08: Trio.

Perseus dashed forward as his fist began to lit up brightly.

'Morning star' said Perseus inside his head, he punched his left hand towards Victor.

Victor block the punch with the both of his forearms. 't-this punch is quite heavy!' thought Victor, Surprised.

Perseus retracted his hand quickly and cast a right spinning hook kick towards Victor's left side of the face.

Victor who had just recovered from the shock was surprised and was hit flawlessly as he was thrown 2 meters back, such a thing happened in just a small amount of time.

The crowd felt their jaws loosen as they can't believe on whats happening, their boss was sent flying just by a kick! They knew how strong their boss are as they saw him destroyed another 'Family', who tried to rob him, in a single day all by himself.

But infront of this teenage boy he was like a kid getting beaten up by his father. The crowd began to panic as one of them shouted, "Men what are you all standing there for? Help your boss!!"

Adam who was behind started to react as well he raised his hammer and dashed towards the crowd of people as he then cast a skill.

'Hammering the Earth!'

His hammer which was 1 meter wide became two times bigger, he then striked dowawards with full of his energy and brute strength towards the enemies rushing.

Boom!!

A massive shockwave flew out towards the people and was thrown several meters away, the people who was hit was now flatten into the earth, their organs was littered everywhere.

Victor immediately stood up as he glared at Perseus furiously, he felt humiliated, he wiped the blood on the corner of his mouth with his hand and said coldly, "Well you surprised me there brat but i wont let you hit another more."

Perseus looked at him as if he was staring to an idiot. How arrogant, is this what happens to people after the parasite incident? He began to wonder if those parasites could affect human emotion he briefly forgot what was happening outside.

Victor noticed that Perseus was ignoring him and seem to not care about him, which made him furious, he then dashed at him at speed quicker than anyone. His right hand started to morphed and turned into a sword as he swing it towards Perseus.

Perseus held Victor's wrist tightly and cast an uppercut punch at him.

Uhkk-!

'this kid is strong that punch almost knocked me out!' thought Victor as he staggered backwards. Blood could be seen on the corner of his mouth.

'Incinerate'

Perseus pointed his index finger towards Victor as a ball of fire appeared and became bigger as a water melon as he then shoot it forward.

'Shit!'

Victor jump to the side and evaded the attack, the ball of flame then hit the people who was at the back of victor. Horrible shrieks could be heard as they continue to burn into ashes.

Victor gritted his teeth, his face was ugly due to his anger, he morphed his hands into a pistol and pointed it towards Perseus and shoots him.

Bang! bang! bang!

Three consecutive gun shots was heard as the bullet arrived infront of Perseus.

Perseus didn't expect that there was such a skill and was caught off guard. He dodged the bullets but his right shoulder was hit, another bullet graze onto his cheek as blood then trickled out from the wound.

'that was careless of me if i was a bit slower then.....' Perseus took a cold breath as he didn't try to think the outcome, he then started to become serious as the skill of his opponent seems to be not that simple.

On a tree far away from the battle area there was a girl wearing a hood she was standing on a trunk of the tree and observing the battle using a binoculars.

"Interesting..." Said the girl standing on the tree.

"Oi Alexis are there any beasts nearby?" Shouted a man wearing a cap from the ground.

"No, but there seems to be a battle occuring from the distant north!" The girl named Alexis who was standing on the trunnk of the tree replied with a bewitching smile on her face.

"Oh? Then let's go and check it out." A teenage boy who looked cheerful said as excitement filled his eyes.

"How many of them?" Asked the man wearing a cap.

"Their number seems to be on a hundred they're surrounding a house and two people is fighting from that house!" Replied Alexis with a slight frown.

"Ohh so it's a 'Family' then!" Replied the teenage boy and added, "wait, they were only two!? And they're fighting that huge group all by themselves!?" He shouted in disbelief.

"Well they might need our help let's go!" Shouted the man wearing a cap.

"Ohh!! Shouted the two as they dashed towards the north.

"Perseus!" Shouted Asam as he looked at Perseus who was bleeding.

"Dont worry about me!" Shouted Perseus calmly which surprised Adam and Victor. Even though he was wounded he still looked calm as if there's nothing wrong, this made Victor a little bit nervous.

'I need to finish this quickly or I'll lose alot of blood.' Perseus thought calmly. Although they can heal it's not like they'll heal instantly it depends on the wound and how much damage it cause.

The rithium in their body only enhance them and boost their body to a super human level as well as the way they heal. Some could even take weeks or months just to heal a lost leg.

Perseus opened his left hand and a blacka nd white aura started to appear and became thicker.

'Shit his using another skill!' thought Victor he pointed his gun but no bullets were coming out. His skill is to morphh every part of his body into anything but it is limited, like the gun its bullet were created from his bones and rithium and as he continue to use this he'll become weak, if you don't have enough rithium then you can't cast the skill as the rithium controls the flow of his body.

