3rd POV

Farahain greeted them first while the other two glanced at each other before they greeted her back. There was abruptly full of people so Farahain brought them to the side of the hallway. There was also brought a halt time after the greeting as they felt awkward meeting outside the school for the first time. Farahain initiated a conversation nicely and politely which was bizarre for Nurul yet listened anyhow. The essential talk began.

"I-um... I'm sorry" Farahain hesitated and murmured sorry in an almost inaudible sound with a sad front.

'What's wrong with her? So sudden?' Nurul thought and heard the sorry while doubly looked at her.

"...For what I have done to you before this" Farahain added in an inaudible sound.

"What did you say? Wait, I think we should talk outside. I can't hear what you said just now with crowded people here" She said and turned to Dee with broad eyes as a sign to follow her.

"Nurul, I will wait at the Baked Famlys Cafe, okay?" Dee interrupted as she not wanting to hear their conversation anymore. It was their privacy.

"I-Okay, see you" She replied and felt defeated as her best friend did not perceive the sign.

"Bye, Farahain" Dee bid goodbye and tapped her shoulders twice to soothe her nervous system as well as shortly walked away.

Nurul gazed at Dee till she disappeared and reluctantly spoke to Farahain to tread outside together. Farahain replied yes then they started walking side by side. No words were uttered along the way to the entrance door. Neither her nor the bully classmate. It was one of the awkward days in her life she does not want to encounter again in the future. Once arrived, Farahain immediately carried on what she had missed earlier.

"I'm sorry for what I have done to you before" Farahain said while bowing. She was surprised and at the same time, incredulity either it was real or just a prank. Confusion could be seen on her countenance.

"I know it's hard to forgive me... but I filled with remorse and shame. After I had known the truth" Farahain told and started to tell her from the start.

"I... I don't know" She uncertainly replied.

"Amanina is sick since... 6 months ago" Farahain sadly spoke. To her dismay, Farahain slightly quivering.

"Are you okay?" She anxiously asked and grasped her right arm.

"I-I'm okay. T-thank you" Farahain stammered.

"Um... let's sit there" She searched for a bench and found one close to them just about at the corner of the mall as well as showed it to her.

"O-okay" Farahain acceded while she bringing her there and loosen her arm.

"So... what happened to Amanina?" She queried.

"She's not like she used to be. She looks like... someone new" Farahain told with a frown on her front.

"Someone new?" She questioned and furrowed her brows.

"She didn't admit I was her best friend" Farahain answered with a disappoint tone.

"What?" She whispered in disbelief.

"She had changed and I don't visit her anymore since then" Farahain said.

"Oh, how was she the last time you met her?" She curiously questioned.

"She was out of her mind when I approach or get close to her. She acted like a madwoman and screamed at me to get out of her room" Farahain replied.

"O-oh... that bad?" She made an o 'shape' mouth and gasped.

"Yeah, she talks with herself the moment I came into her room. And she was like... being alone like... argh, I don't know how to explain" Farahain nodded and told further.

"Really???" She flinched and was shocked as Amanina had gone such things.

"Yup, I never thought she would do this to me. Throw me away like I'm nothing even I always support her and follow her instructions" Farahain bowed and facepalmed in sorrow.

Both of them were worried about Amanina's state. Nurul sympathized with her as she has been kind to her as she even made and gave her varied food. She then asked if she could get Amanina's address and told Farahain to send it thru her social media. They exchanged usernames and followed and added each other on social media.

Nurul stated she forgave her as she recollected her mother's advice to let bygones be bygones. Humans are not perfect. Allah will punish them for their sins nonetheless. Let down your ego before it devours you. Those three were what her mother said. They bid goodbye not long after as Farahain was rushing to go back home as her mother called her earlier before their meeting.

Badri pulled Aifaa till they reached outside and moved to the parking lot. No one was there and it was a perfect place for her to yell at him. They stopped and started talking as Badri wants to talk with her about their relationship. Yet Badri initiated the colloquy.

"Aifaa, I have something to tell you" He seriously told while gazing at her.

"No, I don't wanna hear it" She answered nonchalantly.

"I'm begging you, please" He pleaded as his chances were broken down before.

"Nay, I'm busy and tired of your manners" She simply replied. Not wanting to treat him any longer.

"That's already past, Aifaa" He gritted his teeth. The aura among them became dark.

"Pardon, my mother called me just now" She gave excuses to escape from him yet got no alternative.

"Aif-" He was interrupted as she suddenly continue.

"I'm busy. Could you please, excuse me" She cuts him off and was persistent to shoot through.

'Just please! Aargh! Why do I meet him here as well?' She thought while thinking of excuses to say to him next. Yet no ideas came out. 'Think! Think! No!!! What's wrong with my brain today?!! It was fine minutes ago but now I have nothing!'

She was worn out every time she has to serve him nicely cause she knew he will bully her eventually. They were quarrelling for almost a quarter of minutes but Badri relinquished at the moment. As he got something to tell, he gently ordered her to get into his car because the sunlight was bright and gleamed to their mugs. She hates him yet did what he told.

He felt hot and a bit sweaty and nearly got sunburn on his good-looking face to boot. In the meantime, he held his head as it somehow burning. Sh*t, it had been grilled like a sausage. He then entered his car and sat on the driver's seat while Aifaa sat next to him. She looked everywhere but him.

"Ugh! What again?" She was annoyed with his movement as he abruptly pulled her hem twice to get her attention but she did not given him a glimpse.

"It's essential so please let me explain first" He pleaded replied while staring at her and halted from pulling her.

"Tsk. What? Explain? I don't have to waste my time with your explanation" She scoffed and wanted to run but her anatomy did not move an inch like it has its brain.

'Why I can't even move my bum? Oh, please no. Why is it hard to resist him this time?' She thought.

"I'm serious. It's important and not like what you think" He sternly uttered and seemed to acknowledge her thoughts.

"Whatever BULLY! Better be quick before I get out of here any moment" She said and made a 'talk faster before I kill you' countenance after composing herself.

"Okay, relax sweetheart. I will" He playfully told as he thought she already cooled down.

"D*mn! Quick!" His attitude made her fuming in anger once again thus the rotten language slipped from her mouth and instantaneous snapped.

"O-okay okay, sorry. I-i'm so sorry. I-i like you actually" He stuttered in fright and hurriedly made a confession.

"Is this a prank? It's not funny, okay" She simply said with a scowl on her mug.

"I love you, Aifaa. Ever since the moment you kicked my middle and I just realised after I returned home. No poppycock, I swear" He sincerely explained.

"What the??! This is bullsh*t! You are totally absurd!" She was livid. It was impossible. She did not believe such things could make a person easily fall for someone. Nay. Just. Like. That. Cr*p. I'm out!

"F*ck! It's the reality that I confessed to you just now! Just accept the fact already!" He has had enough of her the moment she moved and jerk the handle. A thud sound went noticed by her. Therefore, she rapidly craned.

"Open it! Before I-" She shouted in consequence of the locked doors while clenching the handle.

"Grr!" He let out a grumpy and heavy sigh and unlocked the doors. Set her free. In despair.

"D*mmit! D*mmit! D*mmit! It's not working! Why it's so hard to convince her?!! I don't know getting a girl's heart will be this bitch!" He uttered profanity words continuously until he was exhausted while smacking both palms to the steering.
