West Coast Island

Kai looked towards Kira a little confuse.

Kira hesitated and lowered her head with her face a little red "I-I'm staying to serve m-master?"

"Do you wanna help me bathe or warm my bed?" Kai said and smiled. It was true that Kira still looks the same after her transformation, Kai just made her loyal to him. Otherwise, She is still a woman but only thought of her as a servant.

It didn't take long for him to leave Carol whether it was physically or mentally. Kai didn't really want to do it, even though Kira had took the initiative to say that.

Kai has to admit he very romantic but he doesn't just think with his lower body.

"Leave, I will call you when I need to. Since your offering yourself, I'll eat you sooner or later so don't think about running away" Kai smirked and said , Kir's face turned completely red and hurriedly left the room embarrassed.

After taking a shower, Kai got a good nights rest.

When he got up the next day he stroll around base. In the afternoon he prepare money, there are many gold bars worth 800 dollars. This much money was enough to purchase an island for his plan.

"I hope when I return she'll be waiting here" Kai said to Kira before leaving. Next moment Kai appears on his Spaceship.

He only saw the Dark Elf and Chan Ho.

"Where's Blink and Marrow?" Kai casually asked.

"They went to SHEILD" Chan Ho explained what happen in the past few days. SHIELD's director Nick Fury didn't object and let them have the island without paying a single penny. But he made small request to study the spaceship but not for SHIELD, Instead for Tony.

First, SHIELD's technology is not much better then Tony's. Second, Tony is also a member of The Avengers. The relationship between Avengers and SHIELD are good and they can get the data from Tony.

"Want to trick me?" Kai grinned hearing what happened.

"Tell Blink, If Nick doesn't agree, let's buy it ourselves. Want to study my ship? In your dreams!" Chan Ho nodded and contacted Blink.

At this point, Blink was discussing with Nick before hearing Chan Ho. Blink stood up said "Sorry, Boss has just come back and said we can buy it ourselves"

Blink's sudden move surprise Nick a little, he could see there aren't any room for negotiation. Although he hated Kai's Stinginess he didn't want their relationship to go downhill.

"Wait!"

Nick shouted and said "I'll help you get the island as soon as possible, in return he owes me a favor. If we need his help in the future he can't deny!"

"I'll tell him what you said" Blink said and opened a portal before walking though it.

Blink told Kai what nick said and he couldn't help but grin. This old Fox is really cunning, he knows this spaceship is worth more then money.

But never mind, he can study it which will cause less problem for Kai.

Whats more, he still need to get a good impression on SHIELD.

He's still waiting for hydra to occupy SHIELD, when they do he can help the remaining people leaving him with a good reputation which is convenient.

"Take me to the island"

Kai ordered and the dark elf drove the spaceship and headed to West Coast Island.

Needless to say, the island wasn't small but want big. The only bad thing is that it's remote and no one lives here but for a base this shortcoming has become an advantage. Not to mention the spaceship is also here which makes it more convenient.

The spaceship will stop here, There are about 800 million dollars here. It should be enough to buy this island, you will handle this matter and Chan Ho come with me" Kai pilled up money and gold bars like a mountain dumbfounding everyone.

They were really curious as to where he put them. They appeared out of thin air. Although they were curious no one asked.

Kai raised his hand and the Reality Ring's energy shrouded Chan Ho. Kai slowly levitated before flying away followed by Chan Ho.
