Kang Yura POV,
The next day,
* Riiiiiiinggg
The recess bell rang, some students cheered happily and one by one the students left the classroom. Some went straight to the cafeteria, while others just took a walk in the park to get some fresh air.
But not with me, I'm still struggling with textbooks and my laptop. Trying to complete the task just given by our physics teacher.
"Yura ssi! Kang Yura!", a voice called my name
I turned my face towards the classroom door and smiled when I saw the bespectacled girl waving enthusiastically at me.
"Sina", I replied
I immediately pressed the save button and closed my laptop. Then quickly walked over to her.
"Am I bothering you?", she asked when I had arrived in front of her
"Ani," I replied, shaking my head
"Umm I... I'm here to ask you to lunch together... umm if you don't want to that's fine… Since you helped me yesterday so I ...", she spoke so fast
"Yes! Of course, I want to have lunch with you", I replied still smiling
"Daebak! Kajja ...", she said while smiled at me
Choi Sina is a girl with glasses and pale skin. She has long brown hair and always tied it into a ponytail. She looks like a quiet kid, even so, I can feel that she's a good girl. She was just too shy to express herself in public. She's also a really pretty girl, especially when she's smiling or laughing.
"Have you been to the cafeteria?", she asked as we walked down the stairs together
"Yes, yesterday I had lunch in there. The food was amazing and free! Haha I was confused about what to eat yesterday", I said with a chuckle
"The food isn't free ... we pay school fees every month, right? and that cost includes paying for lunch, snacks, and other facilities", explained Sina
"Jinjja? Is it expensive??", I asked curiously
"Didn't you …..?", Sina looks confused hearing my question
"Ah, I got a full scholarship at Meiwa, I didn't pay anything. Not even for uniforms and books," I replied.
"Arasso! So you are a scholarship student ... Wow, you must be really smart huh ... I don't think there are students who get scholarships here because I heard the conditions are too high ...", said Sina in a tone of admiration
"Ani. I heard that there is a 3rd-grade student who also received a scholarship like me", I said again
We had arrived on the first floor and walked towards the cafeteria building which was next to the classroom building.
A boisterous atmosphere immediately greeted us, almost every corner of the cafeteria was filled with students. We went straight into line to grab lunch. There are so many variations of food available in this cafeteria including snacks, juices, and fresh fruits. There are also rows of vending machines filled with a variety of drinks that are free to take.
I tapped my student card on the machine. Then a tray slides out of the machine. I slide the tray along the rails and put in the food I want to eat.
Today I chose Korean food for lunch, which consisted of a bowl of warm brown rice, kimchi soup, bulgogi steak, banchan (several small bowls of side dishes), and vegetable tempura. I also took a bowl of melon and a glass of cold water.
Meanwhile, Sina chose western food for lunch, which consisted of spaghetti oglio olio, salmon steak, sautéed vegetables, and sweet corn soup. She also took a glass of orange juice and caramel pudding.
We took our food to an empty table in the middle of the cafeteria. We ate our lunch while talking about each other's families.
Choi Sina is the only child in her family. Her mother is a wedding dress designer and her father is a businessman who imports household items from China.
I also told Sina about my mother and brother. She looked very excited when I showed her Yubi's photo. She repeatedly mumbled the word "kiyowo" (cute/adorable) with sparkling eyes.
Our conversation was interrupted by the arrival of 7 handsome students who had just entered the cafeteria. Their presence made almost all heads in the room turn towards the entrance. Mutters and admiration were heard from several places. There were even some girls screaming and calling out to the group of boys.
I frowned, I knew some of the boys. 3 of them are my classmates. One other person is a male student who bumped into me yesterday. Then I widened my eyes when I recognized the boy that returned my bag yesterday. While the other 2 people I never saw them.
"Sina~aah, who are they?", I asked curiously after swallowing my food
"You don't know them? Jinjja?!", said Sina looking at me in disbelief, as if it was an impossible thing
"No, I don't know...", I answered slowly while sipping water
"Aigooo... they are The Bangtan! They are popular students at Meiwa", she said enthusiastically
"Huh? What a strange name", I said
"Well, they are called like that because they are untouchable. When you talk about Meiwa it means The Bangtan and vice versa", whispered Sina enthusiastically while cutting her salmon steak
"Huh? What does that mean??", I asked not understanding
The seven young men were now sitting in a circle at a round table and starting to eat their lunch while chatting and laughing together.
