Distress and pity

Kai looked at the stick on the ground. This stick was obviously not the full weapon but a part of it. The texture above looked very special and seem to be the lower piece.

Natasha doesn't know what it is but Kai does.

This thing is called the Berserker's Staff. As long as you those it in your hand you will become a berserker and your strength will boost up by leaps. A Berserker is equivalent to ten ordinary warriors, of course...Asgard's warriors!!

This staff is naturally not comparable to Thor's hammer but it's still one of Asgard's treasure and it's power is still stronger then that on earth. Especially since it contains dark magic, Not only would you fall into deep anger and violence, it'll also trigger the deep fear in your heart. Even the Asgard's people can't guarantee to perfectly control it or else it wouldn't be hidden.

Staring at the Berserkers staff Kai was tempted to try it out.

He bent down and slowly stretched his hand, Kai took a deep breathe and grabbed the staff.

At that moment, it seems some kind of energy enter his body and he heart was filled with anger and his mind filled with violence seemingly wanting to destroy everything in front of him. He slowly control his emotions and calmed down.

Very strong!!

A sudden for of energy burst from the staff and entered his body probably two to three times stronger then before. However, he couldn't feel, except for anger Kai couldn't find other abnormalities.

"can my body resisted against magic? Or is it because the mental barrier from the Reality ring?"

Kai was a little surprise but didn't think to much. Whatever the reason was it was a good thing.

It can improve his strength and he doesn't have to worry about the side effects.

This is great!!

Kai put it in the system space and looked over at Natasha.

Natasha laid on the floor and looked dizzy, Kai picked her up and put her on the bed, Watching her unconscious expression change to the look of fear.

Kai wasn't sure what she was seeing but it was probably bad memories of the past.

The 'Red House' should be her memories of the past that she will never forget. She accepted the hellish training and became The Black Window! It seem the side effects won't dissipate in a short time unless she overcomes her fears.

"This woman is really daring" Kai couldn't help but shake his head. Natasha was a strong woman but now she looks distress and pitiful.

Knock*Knock*Knock*

Someone knocked on the door followed by the door opening and the small hotel owner coming in.

"Don't worry, we are temporarily staying in the room, I guarantee you won't be troubled. Here's the money" The noise wasn't small and the owner came up to check is the situation was normal.

Kai didn't wait for the owner to speak and threw a bag of cash.

The hotel owner excitedly picked the bag up and walked out. Watching the opener closing the door Kai turned back to Natasha and felt a grip on his hand.

"Are you awake?" Kai seeing Natasha's eye lid opening he said "It's alright, how are you feeling?"

Natasha shook her head and didn't speak, she looked at Kai with a little fear in her eyes "Don't worry, you were affected by the stick, you'll feel better soon. Whatever you saw has already happened and is a thing of the past so there's no need to be afraid. Here, drink some water"

Kai got up and just when he was about to get a bottle of water he felt a strong grip on his hand. Kai didn't think Natasha would suddenly grab his hand and pull him.

Kai instability fell on Natasha.

"Ay"

Kai snorted wanting to get up but was grabbed by Natasha and they both fell on the bed, while on the bed Natasha forcefully kissed him.

The smell of blood filled his nose.

He looked down and it seemed Natasha mouth was broken.

"Don't be afraid, I won't leave you, let me go first" Knowing Natasha was stunned by fear Kai whispered in her ears.

But Natasha shook her head and instead of letting go, she tighten her grip and even crazily licking his neck. Kai didn't dare to be to rough in fear of hurting her but Natasha seem went crazy, maybe the blood stimulated her reason and made her very fierce, Kai couldn't stand it anymore...
