Dalla's P.O.V
"Why would he shoot her? He just gave away that he was the killer all along." I say to Cameron who was laughing at my anger over the movie we were watching. It is a mystery movie. The detective working on the case found the suspect who so happens to be the serial killer. The serial killer then kills the Detective who'd already told her partner that if she was to go missing, it's the suspect who's the serial killer. The serial killer confessed to the detective before killing her but he didn't know that the detective was on a call with her partner and he recorded everything. It infuriated me. If he didn't kill her he'd been able to escape to another country and maybe continue on his spree. Which now that I thought of it, made me seem bad.
"There is still twenty minutes left in the movie we haven't seen the outcome yet." Cameron says still laughing.
"I don't need to see the ending I can already tell how the story in going to end. The serial killer is going to get caught once and for all." I say with a huff. It was clear to see. The detective's partner had the evidence of serial killer confessing. There's no way he's not going to jail. Cameron persuades me to stay and watch till the end and I do. The ending caught me off guard though. Instead of giving the evidence to the police so the serial killer can be locked up, the detective's partner decides to confront the killer alone. Like I mean who does that? He ends up being killed and all the evidence destroyed allowing the serial killer to go free and continue his rampage on the world.
"What was the name of the movie. I want to remember it so I don't ever watch it again." I say when to credits roll.
"Serial Killer." Cameron says as he looks at the name and I look at him agape.
"Really that's the name of the movie?" I say getting up to go wash the plates. I'd put the syrup back in the fridge a long time ago seeing as we were finished with it.
"What time is it?" Cameron asks and I look at the kitchen clock.
"Eleven thirty-seven." I say walking back out to the couch.
"We've got to be ready to leave by two to set up at the venue." He says getting up and stretching causing his shirt to rise up. I take a peek at the abs underneath almost drooling. Almost.
"Actually we have to leave by one because by time we get there it will be already two." I say looking at my phone schedule for the band. "See you in an hour and a few then." He says, walking over to the door. I say a small bye. I walk over to my bed and sink down into it. I hadn't even realized when my headache passed but it did. It was up to debate whether it was Cameron and his company that eased it or the advil I'd taken. Whatever it was I was grateful to them.

I exited my hotel room to see Sherry doing the same. She looks over to me after hearing my door shut.
"How are you feeling?" She asks looking me over. I tell her I'm fine and proceed to walk to the elevator with her. I assumed the others were already downstairs waiting for us. I was right. I tied my hoodie around my waist and fixed my red shirt. I pulled my phone out of my jeans pocket and checked the time walking towards the waiting bus. I got in and rested my bag in the seat next to me. Then made sure everyone had their instruments and other equipment. The bus ride took longer than expected because of traffic lasting about forty minutes. I got out the bus after the others and helped anyway I could offloading the equipment. By the time we were finished setting up and double checking everything it was a quarter to four. I watched as everyone took their places to do rehearsals. I stood watching when someone taps me on the shoulder. It was with a cooler, ice and bottled water. I smiled and thanked him as i began to open the ice and filled the cooler with it. With help from the security I loaded a few bottles of water and then took my place to watch the band rehearse. Cameron hits his drumsticks to count then they began to play. Sherry starts to sing and soon Lia, Trish, Avery, harmonizing with her. It sounded truly beautiful. I'm sure tonight we'll touch the hearts of people. I took glances at Cameron watching his muscles flex as he hits the drum. A small smile crept up to my lips and I probably looked creepy. As I observed him more it looked like something was off with him. After watching him at church I'd grown accustomed to his play style and this one wasn't it. Normally he'd be acting as if he's showing off but now it looked like he was being careful. His breathing was different and his foot shook as he hit the bass drum. Now that i looked at the others they didn't look so good either. When the song was finished i walked onto the stage causing them not to try out the other song.
"Are you guys okay?" I ask looking at them carefully. They all looked down to the floor.
"Although we've played for big audiences before this is another scale." Sherry says speaking for everyone. I nod in understanding. I couldn't tell you how it felt to be playing with the pressure of making a mistake. When I was in my school choir my director made so much work on trying to learn the words of the song and then she'd teach us how to harmonize with each other. Remembering the words and then how to harmonize with the altos and tenors was hard. With my vocal range being in all three, tenor, alto and soprano I got confused and would sing all of them messing up everyone in the section I was in.
"If so many people in our own country loved our music I have no doubt the people in America will." I say with a smile. Some of them still had skeptical faces but I could tell their determination had risen and at that they started playing again.
