The Galima Town

"What shitty luck! There is still plenty of time before winter how come there is a beast tide right now?"

"Everyone go full speed! We will pierce our way to the Galima Town!"

Zhou Mengyao quickly commanded everyone as he did not even look back, he is very focused on making sure that he did not fall from the fast speed.

"What kind of magical beast are in there?"

"There are only the Thunderwolves! They have probably overpopulated the area since the Thunderwolves look like they are still so young!"

The wolf howl very loudly as it leads the other Thunderwolves in its charge.

As Zhou Mengyao looked back at it and recalled the power of the strike that melted the ground without any problem. He knew that they will be in deep trouble if they were to get hit by that attack.

"Spread out! Getting near beside each other will just make us an easy target of this abomination!"

"But young master! Your safety is our priority! It will be better if we can just shield you from its attack instead."

"Idiot, if all of us live then it will be better. The chances that we can get hit is very low if we spread out so just follow my order and don't say anything!"

The four of them spread apart as rays of electricity continuously shoot out from the forehead of the said wolf. They are apart by quite some meters which gives the wolf a problem, it can't hit any of its moving targets.

Not only is the mount of Zhou Mengyao and the gang fast, but it also knew how to dodge the approaching danger. Every time the horse dodges an attack, it sneezes in scorn as it looks back at the Thunderwolves that are chasing them.

With its deep blue eyes, it continuously looks back to provoke the violet reddish eyes of the Thunderwolves.

The wolf that leads the beast tide continuously howls as it continuously charges more and more electricity in its head, its sharp fangs are out as it licks his mouth, the wolf is salivating for its lunch.

BOOM!

An explosion rang out as a ray of electricity shoot out almost hitting the small body of Lin Xia but with the horse leaning for a little bit, the attack did not hit him. It just missed him by a few inches.

The attack exploded after coming into contact with a huge boulder in the plains and the boulder that is a meter thick and almost two meters in height melted due to the hot temperature of the attack.

"That was a dangerous attack! Hold on for a few seconds! I can already see the town gates!"

"Young master! There are more and more beasts! I believe that they are close to a thousand in numbers already!"

"What? Impossible! How could they gather in such a ridiculous number!"

Zhou Mengyao cursed as he ordered Teng Hu as two rays of electricity shoot out and he is the only target. Teng Hu ducked as he felt a hot sensation over his head, two rays of electricity almost burned his entire head had he not ducked and the horse not moving left.

"Not my hair, I still had a need for that."

Teng Hu who felt the hot sensation joked around in order to calm his fast-beating heart. He almost died had he not been given a warning.

"There are only about 200 meters till the town's gate! Hang on we can take cover over the high walls of the town!"

"They are still not opening the gate! Young master, it looks like they have no plan to help us!"

Zhou Mengyao frowned as one of his worst fear have indeed happened. The only way that they can get out of this situation alive is if they can take cover and shelter over the town. If they will not open the gates then that is pretty much the same as saying that they can die.

"Fuck! You don't want to open this gate? See if you can still do that after you see this banner!"

Zhou Mengyao took out a flag with a small coiling dragon as its symbol. He raised it high as the red color of the flag quickly gathered the attention of the guards at the walls

If they still did not open the town's gate after seeing the banner then they just committed a capital offense. It is an unforgivable sin at that.

Meanwhile inside the Galima Town before Zhou Mengyao and the gang can even spot it.

The town elders alongside a hundred young men at the ages of 12-17 can be seen gathering around a huge open field of the town.

"You are the proud young men of this town! This is the place that you have grown up! Right now the place that you grew up is being threatened by the magical beast and every little power that you can lend us matters!"