Perseus was slowly closing his hand, he was trying to compress the balck and white aura to gain more power. A second later his left hand were now closed and a black and white aura was leaking out from it.

'Eclipse!'

He then ponted his finger and all the black and white energy which was compressed flowed into his index finger. A small black and white ball the size of a finger nail was forming in his index finger.

"Bastards come here and protect me!" Shouted Victor furiously he was panicking as he cant move due to the backlash of the skill he had used. His bones were now weak, if tried to stands up he'll just worsen it and delays the recovery. He was expecting that the skill would not reach him if a bunch of his underlings stands infront of him.

"Fucking coward! Rapid Hammering!" Shouted Adam as his speed and strength was boosted. He starts to squash all the enemy that was running to depend Victor.

Infront of Victor were a 15-25 people trying to protect him. Most of them were forced as they were threatened to kill all their lived ones. But then something clicked inside their heads. If he dies doesn't that mean their free?

When the people infront of him realized this they then ran away from the area there was only 4 people left.

Victor looked pale as he saw the black and white coming straight to him.

Biumm!

Perseus fired the 'Eclipse' and was thrown away due to the recoil of the skill. Victor was hit aling with his men, but after the skill hit them it still continued to pierced forward. Trees and dirt were obliterated, random beast couldn't escape nor saw the black and white light coming.

The remaining members started to flew away. But the two semmed to not care Adam run towards Perseus who was sitting on the side of the tree looking pale.

it was finally over, dead bodies and organs littered everywhere as blood stained the grass red. The area was filled with the scent of blood, if a normal person was in here he would immediately throw up.

He helped him to get up and let Perseus lean on his side to help him balance himself. they then started to walk towards the house, but at that moment they heard a voice.

"Were late!" Said a man with a cap who was walking out of the trees along with the two at the back.

There was a short teen age boy who had short curly hair he seemed smart and mature. He wears glasses and a back pack on his back, he looked innocent and cute as he smile at them.

On the other side was a slim girl with an alluring curves that even her hoodie can't hide. She had a delicate skin and pair of sparkling eyes as her hair falls down to her melon like chest. She wave at the two of them which made Adam blushed.

The man with a cap wears a plain white t-shirt along with his black pants which contrasted with his tall physique. He looked simple which made him looked attractive.

Perseus stared at them warily and asked, "Who are you?"

"U-uhh we didn't come here with ill intent. We come to help but it seems like we're too late for that. B-by the way my name is Jude Myron." Said the man with a cap as he then introduced himself.

"Hiii I'm Kyle Agatha, nice to meet you!" Said thw teenage boy named Kyle as he smiled.

'too bright! That smile is too bright it's blinding me!' thought Adam while Perseus looked at them indifferently.

"I am Alexis Aegeus, nice to meet you." Said Alexis as she smiled beautifully.

Thump! thump!

"A goddess!" Said Adam as he looked at Alexis with a sparkling eyes. Perseus looked at Adam in disdain.

"My name is Adam Bric nice to meet you all too please do help us out to clean this field!" Said Adam while smiling and look at Perseus and said, "Oi you too!"

"We dont even know if they're good or a scum like those guys, you trust them too quickly." Perseus said cooly.

"But they said they've come here with no I'll intent they even want to help us?" Refuted Adam.

"So what? What will they do after they've helped us? What if they request something in exchang and forced us to give it to them? Are you disregarding their bad intentions due to their appearance? We don't even know their real motive!" Said Perseus who's starting to get annoyed. He narrowed his eyes and looked at the three which made them tensed.

Adam opened his mouth but no words came out. He suddenly turned red from embarrassment, Perseus seems to be more mature and much more observant than him. He was two years older than him and he acts immaturely not even thinking about their safety. He then lowered his head with a guilt look on his face.

The trio was silent as they continue on sweating, they couldn't say anything from this argument.

"Leave." Perseus said coldly at them which made them shiver. This kid is terrifying he even made this man which is older than him went silent by saying a few things. Even kyle started to tear up as he got afraid of Perseus.

The trio nodded tensedly as they walked out of the area quickly. Perseus seperates himself of adam and walked Towards the house while staggering a few steps.

Adam was still on the same spot, his trying to fix his self and thinking to always think clearly.

He took a deep breath and started to walk towards the house.

Creak~

When he opened the door he saw Perseus on the couch treating his wounds silently, he wanted to say something but his throat seems to be blocked by his emotions.

"People make mistakes and so am i, but i hope that, that mistake you make turns into a lesson for yourself." Said Perseus while still treating his wounds.

Adam felt his eyes moisten and nodded as he said, "I'll be careful more next time."

Perseus smile at this and continue to treat himself up.
