Twin brothers starting their secondary school education.

Maggy and sandy planned how they will seek opportunities for their sons in the day schools, it was Monday the day from one were reporting to the secondary school, Maggy prepared herself to go to Kisumu day secondary school he took the Mango high school admission letter with her in case the principal asked she will hand over, at the gate, there are students already at the gate waiting to be ushered in by the guard.

"You are a parent go to the principal's office," The guard said as he directed Maggy.

Maggy walked to the principal's office and sat on the bench to wait for the principal, suddenly he saw a red saloon car entering the school compound and drove into the principal's office Maggy saw a tall man with a black suit approaching the principal's.

"Good morning I see you are a visitor how can I help you?" Principal said.

"I came to seek an admission for my son David," Maggy said.

"Okay please follow me inside my office," the Principal said.

Maggy entered the office.

"Please have a seat please" Maggy sat.

"My name is Mr. Wandeo" the Principal said

"How can I help you?" Wander said.

"I need my son to be admitted here," Maggy said.

"Sorry madam it's full already all the students reported," Wander said.

"Please sir I came to transfer here recently from Kericho town I am new here please help" Maggy pegged him.

"Okay how many marks did he score don't tell me it's below two hundred and fifty marks" Wander said.

"Its three hundred and fifty Marks," Maggy said.

Wander was shocked.

"That is national school material what happened" Wander said.

"I need him beside me for me to be monitoring," Maggy said.

Then let him report tomorrow, I need him here please don't change your mind and take him to mango high school" The principal said.

Maggy was very happy the principal printed the letter for David for her to know all the requirements needed at the school, Wander handed over the letter to her Maggy rushed back home to meet David to prepare to report to school the following day.

Sandy on the other side of Nakuru city had to figure out how to find a day school for Robin, Robin was busy riding a bicycle in the compound, Sandy sat and thought carefully.

"How about Nakuru day secondary school?/She asked herself.

"Robin!" She called.

Robin came in.

"Which day school are you interested in I want to go tomorrow and inquire if I cancer enrollment letter for you," Sandy said.

"Please, Nakuru day secondary is the best I need that day school, and it's new,r," Robin said.

"I hope they will consider you," Sandy said.

"Don't worry the marks will make me be in that school provided you give a genuine reason why I should not report at Mango high school" Robin said.

"Sandy was happy to hear that, the following day early in the morning he went to Nakuru day secondary school it was a walking distance from Nakuru hospital, she came across a guard at the gate.

"How can I help you madam" Guard asked.

"I need the principal's office," Sandy asked.

Go straight to where those people are seated on the bench that the principal's office" Guard said.

Sandy hurried to where other parents were seated she got a space on the bench she sat.

"My name is Sammy I came to seek admission for my child," Sammy said

"My name is Sandy I have the same case just like you am seeking for a vacancy too," Sandy said.

"Is the principal around I hope he is around because I need to know the fate of my child if he is not going to be admitted here I go to a different day school" Sandy said.

"If your child has reasonable marks, without doubt, he is going to be admitted you don't have to worry" Sammy replied.

Sandy smiled on hearing that Sammy reckoned that her son might be having high marks.

The parent came out of the principal's office Sammy entered Sandy moved she was the next after Sammy.

Sammy delayed for a moment Sandy looked around the school it was a very nice school with black uniforms and beautiful flowers lawn with many students, Sammy came out of the office smiling having a paper on his hand that meant he was successful, Sandy entered the office quit nervous and sat principal looked at her.

"How can I help you?" Principal asked.

"I am seeking a vacancy for my boy," the Principal said.

"What is your name," Principal asked.

"My name is Sandy" Sandy responded.

"I am Mr. Remy the school principal" Remy responded.

"For your child to be admitted I'm this school he or she must be disciplined and have reasonable marks," Remy said.

"Concerning marks or discipline he has three hundred and fifty marks out of four hundred" Sandy responded.

"He should have joined the national school what happened," Remy asked.

"He is my only son I have no other child he is the only one child prodigal son" Sandy reiterated.

"OK, why can't you just let him go since the school is well equipped than day school," Remy said.

"I need my child beside me I know in this school he will pass we have able teachers here," Sandy said.

"It's okay provided that you have fully discussed with him and he has accepted" Remy the principal said.

The principal removed the admission meter write the name of Robin and handed it over to sandy,

"Thank you, sir I am glad that my boy has got the admission I'm this school," Sandy said

Sandy held the letter and went back home to give information to Robin

Maggy prepared to take David to school she went to buy all the school requirements as written in the admission letter and went back to the house to pick David to Kisumu day second school David had already put on the uniform ready to go to the school.

"Mum ain't we already late it's eleven o'clock?" David asked.

Maggy was amused by what David said.

"No, on reporting day you report to school at any time within working hours" Maggy responded.

Maggy hired a motorcycle to take them to the school, Sammy and his child was already at the gate waiting to sign visitors book the gate to be allowed to enter the school compound.

"Sammy you are already here with your daughter," Maggy said.

"Yes I made sure that my child should be here before going back to work," Sammy said.

"What is the name of your daughter? Maggy asked.

"Her name is Silva," Sammy said.

"How about your boy?" Sammy asked.

"His name is David" Maggy responded

David and Silvia look at each other they are strangers from different parts of the world, they came to fight ignorance in the same secondary school, David saw Silva as a beautiful short lady she admired.

"I think she can make a good friend now Robin is nowhere to be seen," David said to himself.

Mr. Wandeo drove into the school compound with his red car.

"Here is the principal" Sandy said.

"He is late today I think he was held somewhere it's already noon," Sammy said.

The principal parked his car and came to his office.

"Hallow everyone" The principal greeted

"We are fine" Sammy and Sandy responded.

"I am sorry today, I was held in a school head meeting that is why I am a bit late," Mr. Wandeo said.

He entered his office his secretary came.

"One of you to get in," the Secretary said.

Sammy got in with his daughter Silvia since he was the first to report to the school.

"I want you to be friends with Silvia I see she is a bright girl" Maggy advised him.

"Okay, mum I will try my best to find good friends that are not going to misguide me," David said.

Sammy came out of the office the secretary, took Silvia to class as Maggy and David entered the principal's office.

"David is that you my son," Mr wander said.

David was very surprised when he heard the word son he felt wonderful and also at home David smiled

"I thank you you chose to come to our school, Kisumu day secondary school instead of going to the national school Mango," the Principal said.

"I will be personally going to make sure you go to the best university be it in Kenya or abroad," Wander said boldly.

"I would like your son to be guided to the class as we finalize his admission," The principal said.

The secretary came and guided David into the class reaching the classroom the other students clapped for David as he was welcomed into the new class.

"Here is your chair and a locker to store your books I hope you have your bad lock to lock your locker so that your books could not disappear," Secretary said.

The secretary went back to the office as classmates came and shake hands with David Silvia smiled.
