Once they had started formulating a plan on how to first tell Hades that Helia knows he is her father, they worked on how they would be able to be with those they loved without people finding out for the time being.
“What if we were to stay in the Underworld when we wanted to visit them?” Ares asked.
“What good would that do other than draw suspicion?” questioned Aphrodite.
It was Hera’s turn to speak as she began informing Aphrodite of what she knew. “Well, Hades has protection set up around the Underworld that keeps the eyes of Olympus from viewing what goes on down there. He installed it when Zeus had pissed him off one day….”
“That’s no surprise,” Helia grumbled as she interrupted her mother. “Sorry, mama,” she apologized when her mother gave her a stern look, more so, for her interruption and not her statement.
“Well, what would be the excuse to get us down there?” Ares wanted everything to work out in their favor and didn’t want anything to get in the way.
