mode (As they are descendants of Indra (Namaru) and Ashura (Chino)).

Musashi darts at them, but they quickly take flight and both launch a truth seeking orb at Musashi, damaging him, while only slightly. He launches a chakra blade upward as soon as he lands, not giving Namaru and Chino enough time to react, the they both get hit, and knocked out of the sky. They land on their feet, and charge Musashi again, who easily shakes them off like they were nothing, incapacitates Chino, and starts beating on Namaru, with no signs of letting up. Just as Namaru is nearly beaten senseless, Saiken starts talking to him. "There's a way we can win, but you won't like it." At this point Namaru is willing to try anything so he asks, "What is that?" Saiken sighs, "Baryon."

"Absolutely not, Saiken. I am not going to lose you. Not now, not ever."

"It's our only chance at survival. We have no choice."

"Fine. If it'll help restore the ninja world, let's do it."

As Musashi is still beating Namaru to a pulp, a surge of power begins welling up inside of Namaru and explodes outward, knocking Musashi back, and onto the ground. When Musashi gets up, he sees Namaru in a mode he's never seen before. Before Musashi can even attempt to react, Namaru dashes across the ground breaking up the rocks beneath his feet in the process, and slams into Musashi. Namaru uses this opportunity to change the tide of this battle, and continues to chase down Musashi's flying body and hit him again and again and again, until Baryon was nearly gone. By this point, Chino has recovered, so Namaru tells him to distract him while he prepares a final attack, and flies up onto a nearby rock formation.

As Chino distracts Musashi, very poorly, I might add, Namaru is preparing his last and ultimate attack with Saiken. Namaru sprouts an extra set of Chakra arms and forms 4 separate Rasenshuriken; one made from Acid, one made from Purple Lightning, one made from Gale Wind, and one made from Amaterasu. He then combines them into one giant 4-way Rasenshuriken, and flies down at Musashi at sonic speeds, while screaming at Chino, telling him to move. Musashi doesn't see Namaru until he's right on top of him. At the last second, Namaru swallows the 4-Way Rasenshuriken, combines it with Saiken's remaining Chakra and fires it like a Tailed Beast Ball out of his mouth, full force, at Musashi, causing a massive explosion, and a crater that swallows nearly half of the land of Iron.

As soon a Namaru lands down in the crater, Baryon runs out, and Namaru collapses. Musashi, however can still stand, and dashes at Namaru, sword drawn, to finish him off, but right at the last second, Namaru looks up to see Musashi completely disappear. Namaru looks to see Chino finally found the time to use his Pseudo Kamui. Chino helps Namaru up and Namaru asks, "So what's gonna happen to him?" Chino just chuckles and says, "That pocket dimension is filled to the brim with Amaterasu. That is where he will die, being burned by eternal Black Flames. My question is, what was that mode?" A tear rolls down Namaru's face. "It's known as Baryon. It uses every last bit of energy the Tailed Beast has left, and in the end...completely kills it...Saiken is dead." Namaru starts weeping uncontrollably, and Chino tries to comfort him, but Namaru shakes him off. "A hug won't bring him back."

With these words, Namaru completely disappears seemingly into thin air. Chino can't even see him with his Sharingan. Truth be told, during that fight, Namaru awakened his Rinne-Sharingan, and simply swapped places with something in the Leaf Village; a single pebble. Once back in the Village, Namaru told them who he was, and of course, they all shunned him, but knew they needed a Hokage, so Namaru reassumed his old role, although he would never gain any respect from the citizens of the village except for those training under his Shadow Clone in the Mountain Base. As for Chino, he traveled to a nearby land, the Land of Ice, set up a cabin and training area, and now that's there he lives.