"Kim Seokjin's parents are the owners of the Meiwa High School foundation. Then all the parents of the other six boys serve as chairmen and are also members of the school committee. So you could say, their families are the ones that run this school," said Sina excitedly while chewing her food
"... so they're just a bunch of rich kids in Meiwa?", I asked while looking at the table of the seven boys
"What? Ani, ani! They're not just a bunch of rich kids running around showing off their parents' wealth, Yura~aah", said Sina annoyed
"So?", I asked while shrugging my shoulders
"I'll introduce them to you", she said impatiently after sipping her orange juice
"Huh? Get acquainted with them?", I asked pointing at them
"Shh, no. Not meeting face to face. Let's lower your hands before anyone looks at you", said Sina pulling my hand so that it fell back onto the table
"Listen carefully. First, there's Kim Seokjin, or we usually call him Jin. 18 years old. You see that boy with a handsome face and broad shoulders?", I nodded my head before she continued, "He got the nickname World Wide Handsome from the students here because of his good looks. He is a playboy in Meiwa. Almost all the beautiful girls in this school have dated him", said Sina
"Jinjja??", I asked widening my eyes
"Yes, he dated all of them from grade 1 to grade 3. Well, even though the relationship was never more than 3 days, but there are still many girls waiting in line to be his girlfriend", continued Sina
"Aigoo!", I muttered glancing at Jin
"But even so he is a good man, he is still childish but that's his charm. He also never brags about his family's wealth. He is a pretty fun friend actually," said Sina again
I nodded my head.
"Then there is Min Yoongi, 18 years old. You will immediately recognize him, he is a pale-skinned boy and looks the least excited among the 7 people", said Sina trying to hide her smile
"Aaah… he is my classmate", I said when I recognized the man Sina was referring to
"Ye. How is he in class?", asked Sina
"Well, he always looks sleepy during class. Sometimes he will fall asleep or stare out the window blankly with his mouth open", I chuckled
"Exactly! But even so, he is Meiwa's basketball star. He is the captain of our basketball team and his personality changes when he plays basketball. He is a reliable and invincible player", said Sina again excitedly
"Jinjja?", I said surprised
"Then there is Kim Namjoon, 17 years old. He is the only one who wears glasses among them. You must know what the reason is, right?", asked Sina
"Uh? Because he's smart??", I answered doubtfully
"No, not smart. But GE-NI-US!!", answered Sina while emphasizing each word
"Jinjja?", I said wide-eyed
"He has an IQ of 148. When he graduated from middle school, his TOEIC test score was 850. He was also on the list of the top 30 students at the national level. His English is very fluent and he can easily solve Seoul University entrance exam questions. He is also the student council president here", said Sina excitedly until she was breathless
"Whoaa! Top 30? Daebak!!", I said while looking at Namjoon in awe
"Yeah, look... he's smart, he's tall and he's quite handsome. Even his smile is charming. But when you get to know him, he's not as perfect as he seems", Sina said while supporting her chin with her hand
"What do you mean?", I asked while chewing my food
"He is a very careless person and likes to break the things he holds. Once he accidentally set fire to the Chemistry lab because he bumped into some pretty dangerous substances", said Sina with a chuckle
"Aigoo", I said smiling. "Then who else?", I asked, very curious about the golden brown-haired man who was currently laughing out loud.
