Questing

Krelxia looked at the door and spoke in a commanding tone "It's unlocked, come in."

Ahra, the lady from the front desk, entered. Her voice wavered as she spoke, and her expression was one of absolute dread. "K-Krelxia...The villagers are saying that the demonic wolf population is too high. They've been attacking the farm animals... Everyone is afraid to go out."

Krelxia let out a sigh. "It's only that? Why did you have such an expression then?" She shook her head.

"The villagers have spotted a two toned bear nearby as well. Everyone is getting scared. The monsters are becoming more and more active."

Krelxia looked at Ahra seriously. "Monster activity isn't high in this region alone. I must report to the capital." She turned to Silver. "Take care of the wolves. the bear is out of your league. Enter the capital when you are stronger, and I will help you out as much as I can."

*DING* *DING*

'A quest. Great, I can increase my prowess with this.' Silver Smirked and looked at Ahra. "I will take care of these wolves for your village. fear not."

Ahra looked at her in a daze and nodded. "Th-Thank you.."

Silver left the Elements Hall with her citizenship badge. She headed towards the northern gate.

A guard saw her approaching and yelled "Halt! No one comes in or out without a badge!" She immediately flashed him a badge and left. He didn't stop her or say anything else.

.....

Ahra was sitting at her desk. 'I hope she will be alright. She was approved for this by Krelxia, and she never complained. She'll be fine...'

.....

A few minutes later, Silver was walking towards the forest with her hood up. Shadows crept up around her, forming her mask and gloves. She spotted a few people around the area, all using different powers. Most weren't very proficient. It quickly became clear who had real combat experience and who was a newbie.

Silver continued past everyone until she was alone in the forest. She closed her eyes and listened. A dozen meters east from her, was a heartbeat. This was one of her favorite blood magic uses. (As a vampire, she knew exactly how to use her powers.) She dashed off towards it.

Silver crept up towards it. Shadows coalesced around her body, as she pulled her scythe off her back, muffling all of her movements. When she got close enough, she witnessed a black wolf with red eyes hungrily eating a deer in the middle of a small clearing. Silver immediately dashed forward and slashed recklessly into it's neck. The wolf shifted it's position, barely managing to avoid a fatal blow. Blood splashed across Silver's face and cloak.

"OWOOOO" The wolf howled in pain and Silver clicked her tongue. The wolf attempted to bite into her, but she was already on his left side. She slashed horizontally, opening a deep wound along it's flank. It oozed blood all over it's fur and along the ground. When the wolf turned towards her, Silver jumped backwards. (doing a back flip for extra flair) She landed and held her hand out. Spikes formed from the blood on and around the wolf. They extended and stabbed into the wolf, riddling it with holes. It howled, as it's last act of defiance.

Silver looked around her. She could hear 4 more wolves closing in on her position, fast. She closed her fist as blood flowed towards her, forming one large spike. She sat in silence for a moment before a lone wolf dashed towards her from behind. He jumped up and opened his mouth, intending to tear her arm off. She quickly spun around, and waved her hand as the large blood spike ran through the wolf's mouth. It died on the spot. She rolled away to avoid it's falling carcass.

She jumped into a tree and waited for her next victim. Shadows formed around her, as she checked her mana: [40/100]. She clicked her tongue in annoyance. 'I need more mana'.

Three more wolves appeared from the opposite end of the clearing, she immediately clocked them and smirked. Her spell worked and the wolves could not find her. She bid her time and waited. When one walked within range, she pounced. Jumping off the tree, she brought her scythe down, directly severing the head as she was sprayed with a fountain of blood. She licked her lips, smearing the blood on her face and looked at the wolves. One was at each of her front flanks.
