It was time for lunch, both the brothers could hear their stomachs grumbling.
'Jacob, I'll cook the meat of the scorizer's, like I always do after I finish my training', said James.
'Brother, did you not pack any lunch?', asked Jacob as he couldn't bear that he was going to eat a monster.
'No, I only packed the water and some cooking ingredients. I thought you would have brought your lunch, replied James, looking at the scorizer, examining where to cut open the exoskeleton armor.
'Argh, I thought he was carrying the enormous bag on the dune rider because he had packed the bag with lunch and other necessities. I feel like an idiot now', thought Jacob, blaming himself as he had forgotten about the wild nature of his brother.
James was turning around the scorizer they had killed first as if it was a rag doll and after analyzing it he was perfectly cutting open the exoskeleton armor using his dagger.
He left one side of the armor on, and he kept that part of the scorizer carefully placed on the sand ,so that the sand didn't affect the meat.
Jacob was carefully observing what his brother was doing, and he was also observing the parts of the scorizer as he was interested in the monster's analogy.

This time, Jacob didn't avoid the notifications, so he sat down and started opening the notifications.
James went to the dune rider, which was calmly resting on sand with no care in the world or what was happening around it?.
James took out the bag with the needed necessities for cooking and brought it to the spot the scorizer body was present. He could see Jacob sitting down as if he was in a daze.
He thought his brother got affected by the strange things suddenly happening around him, while Jacob was looking at the system's notifications.
'Jacob, come help me gather the meat ', said James, trying to distract his brother as he didn't know what Jacob was going through.
Jacob got up and went towards his brother, trying to help him.
'You ought to be careful brother, you don't know the dangers lurking in the world, what if…',
James was speaking to Jacob, trying to cut up and gather the meat and the useful parts of the scorizer in a container which he had brought.
The meat of scorizers which Jacob had killed was so damaged, so they couldn't use that meat.
Jacob tried to help and listen to his brother explaining about the dangers of the world, while in his mind,
he was scrolling down the notifications of the system and trying to take in the new upgrades that he had got.

But you were adamant about doing magic and missed all the classes ,trying what the instructor taught you again and again to make use of mana somehow.
Then you started searching for ancient ruins with the help of merchants and you tried to explore them and after the last reckless act I thought I really lost you.....'
continued James telling about the past life of Jacob in a sad voice, slowly finishing the cutting and gathering of the scorizer meat.
Jacob was an excellent listener ,and multi tasker , he had listened to the entire conversation while helping James and checking and worrying about all the things in his mind.
Jacob was shocked when he heard the parts of his life the alternate Jacob had gone through.
He didn't want to ask the sage the question because , he knew that he wouldn't answer the question properly, so he asked the maid when he was in the palace.
The maid said that the instructor Carl was arranged as an instructor to them ,when they were 14 .
She also said it was the ripe age for learning basic magic and physical training which is allowed by the magic academies for the nobility to learn the basics ,preparing them for the future.
Jacob had to ask a lot of twisted questions to get these answers out of the maid, as he didn't want to ask these questions to others in his family and make them worry again.
Jacob felt that he needed to visit the lab ,that the alternate Jacob used in order to learn more about him.
'Jacob , Just be yourself , but don't be reckless and gloomy , share your worries , I am always there for you brother.',said James standing up as he finished his speech ,and was trying to arrange the cooking utensils to cook the meat.
'Says the one who fought against scorizers with bare hands.',said Jacob with a playful smile on his face trying to make his brother stop worrying about him and watching him to learn what he was doing .

I totally forgot about the defence stat , which I magically inserted in using the magic shield and leveling up as a reason.**wink wink**.
Some skills are common with all people and they are not marked with grade to show that they are common skills, whereas other sills are marked with grades, and the order goes like ,
common This applies the same for equipment, but there might be some grades added in the middle when the story progresses.
Levels are not limited to hundred, and the maximum tier for magic is 100.
The six elements used in magic is also present .(wind, water , fire ,earth, darkness ,light .)
Nobility are taught basic magic(tier 0 and 1 magic) starting at the age of 14 to make them prepared for their future in the academy.
Even though Malodor Kingdom doesn't discriminate people, the king had no choice but to make one of the instructors stay to teach his sons ,so that all the investment he made for the people didn't go in vain and thus they were taught at 14 by instructor Carl, the ripe age for learning magic.(turn to chapter treasured books if you have missed the details)