"Then there is Jung Hoseok, 17 years old. He is in the same class as you. He is a person who is full of energy and always cheerful. And he is friendly to anyone", said Sina
"Yeah, he even gave his chair to me", I said
"Jinjja? So the rumor is true?!", said Sina wide-eyed
"Huh? What rumor?", I asked looking at her confused
"The girls in my class said that a new student deliberately took Hoseok's seat, but he just let it go and relented. The girls are annoyed with you. They think you are too arbitrary. But some think that you are his friend outside school, that's why he gave the chair to you", explained Sina while shrugging her shoulders
"Waaah … how did all the girls know about it?", I asked in disbelief
"You never know, even tables and walls can gossip here", said Sina rolling her eyes
"Haha ….", I chuckled at her words
"Yeah. Btw, Jung Hoseok is a friendly guy and he's one of the school's stars! He's good at dancing, his nickname is Dance Machine!! Oh, you should watch his dance so you understand what I'm talking about!", she said excitedly
"He can dance?", I asked in disbelief
"He's good!!. He is the best student in a famous dance academy in town. He often wins dance competitions and has even been a background dancer for a famous hip-hop group that is currently on the rise!", she said excitedly again
"Wow!!", I muttered
"Amazing right?!", she smiled
"Then who else?", I asked chuckling while looking at the 7 boys
"Next, there's Kim Taehyung or we often called him Tae. He's 17 years old. He is my classmate. He is handsome as you can see. The Bangtan calls him 'the good boy' because he IS a good boy. He is always friendly and wants to be friends with anyone, that's why he's popular among Meiwa students. He even helped me when I lost my shoes in first grade. He's so kind...", said Sina, looking at Taehyung with an adoring gaze
"You lost your shoes?", I asked raising my eyebrows
"Yeah, you know not everyone likes me. Sometimes they prank me and hide or take my things just for fun", she replied, there was a hint of bitterness in her voice
"Therefore, I am very happy and grateful when there are friends who want to help me. Like you and Tae", she said again while smiling warmly at me
"I will always help you. We are friends, right?", I said while holding her hand
"Gomawo, Yura~aah", said Sina with teary eyes
"Let's continue your story...", I asked her
"Ah, yes. Yes, Tae is a good boy. You know, he can sing too! Oh my God, his voice is so beautiful ... you will be filled with peace when you hear his singing", she said as she closed her eyes while placing her hands on her chest
"Jinjja?", I asked leaning my body towards her
"Ye, he usually sings jazz songs or ballads that match with his voice very well," said Sinna with tears in her eyes
"Then?", I asked curiously
When will Sina tell about the brown-haired man, I thought.
"Then there's... umm who else? Oh, there's Jeon Jungkook or Jk. He's 17 years old. He's Bangtan's baby. Well, the other 6 members love him. They really care about Jungkook. Because yeah... he is a professional gamer. His days are always spent playing games, so sometimes he forgets to take care of himself ", said Sina pointing to Jungkook
"Professional gamer?", I repeated
"Yes, he has participated in international game competitions and won 2nd place in the championship. Even so, he is also very good at sports, and he also has a Taekwondo black belt!", said Sinna excitedly

"Then the last one is Park Jimin. 17 years old, my classmate too", said Sina pointing at Jimin from a distance

"He is good at martial arts. He mastered 4 martial arts, Taekwondo, Kendo, Hapkido, and Jujitsu. All at the highest level. He is currently the leader of the Kendo and Taekwondo team at Meiwa", said Sina widening her eyes
"Jinjja??", I asked in disbelief
"Yeah, his face and behavior are deceiving, you see, how can a sexy man with an adorable face be able to do a perfect tornado kick??!", said Sina with wide ayes
"What is that?", I muttered, looking at Jimin
"You don't know? Tornado kick is one of the most difficult types of kicks in Taekwondo. It's a jumping spinning roundhouse kick!!", said Sina excitedly
"Whoaaa", I said agape
"Yeah, Jimin is a lethal combination ... cute and adorable face, sexy and muscular body then added with extraordinary martial skills ... everyone is scared and crazy about him at the same time", said Sina again while swallowing her saliva
I didn't say anything just looking at Jimin with full of curiosity.
"They all have unique personalities and talents, plus have a respected family and wealth make them perfect ...", said Sina again
"But how can they be friends with completely opposite personalities?", I asked surprised
"I don't know ... According to the news I heard, they have been friends since elementary school ..". Sina said still not taking her eyes off the seven Bangtan boys
"Whooaaa ! Looks like someone is having a daydream ...", a girl's voice heard from our back
Sina and I felt like we were pulled back into the real world. We blinked many times as three girls stood blocking our view of the seven extraordinary boys.
"Oh my God.... Please, not them again....', I thought...
