Water water everywhere

The king arrived at the place which his trusted minister had marked down.

The place was a very huge piece of empty land with some huge rocks ,and a small broken building.

It was slightly close to the fields ,and cultivable land in one side ,and on the other side it was close to a large groups of steel tanks which was used to give water to the civilians in the kingdom.

Jacob was commanding the guards to take down the broken building ,and clean out the rubble.

The king could see his younger son smoothly commanding everyone to do their jobs, but he had never seen him to this before.

His younger son always cooped himself up in the corner of his room experimenting on ways to somehow find ways to use mana.

So he was a bit happy to see him like this even though the last time he went to a ancient ruin for research made him angry ,worried ,and sad , he felt that the trip had made him change .

When King Henry heard Jacob's plans in the palace , he was not sure if the first plan would succeed, so he had already arranged for some messengers according to Jacob's backup plan, to seek aid from other kingdoms other than the previous kingdoms .

The king knew that the kingdom's with which he had tie ups were exploiting their resources for a meager amount in return.

His kingdom had ties with other smaller kingdoms other than the kingdom's which were exploiting them, but he couldn't trade with them because of an old treaty signed by his ancestors.

The founders of the three kingdoms had been great knights for the central kingdom ,and they were thick friends.

So when they were given parts of Kingdoms to rule ,due to their immense contribution in a great war, they made a treaty among themselves.

And the words of the treaty came to his mind, as it was one of the first things he got to read when he had started learning to read and write.

"The kingdom of Blaze, The kingdom of Draeyus ,and The kingdom of Malodor has hereby decided to establish a triangle trade between themselves in equal value ,and also provide safety ,and protection to each other in times of trouble .

If in any year of reign ,in the present ,and in the future ,the words of the treaty had been broken, then the kingdoms which broke the treaty may solve the dispute through negotiation or war without affecting the uninvolved kingdom.

And if all the kingdoms broke the treaty , then each kingdom may take necessary steps to stop the advancement of the other kingdoms ,and may even wage war on them ,after proper negotiations."

'What a stupid treaty? I don't know how they convinced my great great grandfather to sign it , after giving him this piece of worthless land',thought the King ,still looking at his sons working around.

The king was proud of both his boys , but now he felt extra proud of his second son , because he was able to solve a crucial problem impending in the kingdom for years while accidently reading the treaty inside the treasury room.

'I wish I had showed him the treaty ,and the books sooner, He has even brought a fairy like he told he would',thought the King , while getting a little excited looking at the events transpiring in front of him.

'Who knows maybe I'll even get to use my sword after a long time ,I hope I didn't get too rusty',blurted the King , getting a little too excited.

'Don't worry dad, I think you will get your chance soon',said James standing near the King as he knew where these events would lead to.

'So do I get to speak to the guest?',asked the king slowly to Jacob who was slowly approaching the two after making sure all the work had been done.

'Yeah , sure dad. But let's just wait for some time ,he has been in a trance since he entered our Kingdom and has been glowing from time to time ,and silently following us ,

He did mention something about a spell which required some time,

So I think it would be better if we waited for him to finish what he is doing', said Jacob slightly scratching his head, while looking at the fairy hover in the air above the specified land.

After thirty minutes or so, a small breeze of mana started to flow from the fairy ,and the earth below started cracking up a bit.

There were slight tremors ,as the earth started breaking up like biscuits over the specified area.

The ground started to sink in , and the pendant on the fairy's neck ripped itself ,and flew towards the sunken ground ,and started burying itself.

Suddenly ,a sprout of water gushed out from the spot, and the whole area started to become like a lake , and there was water everywhere.

The small white globules of fish eggs which the fairy had , flew from it's pouch ,and fell into the pond.

After some minutes ,little fishes started moving in the water body, and even some strange little plants started growing inside the water body ,and around it.

It was as if the flow of time had been increased.

It was a really beautiful sight to watch, cheers of joy were heard among the soldiers who stood around , the two boys ,and the King was awestruck.

Jacob couldn't believe his plan had worked.

'Fischer Omen , Are you okay?',asked Jacob worried about the little fairy.

'Yeah , I am okay ,it's just that it has been long ever since I had worked like this ,so I feel a bit exhausted', replied the fairy with a faint smile.

'Fischer , I would like you to meet my father King Henry Von Hugh',said Jacob trying to slyly imply he had lot of important stuff to talk about to the both of them.

'I am very honoured to meet you sir ,and thank you for agreeing to help our Kingdom',said the King with a hint of reverence ,and gratitude in his voice.
