When Evangeline Andrei's moved to LA with her parents, she had planned life from her graduation to working as a CEO in her father's company. "Who are you?" Evangeline asked with a frown as she saw a scar on his lower abdomen.

"No, this is not possible." She whispered to herself in shock.
"Yes, this is not possible because you're mine to cherish and destroy. I'll cage you in my home in my arms, and you're not allowed to go out." He gripped her hair in his hand and yelled. He was boiling with rage.

She wanted to live her life smoothly with her loved ones but who knew she would end up in someone else hands!

The next day, Evangeline woke up and glanced at the screen of her cell phone. She pouted sadly, as Aeryn didn't call her or send her any messages. With the sadness evident on her face, Eva retired to the washroom for her morning chores and had a shower.

After having a shower, she got ready in her office attire and headed to her office. There, she attended the meetings and did a lot of paperwork.

Her work was finished at 5 p.m., so she tidied up and got up from her chair to go home.

After reaching home, she greeted her mother and father in the lounge. They did a little chit-chat, and Eva excused herself to go to her bedroom. She got fresh and headed downstairs to the dining hall for dinner. They were having their dinner when Aiden noticed Eva's pendant that she had worn.

"Eva, this pendant. It looks very unique. From where did you get it?" Aiden asked, looking at the pendant that Eva was twisting and twirling in her fingers continuously during eating.
